Must I purchase AppleCare from a local store?

I have purchased an iMac and two iPhone 6 for more nearly two week. My sister own a MacBook Pro purchased some months ago. We are intended to expan the warranty by applying AppleCare to those products. The problem is that our local stores stated that they have no AppleCare available for iPhone. MacBook Pro and iMac can purchase AppleCare but it is not always available. I live in Vietnam.
Could I buy AppleCare and apply it online by myself without a need to visit any local store? The estimated tax is calculated based on particular ZIP code. I am not sure that there is available ZIP code for any city in Vietnam. Could I enter ZIP code of LA or somrwhere else instead?
Am I able to expand the warranty coverage of my iPhone in Vietnam? Any help is appreciated!

You can purchase AppleCare anytime during the 1 year warranty period and may purchase it from any authorized reseller. You can normally get discounts by using trusted vendors such as Amazon, B&H Photo, LA Computer etc.. Sometimes it does pay to shop for the lowest price however it is not wise to purchase from places such as Ebay because sometimes you simply do not know if the AppleCare purchased there is genuine or not.

I've been having this problem since getting my iMac, about 6-8 months ago.
I can review apps for about 3-4 hours after buying them; sometimes for up to 12 hours.
Then it's as if I cross a magic, invisible, and powerfully frustrating barrier - whenever I try to review an app, I get a message saying 'to review this app, you must have purchased it from the Mac App Store.'
In many ways, the App Store is clearly aware that I HAVE purchased it from the Mac App Store. The button at the top of the screen - the one that would usually say 'purchase' - says 'installed.' I can DL updates. I can, for the first sprinkling of hours, provide (and edit) reviews. However, after this mysterious cutoff, the one thing I can't do is leave a review...
Mac App Store support have been well-intentioned, but utterly hopeless.
They started by suggesting I had an 'iTunes error -50', and that I delete / renew my network settings (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1811). I didn't have an iTunes error -50, and the fix didn't work.
They then suggested that I change my iTunes ID so that it was associated with a new email account. OK, right. Done that. Still no joy.
They then suggested that I sign out with my iTunes ID, and then sign back in again. Something which I'd already tried repeatedly, with no joy. (I've also tried deauthorising and reauthorising my computer - again with no joy).
Any other thoughts greatly appreciated...

Try this....
In App Store, go to Purchases (top menu). Find the app you want to review, make sure it is marked Installed. Then click on the app from that window. Now try to write a review. This worked for me, but it could also be something I ate.

I have done nothing to facilitate this change in stores and have no way of knowing how to switch back to the UK store.
This is a recent development, I have not had any problems connecting to the UK store before, in fact it happened automatically. Can the fact that I am not actually in the UK now but spend most of my time in Indonesia? This has not effected my purchases from the UK store before, however.

4.Tap "View Apple ID"
5. Enter your user name and password.
6. Tap "Country/Region."

Purchasing Music From Foreign iTunes Stores

I had just recently discovered the option of "My Store" at the very bottom of iTunes which enables customers to view other iTunes stores all over the globe. When trying to purchase music from the Österreich iTunes store, I found I wasn't able to do so. I received an error message, as shown above, stating that I was only valid for purchases within the US iTunes store. My question is simple: Why are US iTunes customers not allowed to purchase items from foreign iTunes stores? I do know that you must register to one country in order to begin your iTunes experience (when you first download the program) but does that choice of a country really limit you to your range of music? Is this due to various licensing laws or problems with converting currency? Also, if customers are not allowed to purchase items from foreign stores, why are they allowed the option to view these stores? Answers to these questions would be greatly appreciated. Yes, it's all about copyright and licensing. Currency conversion isn't at issue. In order to purchase music from a particular store, you have to have 1) a valid billing address in the country and 2) a credit card billed to that address or purchase gift cards in that country. It is quite possible that one person could have valid residence and billing information for more than one country. My parents, for a long time, maintained residences in both the U.S. and Canada, so if the iTunes Store had been available, they could have had two accounts, one U.S. and one Canadian.

The iWork 9.2 updater is for those using Mountain Lion. Why do you want to update to Pages 4.2 if you're still running Lion? There is no benefit & many users have had problems.
That being said, you must make sure the applications are where the installer initially put them. The updaters are very picky. If the location is not where the updater is programmed to look or if the folder doesn't have the name the updater looks for, it will not work. The applications cannot be renamed or moved. All three applications must be in the iWork '09 folder in Applications. That iWork folder must be named iWork '09. If it doesn't have the '09 Software Update won't find them & the updaters won't work.
Now, choose Software Update from the Apple menu, from System Preferences or launch the Mac App Store & click Updates. You should get a window similar to this screenshot. Now click the Update button next to iWork 9.2.

I cannot download a new Version because in my Purchased List the applicaiton (FaceTime) is still there, and because I have halted it it tells me to resume. I can’t, because the same thing is going to happen. I have tried all the various troubleshooting tips supplied by my ISP and also Apple Support with no luck. Very very likely that tax is applicable and tax is more than $0.01. You need to add a payment method for the tax. If you add a credit card, the girft card balance will be used up first.

Having a problem with my Macbook (13", Late 2009 I believe) after attemption to update iOS to OS Mavericks. Have run into the grey screen of death, and have almost exhausted all options, including reseting pram, accessing fsck, and even using disk utility to reinstall the iOS. I believe that during the initial update (which is the root of the problem), there was some corruption within the directories which I believe can be contributing to my problem.
I was hoping to find a way to access my purchased apps from the app store on a windows computer so that I can make a USB boot drive in order to rule out the hardware problem that I am currently speculating.

Yes if you have the iPod and iTunes set up to sync via wifi. However, you have to do it from your one syncing computer and the iPod and computer have to be on the same network.

According to the terms of sale, you have to be in your country of residence in order to make a purchase. I've heard of people able to make purchases outside their country and also of people being unable to do so. It appears that Apple's enforcement is not 100%.
In order to buy from the U.S. iTunes Store, you would need to have a valid billing address in the U.S., a credit card billed to that address or an iTunes Gift card purchased in the U.S. and be physically present in the U.S. at the time of purchase.
International copyright law is currently very inconvenient for the consumer.
