Mute the sound when I take a picture
When i take a picture i have a voice,a normal voice,it's not a problam,but if i want to mute this sound what should i do?

Sounds like you have VoiceOver turned one. Triple clicking the Home button may turn it off. To really turn it off go to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn off VoiceOver.

It's not legal to shut off the shutter sound in many countries. If it still makes the sound with the mute switch on, then it can't be disabled on your phone.

When i take a picture with my ipod touch normally it loads to my library ( in my ipod ) , now it doesnt . But when i sync my ipod ( i connect my ipod to the computer ) i click on my library ( pictures of my ipod ) and i can found the picture i took . can you tell me what to do to make my ipod load the picture i take , please . I'm assuming you have Photo Stream set up of both devices. However, it seems many users are experiencing the same as you - my take is that streaming photos is not foolproof yet.

Apple Warranty should cover this hardware problem. You could try a Restore of the iPhone Firmware with iTunes on computer to confirm it is not software problem. Then make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution.

Thanks -The collum to the right listed similar problems. The solution appears to be that under smtp outgoing settings the user name and password are listed as optional. I have not plugged in the information and it seems to be working. However from my office it always allowed the relaying. The true test will be when I try to respond later from the road.

When I take a picture with my back camera the pictures have black bars on the top and bottom. They do not come out 4 inches. How do I fix this?
Because the screen aspect ratio is different that the camera aspect ratio. The only way it could fill the screen vertically would be either to stretch/distort the photos vertically or to cut off some of the photos on the sides.

The picture in the gallery is correct. The picture you are looking at before you capture it is a mirror image such as you are used to looking at, otherwise you would not be able to handle it. Look at More Like This >>>>>>>

OK, here's the explanation. When you take a picture, the iPhone knows what orientation it is in (portrait, landscape, etc.) and adds that information to the picture's EXIF data so it knows which side is up. Apple devices can decode this information and show the picture right side up when it is viewed. However, Windows computers cannot do this. They are not capable of decoding the orientation information added by the iPhone, so they are displayed in a default orientation (which may not be right side up).
This only happens on Windows machines, and unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it, except use the rotation buttons in Windows picture view to orient the photo correctly. -
My podcasts do not show the pictures only the sound when I import them to iTunes from Garage Band. How do I get the pictures to show up in iTunes?
Well, all I can tell you is that if your file is an m4a with chapter markers, those markers having suitably sized images attached, and you drag it into the Music area of iTunes (so that it appears as a song) in List view, when you play it and then command-click on the small image in the header (next to the progress bar) you should see your embedded images.
If this isn't happening the best place to ask would be in the GarageBand forum: my own experience of GB is rather out of date and in any case I've never used it for podcasting. -

You probably have a filter set for the normal camera mode but not the square.
To fix, in Photo mode, touch the filter icon (three circles) and select None for the filter. -
Lately, when I take a picture with my iPhone or try to save one from the internet, it acts like it saves it, but when I go to my Photo Album, it doesn't show up. Also, if I try to take a picture through an app, the app just crashes. What do I do to fix this?
It definitely shouldn't be that slow, are you using the stock camera? what mode are you using it in? what other settings do you have setup? try downloading another camera like "a better camera" or any other free one and see if it behaves the same. If it does that tells me that either the lens is really dirty or the hardware may have an issue. Make sure the lens is clean then try either a restart or power down and battery pull and see if that solves anything.
