MuVo2 1.5 File trasfer Pr

Hello to the Forum
Am havin a pig of a time with my player!!!!
I have been able to load about 0 cd's worth of music onto my player(MuVo2 .5). Thereafter I keep getting the message - An error has occured while tranfering this file.
I have formated the player and updated the latest Firmware. Still the problem persists.
Can someone please help me

Thanx for that Jason. I've tried to create another folder using both Mediasource & Windows Explorer but it wont have it!!!

File Trasfer Trouble

Hi all,
we're trying to trasfer a file from a NON UNICODE ECC 6.0 system to a UNICODE ECC 6.0 one.
In detail a report in the non unicode system reads a binary file stored on a SAP directory, the file is sent via RFC to another system and downloaded to the new server, in a desired directory.
From non unicode to non unicode it works fine, from non unicode to unicode it start writing '#' everywhere. The risult is a corrupted file in the destination server. How can we avoid the problem ?
Any suggestions or examples are wellcome.

you need to convert the file as encoding differs. Please refer to the following SAP notes:

Skype for Modern Windows uses old P2P file trasfer...

The old P2P file transfer mode is not supported on Skype for Windows Phone. Only image file transfer using the new Cloud-based mode is supported. Older Skype devices are not capable to send files using the Cloud-based mode. This means that you can only receive image files sent from latest Skype versions installed on Windows/Mac computers and newer smartphones.
When o when do we get an update from Skype for Modern Windows wich can use the new Cloud based transfer mode, even within Skype translate this is not the case so i have no hope. But we never know so Skype people do your best ........

Zen Touch crashes during file trans

My Creative Zen Touch already crashed twice during file trasfer with Zen Touch Media Explorer. What should I do?

I have had exactly the same problem. My zen has crashed, or both my pc and zen have crashed during file transfer. I have formatted my zen, re installed firmware and ran clean up too. I have tried my zen on another computer and the same thing happened. I have all the up to date drivers and programs. I cannot work out what the problem is at all, other than there are physical errors on my zen. I have only had it for about a year too. I just hope this can be sorted because I know exactly how annoying it is for an expensi've product to throw up problems.

DCDAug07.exe Damaged ZIP File

I'm running LabView Evaluation 8.5, and my Instrument I/O Assistant was not working (the error message said that I have to use the Driver CD to install the Assistant).
I found the Driver CD online (NI Device Drivers 20007.08) and downloaded it. But when I extract the EXE, I get the error message:
"ZIP damaged: file C:\National Instru.... Possible Cause: file trasfer error."
(See the attached image for the error dialog)
What could be cause of this and how do I install the Instrument I/O Assistant?

Hi Alex,
After you installed the evaluation version of LabVIEW 8.5 did you install the DAQmx 8.7 driver? If not, you need to download it and install it. I'm not sure why you are getting the download error, but in any case, that device driver CD has more then what you need. Go to this link, download DAQmx 8.7.1 and install it. This will automatically install NI-VISA and 488.2 as well as NI-Serial. There are the drivers you will need to Instrument I/O. Thanks.

Lenovo Beacon file transfer too slow

dear all, i'm a newby here and i need your help. I own a Beacon with 2x1TB HDD in RAID 0 mode, so when i move datas to Beacon the max. file trasfer speed is up to 5 mb/s. In my opinion this is tooooo slow. Can anyone help me, or say about your file tranfer speed to Beacon. My configuration: Lenovo Beacon + Netgear 5-port Gigabit Switch (GS305) + Win7 PC. Everything is LAN wired. I already tryed another PC (Notebook) but with the same result. Thank you!

Beacon use HTTP protocal, and we use Filezilla as benchmark comparison (Note, Filezilla use FTP protocal.)
Test config: Router, Netgear WGR614 V9 with Lan speed 100Mbps, Thinkpad Notebook (win7) wire connected to router, Beacon wire connected to router .
Test Result: Single file speed 5MBPS, and three files 10MBPS by Beacon; single file 11.6MBPS, multiple files 11MBPS

2. installing oracle fail safe 2.1.3
3. using 2 netfinity 7000 and 1 ssa
4. method of installation = staged

This happened with the OS X Mountain Lion upgrade, I had to 'move' three files (com.pgp.framework.PGPwide, keyserver1.pgp.comGIobalDirectoryKey.asc, and PGPnke.kext) to get my system up and running again.
This time you have to move the file PGPwde.kext found under the /Library/Extensions/ I have those files on my desktop, but you can move them anywhere you want.
Reboot the Macn and voila!
Yes I upgraded to Maverick last night and the first issue I had was with the KeyChain, the fix was easy, but the system wouldn't let me make it since the PGP file was rebooting the system. I had to go into SafeMode (press SHIFT upon reboot) and then I fixed my KeyChain probem (had to reset the password), then I fixed the PGP problem.

Nomad MuVo2 File organization H

Hey all, I have a 4 GB MuVo2 and I was wondering how I can organize my files within a folder by track number. When I view a folder in Windows, I can select Details to show name, album, track, etc. I can then sort by track number for an album and it will rearrange my files by track, ,2,3, etc. When I upload that folder to my MuVo2, they are?put in alphabetical order. Does the MuVo2 only read and organize by name? Would the ONLY way to get these files in order by track is to put an 0, 02, 03 etc. in front of each name on each file

you;d have to put the "0,02,03.etc" in front of the track names, I had a movo2 and had the same question, but worked it out quickly... It's not really that time consuming, and worth it if you want to scroll through songs

Newbie Muvo2 4GB File Deletion Question/Car Casse

Hey Guys, Just got the Muvo2 Nomad from J&R. $40 after rebate. Anyway, I got it mainly to download MP3s of a radio broadcast. Each file is about 5MB in size, netting about 43 minutes of audio per file (@48k). At this rate, if my math is correct, the Muvo2 will hold approx 270 of these files before the 4GB dri've is full. How do you experienced Nomad users prefer deleting your files? Should I just let the dri've get completely full then delete, or delete the files every couple of weeks or so? Or split it down the middle?
Also, do you guys have a favorite way of piping the Nomad's output into a car's cassette deck/AM/FM radio? I have seen the cassette adapters and the FM transmitters, and would like to know if one method is considered superior by experienced users. My car's AM/FM/Cassette is OEM from Nissan in 994, a bit long in the tooth and certainly not top of the line. Thanks in advance for any feedback... Clashrule

As far as file management goes, I would say do whatever works for you. Do you archi've the shows?

Data trasfer to file

Hi,
I want to trasfer the data from two internal tables to a single table.Both the internal tables are interconnected.
One is for header values and other for items details. I tried to do as :
LOOP AT g_t_bkpf.
    TRANSFER g_t_bkpf TO l_output_file.
    LOOP AT g_t_bseg where bukrs = g_t_bkpf-bukrs    and belnr = g_t_bkpf-belnr.
     TRANSFER g_t_bseg TO l_output_file.
     ENDLOOP.
ENDLOOP.
Its giving an error. I want the layout of the file as :
Document Header details
          Item1
          Item2 and so on...

I tried to the same, but data in the tables are as:
g_t_bkpf :
doc_no, year, and so on.. that is unique.
but in g_t_bseg:
details for each items for that particular doc no.
If i combine both, it contain,
unique details - item 1
unique details - item 2
and it dont want like tht. It need to be as
unique details:
               Item1
               Item2

"an error has ocurred while transferring this file" help!!! Muvo2 1.

I keep getting this message every time I try to transfer a file. My computer is recognising my muvo2 and it says I have 569mb of space remaining. The message comes up before the file even begins to transfer - it says 0% when it appears. Anyone else having this problem or have any ideas what to do?

I have exactly the same problem with my MuVo? .5 GB!
I know that i had once about .GB of mp3s stored on it, however, I deleted all of them to upload a different mp3 collection. Now when I upload files to the MuVo, it stops when I have transfered about 450 MB. However, Windows-Explorer and Creative Media Source both say that there are still 900 and a few MB left, but when i try to copy a file - again "no space left on device".
I tried to:
delete all files, try transfer again - same effect
run scandisk - no change
format the player from the rescue menu - no change (whatever this does, this is not a real format, more a quickformat)
updated to the latest firmware - still no change!
I'm kinda really pissed now, I spent quite some time googling, but didn't find anyone else with that problem.
So .. where went that "space"? Would it be usefull to re-format the player using the Windows format tool, like suggested in that thread (with the settings from that thread):

I started to do that, but since it was *very* slow and the disk was seeking a lot (battery eaten up after about 20 mins!) I stopped the process.
Maybe I will try that afain tomorrow, but *somehow* this can't be the real solution. Whatever the MuVo does here seems not to be standard behaviour, since scandisk reports the dri've to be OK. Would it be possible to re-partition the MuVo? I guess thats not a good idea, since I believe that the firmware is somewhere on the disk, too.

i just syncronize my palm 680 with my computer.now i want to tranfer mp3 files to my palm mobile without using sd card or windows media player.i treid to use windows media player 9 for tranfering files but it didn't show anything to me .what can i do right now?please help me out.

Connect your device via usb cable to your computer do not hot sync. Start Ptunes and wait until they connect. You will get a list of things you can do on your computer. It self explanatory from there. You must sync the 2 devices in WMP or what ever player you have on your computer.

Ps the thread is says its about Centros but it will work the same on your 680

Hi,
there is a note in ABAP documentation regarding your issue.
Note:
When working with pipes, you need to ensure that the pipe only exists in the current work process. If a change of work process takes place during the time that the file is open, the pipe is lost and an attempted read or write access leads to a treatable exception of the class CX_SY_PIPE_REOPEN.
But I am not exactly sure what they mean by that.
