MVA Directory Number - Not Reachable

I am trying to configure MVA in a CUCM 9.1 and a SIP Gateway but it's not working. I can hear the IVR prompts but I get disconnected if I try to make a call. The IVR options to turn on/off Unified Mobility are working. I have checked in SIP trace messages and CUCM sent a "SIP/2.0 404 Not Found" message after the INVITE message from sip gateway. Note that I cannot dial the MVA DN from internal extension (Your call cannot be completed as dialled...). I have checked Partitions/CSS. The MVA DN partition belongs to inbound CSS of the gateway.
(Attached is the SIP messages on the gateway after I dial the number)

Hi
It looks this is sure could be an issue with the partition/CSS.  check you have done the following config steps,
Enable MVA service from serviceability page
- Enable end user for Mobile Voice Access
- Configure MVA number (accessible from PSTN) under Media Resources > MVA
- Cisco Callmanager service parameter for MVA to true
- Configure the VXML gateway (inbound dial peer to play the IVR, and outbound dialpeer to CallManager)
Please rate if this helps
Thanks

  • Status Agent Not Reachable - How to set a fix port number?

My EM 10g was working fine http://localhost:5500/em
Now when I tried, it was not working. I looked into portlist and found out it there was additional port of 5502
But when I logged into port 5502, Status Agent Not Reachable. Other links were working fine.
I had even installed another DB called REPOS other than the default ORCL.
All the services were up and running and I was just bouncing services back and forth and luckly I got the original port 5500 to work and then I did not got the error "Status Agent Not Reachable".
So I just wanted to know how to set a dedicated port in case the port number changes back to 5502 and if I get the error again.
    Thanks in advance.

Yes I installed multipe databases for eg ORCL was the default but I installed REPOS.
I did not uninstall the db.
Why does it show two different ports for ORCL 5500 and 5502 and for Repos it shows two ports but they are the same 5501.
Everything is on my local machine.
    Following is from the portlist
Ultra Search HTTP port number =5620
    Enterprise Manager Agent Port =
    iSQL*Plus HTTP port number =5560
Enterprise Manager Console HTTP Port (orcl) = 5500
Enterprise Manager Agent Port (orcl) = 1830
Enterprise Manager Console HTTP Port (repos) = 5501
Enterprise Manager Agent Port (repos) = 1831
Enterprise Manager Console HTTP Port (ORCL) = 5502
Enterprise Manager Agent Port (ORCL) = 1830
Enterprise Manager Console HTTP Port (repos) = 5501
Enterprise Manager Agent Port (repos) = 1831

  • Lync 2010 phone not available when users have two Directory Number Associations in CUCM

    Hello everyone,
We currently have a little issue with our LYNC 2010 to Cisco UC Integration (CUCM 8.5.1), I’m wondering if someone can shed some light please.
There are some users in our organisation having two Directory Number Associations in CUCM (Primary Extension for work number and IPCC Extension for team number), which result them not be able to dial out from Lync. For these users, it appears the Cisco phone
    is not available in Lync.
I tried to disable the team number from them, and after reboot, the Cisco phone came back available and dialing out from Lync was enabled.
Is there any workaround for this issue? Thank you in advance.
    Shawn

As far as Lync concern lync only do a number translation and send the call to cisco for reaching the destination. So you have to check how the call split is configured for users with respect to the team number and Extension. So in this case you need to have
2 different dial pattern to cisco based on how they accept the calls.
One pattern will translate the Primary extension number to the format cisco accept
Second pattern to translate the Team extension number to the format cisco accept.

  • The system is not reachable, the login data could not be considered

    Hello
I'm trying to connect via Hana Studio to a Hana One instance I have configured in AWS, following the guides & videos in the Hana Academy.
When adding the system in Hana studio, I get an error message after inputting the SYSTEM password:
The system is not reachable, the login data could not be considered
I've seen another post in the forum where the user solved the issue by resetting the SYSTEM password to a password without special characters, but mine is already "special character" free.
Are there others who have had difficulties when adding a new system?
    Regards
    Yann

    Hi Swapan,
Thank you for your attention and message.
I downloaded the SAP HANA Studio from "Get your own SAP HANA, developer edition on Amazon Web Services (http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-28294)", specifically at SAP HANA Studio, developer edition and SAP HANA Client, developer edition, for Windows XP 32-bit. Is this HANA One? How to know the version of HANA server? How to make my Internet or firewall allow me to go out to the JDBC port? I am just learning to deal with these computer-science issues.
    Regards,
    Beiwei

    Hi Beiwei,
I suppose you are using HANA One (which you can only launch today from AWS Marketplace and HANA costs 99 cents/hr). If it is HANA One, which version of HANA One you are using? Please make sure you are using the same version of HANA Studio with HANA Server?  Instance number in HANA One is 00.
If you HANA One, by default, it will open all the necessary ports. Please make sure you are Internet or your firewall allow you to go out to the JDBC port. If not, you cannot connect your studio behind your firewall with HANA server in the cloud.
    Thanks,
    Swapan

  • Officejet Pro X476dw MFP not reachable

    Hi,
out of the blue my Officejet Pro X476dw MFP turned 'not reachable' from my MacBook. Device is still connected to my Wifi network, no changes there since last use. I can print ok from my iPhone. I turned the device off and on again - no success. I turned the MacBook off and on again - same. I reconfiguered Wifi connection at device - same. I deleted printer from MacBook and tried to re-add but installation program couldn't find device. I tried to connect manually using IP address that was shown on device - 'device not reachable'.
I am running out of ideas, appreciate any help!
    Thank you!

Can the problem be based on corrupt http CUE files or the wrong version ? Which files are required ?
May the Firewall ACLs block this traffic ? But ping works !
    Please help !

That usually happens when your PC is using a default gatway that doesn't know about CUE address subnet.
So you have to fix your routing.

  • ADAWS Webapp Directory Does Not Exist

    Hello,
When I do the test (Security Settings) by the URL http://localhost/adaws/install/writeFiles.aspx I have the following error: "ADAWS Webapp Directory Does Not Exist."
    Someone knows what are happening?

    Tech support told me:<br><br>
"We have bug #60365 filed on this issue. The version number in WriteFiles.asp.vb is hardcoded to '6.2' and It will look through pthome.xml for this version of ID-AD and not find it. As a result, it will throw the 'Directory Does Not Exist' error. "<br><br>
Basically, just ignore the diagnostic error as the remainder of the app is unaffected by it.

  • PowerShell script : Directory object not found error in Get-ADGroupMember

I am new in powershell scripting. I am writing a script to add users in different AD Groups. while doing so I do the following:
Check if the user already exist in the group:
    $mbr_exist = Get-ADGroupMember $grpname | Where-Object {$_.SamAccountName -eq $sam}
If user does not exist then add the user to the group.
When I manually run the script its runs flawless, without any errors. But when I schedule the script to run it gives an error as follows:
    3/30/2015 8:32:15 AM Directory object not foundAt + $mbr_exist = Get-ADGroupMember $grpname | Where-Object {$_.SamAc ... + ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Error at Line:$mbr_exist = Get-ADGroupMember
    $grpname | Where-Object {$_.SamAccountName -eq $sam}
The strange thing is the user for which it throws the error is present in the group.I am not sure why this error is occurring when scheduled. Can any one please help? All the suggestions will be appreciated
Note: (The script is scheduled using Windows Task Scheduler)

Hi mdkelly, Sorry for such a late reply (due to credential issues).
I am using Windows task scheduler to schedule the task. I am given the administrator access to the server (Windows Server 2012). So I think I set to run the script under system account.
My apologies for asking this, am I missing something while scheduling the script through task scheduler?  how to check if the scheduled task is running under who's credentials? How to pass my (admin) credentials, so that the script execution won't face
a problem? Any suggestion on the above questions will be helpful. (I tried to search on net for the questions but didn't get any conclusive answers)
    Thanks in advance.

  • Ise node is not reachable after upgrading 1.2

Hi, I was using beta version of ISE with 1.2.834 code. and now the official release came out so I upgraded it.
after that, the ISE is not communicating with AD, and when I go to download logs, It says node is not reachable even though it is STANDALONE mode.
does anyone know how to work around this ?
should I just delete everything and go from scratch ?

The ISE is not communicating to the AD, So, you have to rejoin the domain. For this purpose please follow the following actions:
Go to Administration > Identity Management > External Identity Stores and select Active Directory from the left-hand pane.
Click Join at the bottom of the configuration page:
Also please check the LDAP port

  • Node Manager Not Reachable

    Hi Everyone,
I'm very new to WebLogic, so I apologize if this is a dumb question.
I'm trying to install WebLogic as server for OBIEE. My environment is pretty simple. I have two Oracle Red Hat Linux 32-bit physical machines, let's call them WLS_SERVER and OBIEE_SERVER. I installed OBIEE on the OBIEE_SERVER and tested it using the out of the box OC4J container and that worked fine.
Then I installed WebLogic 11g on the WLS_SERVER machine and I ran the config.sh script. I used the configuration GUI to register the two physical machines and an additional server object called BIServer. Out of the box, web logic comes with AdminServer server object. I heard it's a bad practice to deploy applications to the AdminServer, hence why I created the BIServer object. I associated BIServer with the OBIEE_SERVER machine.
I went to start the BIServer and I got the following error:
"For server BIServer, the Node Manager associated with machine OBIEE_SERVER is not reachable."
How do I setup a Node Manager on the OBIEE_SERVER? Do I also need to physical put the WebLogic install file on the OBIEE_SERVER box and also run the installer there? Or there a copy paste thing I do? What am I missing here?
    I appreciate the help!
    -Joe

I'm trying to install WebLogic as server for OBIEEI have not heard about OBIEE, but if your aim is to use weblogic as a server for hosting this then you definitely need to install weblogic on the physical box where OBIEE will be hosted.
I associated BIServer with the OBIEE_SERVER machine.
I went to start the BIServer and I got the following error:
"For server BIServer, the Node Manager associated with machine OBIEE_SERVER is not reachable."Again not sure what is BIServer but I think you are missing a number of steps here. If you are trying to run BIServer
on weblogic you definitely need to install WLS on this physical machine [OBIEE_SERVER]. You will then need to configure a node manager on OBIEE_SERVER machine to enable it to start remotely from the admin machine.
Link for Node Manager. Since you are in Linux you can try setting up script based node manager.

  • Change directory number on 7960

    Hi there,
I need to edit the directory number of a 7960 phone to 0009 but can't even get to the page that allows the change. Please help!!!
    Thanks...
    Lisa

    Hi Lisa,
    From ccmadmin;
    Updating a Directory Number
Follow these instructions to update a directory number that is assigned to a specific phone.
    Procedure
Step 1 Choose Device > Phone.
The Find and List Phones window displays.
Step 2 Enter search criteria to locate a specific phone.
A list of phones that match the search criteria displays.
Step 3 Click the name of the phone to update.
    The Phone Configuration window displays.
Step 4 From the Directory Numbers list, click the line that you want to update.(Probably Line 1)
The Directory Number Configuration window displays.
Step 5 Update the appropriate settings (Directory Number in this case to 0009)
    Step 6 Click Update.
Step 7 The change gets automatically applied to the phone after you click OK; however you can click Reset Devices. For more information, see the "Resetting a Phone" section.
Note: Devices restart as soon as possible. During this process, Cisco CallManager may drop calls on gateways.
