Mvt 262 is not working in MIGO / MB1A

Hi Gurus,
MIGO & MB1A is allowed in Mvt 262 in customizing but still system is not allowing and giving message that document doesn't have any selectable items, though the GI is working fine i.e. 262. Any clue on this issue?

mvt 261 is for GI to a production order,
for this u must enter a production order , and document date and postting date,
plant and storage location,
mvt 262 is for reversal of 261,
in your case please check the posting date,
if u try to reverse before posting date this error will occurs,

I have issued a component using the movement type 261. When I try to reverse the issued material using 262 movement type, it is creating the material document number as movement type 261 only. Please let me know how to reverse the material using the movement type 262.
When I try with 262, I'm getting the error as serial number is already issued try some other serial number. The stock is not getting refreshed properly. 261 is working fine but not 262.

If you are using MIGO, use the combination of 'return delivery' with 'material document' (that was created with 261) - this works with full or partial reversals. If you simply want to cancel/reverse the entire document then use 'cancellation' with 'material document.

Document splitting not working in MIGO/MIRO

Hi Experts,
I have the following PO, Account Assignment Categories, F: Expected double entries are as follows:
MIGO:
Debit GL: Expense
Credit GRIR:
MIRO:
Debit GRIR:
Credit Vendor
At my expese GL, I have cost center filled in; and in entry view I can read the cost center / profit center (and also segment) in MIGO / MIRO double entry.
Problem: But, when I click on the General Ledger view, both MIGO/MIRO double entries do not have profit center/segment split. All of the cost objects (cost center, profit center, segment) do not exist in the General ledger view (these fields are blank).
Question:
Does anyone have any idea?
I believe this should be document splitting settings which are not correctly. Therefore, does anyone have working splitting method of these MIGO/MIRO function?

Please check what is the splitting characteristics you have defined in
SPRO>IMG> Financial Accounting (New)> General Ledger Accounting (New)> Business transaction>Document Splitting>Define Document Splitting Characteristics for General Ledger Accounting, check whether you have defined Proce Center and Segment as the characteristics or not.

FI/accounting document tab not working in migo or mb03

Dear Experts,
In our test server the accounting entries are not showing when we are trying to check those through MIGO(display) or mb03 by clicking FI document tab.
Although all are valuated entries, what could be the reason, message is coming "No subsequent document found in Accounting"
Message no. RW011
Diagnosis
All documents generated in Financial Accounting for object type 'MKPF',
reference document number '5000341600' and organizational unit '2010' should be displayed.
System Response
No accompanying documents were found in Financial Accounting
through mb03 it is showing
Material document 5000341600 does not include an accounting document
Message no. M7082
Diagnosis
The system cannot find an accounting document for the material document 5000341600.
Possible reasons for this are:
The goods movement has no relevance to accounting. Therefore, the system did not generate an accounting document for the material document.
The material document is a document that was posted before Release 2.1. Such documents must be converted so that the system can find the relevant accounting document.
The procedure for the subsequent calculation of value is not active in your system. For further information, refer to the documentation on the program for valuating goods movements: RM07MWBU.
Procedure
Choose Continue and then choose another function.
Find out when the material document was created. If the document was created prior to the Release changeover, ask your system administrator to carry out the conversion of the documents. The individual steps required for document conversion are described in the Release Notes for Release 2.1B.

Millions of people got off work & turned on there computers recently to discover that Firefox is not playing any videos or flash content. Just like me, millions of people are randomly searching the internet in a futile & frustrating attempt at answers. Unfortunately, many of those people will simply stop using firefox & deem it a glitchy, unreliable browser.
This happened to me a couple days ago. I started up my computer & got a pop-up from Adobe saying that I need to update my flash player to 11.3.300.262. I've always thought of adobe as being a reliable software company, so I clicked on it with confidence that things will be working even smoother. To my horror, I relalized that right after the update, my main browser, firefox was destroyed. Then I went on the frustrating process of uninstalling, re-installing, running virus scan, researching the internet like a lost child. I said to myself, "that's why I hate updating stuff, because updates always seem to change stuff you don't want it to change & there always seems to be a problem with the updates." I usualy update software months after it releases, because microsoft & all the other software companies always seem not to test there stuff properly before releasing them. Then we have to look at a glitchy computer until the next update fixes it. Well, that is my rant. Now let me discuss the problem I found.
Problem:
What I did was, go into my firefox extentions menu & I disabled the 11.3.300.262 & I re-enabled the previous flash player. After that, everything worked perfect again. Then a today (a week later), I turned on my computer & my firefox wasn't playing any videos or flash content again. I went into my firefox extenions menu again, & I discovered that my old flash player had been deleted, & this new glitchy 11.3.300.262 had been enabled. Why did adobe feel the need to into my computer & automaticly delete & update my flash player. Now it doesn't work. THIS IS REALY FRUSTRATING!
The Issue I discovered:
"RealPlayer" is the most popular video program & it is installed on millions of computers. For some strange reason Firefox does not want its users to use Real Player. Specifically the RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin 15.0.2. I also discovered that my Browser Record Plugin 15.0.2 was automatically disabled when the Adobe 11.3.300.262 was automatically updated also.
- Maybe this could be because of some copyright conspiracy to keep people from downloading videos from the web.
- Maybe firefox wants people to use there download add-on instead of RealPlayers downloader.
I don't know what ther reason is. But what I do know is Nobody is going to delete there RealPlayer from there computer just to use FireFox. We can simply use Chrome or Internet explorer. I took the advise from Adobe & disabled the FireFox RealPlayer Extention. I also went into my RealPlayer preferences options, But there was no option to disable download recording from FireFox. BECAUSE I ALREADY DISABLED THE ADD-ON in FireFoxes menu.
Solution:
Step 1: Adobe needs to update all the computers with the previous flash player. That way we can choose to enable the previous flash player in our FireFox. or wait until a new update fixes the problem with firefox.
Step 2: Adobe & FireFox need to get together & go back to the drawing board. They need to create a update that actually works on computers that have Real Player installed on them. I don't care which company does the update. All I care about is if it works. Thank You.
Oh yea, Im running FireFox 13.0.1, Windows 7, HP computer, Real Player is up to date.

I was able to duplicate this issue on my Windows 7 laptop as follows:
     1) Completely uninstall FlashPlayer (using your tool) as well as Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Maintenance Service (used Windows 7 - uninstall from Control Panel). Please note that I checked the box that said "Remove my Firefox personal data and customizations" to ensure that Firefox was completely gone from my laptop.
     2) I then went out to the Firefox website and downloaded the "Firefox Setup 13.0.1.exe" app to my laptop. I ran this app to install Firefox.
     3) I then went to the following website http://www.ishmael.org.uk/karaoke02.php as I know that this URL uses Flash Player (obviously you can go to any URL that uses Flash Player - I'm just letting you know which one I used). I then clicked on the icon on this page to install Flash Player.
Once the install was completed, the URL stops responding and appears to be locked up (although it will occassionally hiccup and display portions of the page and then lock up again). You will eventually get a pop-up notice from Firefox that has the header "Warning: Unresponsive script" and says the following:
     A script on this page may be busy or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to to see of the script will complete. Script: chrome://browser/content/browser.js:6551
Selecting "Stop script" will get Firefox working until you hit another page that uses Flash Player.
To ensure that the above URL is not the culprit, I used one from your website http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html and had the same results.

MIGO BDC is not working in Scheduled BG Job

For Subcontracting Purchase Order Item, we are using the BDC Call Transaction method for the TCode
MIGO in the program 'ZMIGO_TEST'.
When we are testing the Program 'ZMIGO_TEST' through SE38 it is running successfuly and document is also posted but problem is when we schedule the same program 'ZMIGO_TEST' in SM36, same BDC code for MIGO Transaction is not working and giving the Error in IST_BDCMSGCOLL as folloow.

MSGV4: - SAPLMIGO
NOTE: - We can not use the BAPI 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE' because we have to update the Challan Number and Challan Year also for each PO Line Item and this BAPI does not have thses two fields in its Parameter Interface.

MIGO BDC not working

I have created one RFC Function in that i have called the MIGO BDC.
When i execute the RFC in SAP with the parametres the MIGO BDC works perfectly.
But when i call the RFC through Legacy System with the same data it is not working.
Can you pls. let me know if something has to be done, so that the BDC will also works from Legacy?

J1IS - Tab Get excise invoice not working

Scenario----
Our client is sending material to vendor which will not come back..... with payment of excise duties..........
Transer posting from our sloc to vendor sloc is done by MVT (311------Customised movement type)
This mat. doc. is used for the ref. doc.. at J1IS.........
AND we are not getting any data for get excise inv... for the ref. of earlier invoices.......
Here i need some clarifications.......
for J1IS which movement type doc. we can use........
For 311 MVT can we get data from excise inv. tab.....
is there any more notes or customisation reqd. for the same.....

311 movement is only a stock transfer between two storage locations. Here the material still be a valuated stock of the company. But ur requirement is that material will not come back from vendor.
best way is to create a return purchase order on the vendor (this is a normal po with return check-box selected in the line item)
Then u have to post MIGO with ref to this po. Here material document will be posted with 161 movement
U can generate a excise invoice with ref to above material document

Excise Invoice Tab is not display in MIGO for Cancelled document

Hi,
We are execuating the incoming excise cycle then in MIGO and J1IEX.It is perfectly working.But in case of cancellation the excise tab is not dispplaying in MIGO.We are using option "Only Capture and Both Capture & Post".Whatever the excise captured and Posted , it is updated in Excise Invoice tab in MIGO.
As per my understanding the excise tab should come for cancelled doucment also.

check following point
1) tax code in PO ,all excise condition should be there
2) Maintain chapter ID material combination in J1ID
3) Maintain Vendor and Plant excise details in J1ID

Click the lock to make changes is not working. Lion 10.7.2

I cannot make any preferences' changes that require clicking on the lock. When I try to click on the lock it simply does nothing and remains locked. I've tried doing a permission repair using disk utility and I cannot create another admin account because that requires opening the lock in Users&Groups. Also, when I login into root, then the lock is also locked.
The problem began when I updated to Lion.
I've had no luck finding a solution in forums.

summary : at mine clicking the lock at any kind of program does not work at all, not working in system pref,
not working at ''get info'' window, not working in any other kind of lock, i tried defragging via idefrag but that couldn't work because it needed a lock to be opened as well, i can't move my files to some folders, getting the ''The operation can’t be completed because an unexpected error occurred (error code 100022).''
plus when i log out, cannot log in because when i type my password it accepts it but then nothing happens, i had a root account as well but i can't enter it and can't create again because of the lock, but when i log in with guest account(no pass required) i can make changes via clicking the lock and filling in admin username and password in system preferences. and i created a new admin account in guest account by filling admin info for authorization in system preferences > users&groups , set no password, logged out but could not log into that account as well. my system is set to login to my account when the system starts.
so this is what i get with the clean display in console, opening system pref, then clicking users&groups, then clicking the lock. this is system.log

i tried repairing disk, permissions, both in system and recovery volume, and i just upgraded to 10.7.4, but the problem was present in 10.7.3, i noticed it two days ago and i just upgraded hoping that would solve the problem.
edit: i have found out that my problem is best described here, not the real concern of the OP but at the 4th option they say its a netinfo database problem, and diagnostics are the same problems that occur to me of that option but the system they're talking about is 10.1.5, i guess things have changed since then, but the problem is the same . http://macosx.com/forums/mac-os-x-system-mac-software/20630-cant-click-click-loc k-make-changes-button-when-installing.html

Repeat processing does not work properly - label printing MB90

Hi,
I created a custom label for 261 & 262 movement types. For this i created a custom page formats and needed settings.
The system seems to behave strange. when i try to print from MB90 for processing mode 1. The form output is as desired.
But when i try to repeat processing for previously processed item, it doesn't show the font size and all properly.
I tried to debug, everything is fine, triggers right form, infact i debuged the form also its the correct one. But does'nt show output properly.
Also for the new data whne i process and do repeat proecessing print it works...
Why it does not work for existing data in the system? Why it is behaving strange when it picks up same form.

Blocking certain cost center in MIGO/MB1A

Experts-
We have one cost center defined specially for transactions going through MM interface. We are using 201/202/161/101/122 movement types in interface.
We donu2019t want this Cost center to be used for goods issue in MB1A, MIGO etc.
Are there any u2018user exitsu2019 available to validate cost center in these transaction. Say: If transaction is MIGO/MB1A and cost center is u2018XXXXu2019 donu2019t post transaction and give error.

As of my knowledge there is no possibility to do in MIGO.
Validation & Substitution can only be used in your case.
I have another solution but i am not sure whether we use.
Go to Spro-Mat. Mgmt->Inv. Mgmt & Phy. Inv-> Goods Issue / Trf. mat ->Select Set Manual account ssignment
Make the field Account assignment Supressed for particular Mov type. ( inyour case 201).
Please let me know if any of my words are wrong.

I need to assign Delivery Note(LFSNR) in MIGO, to field Reference(XBLNR) in MIRO. that means "Reference " field must contain the delivery note information instead of Invoice doc number.
how can i use component MRMH0001.where can i use?

Overview
R/3 provides three "customization spots" that allow you to enhance FI/CO features without modifying the standard code. Although often collectively referred to as "user exits," two of the three have different names. SAP Enhancements are used to expand the standard functionality within SAP. Enhancements use function modules and are called from the standard SAP code. Each module in the system has a set of delivered enhancements that help companies expand the standard functionality where they need it. Enhancements were new in release 3.0.
The Open FI Interfaces or Business Transaction Events are also used to expand the standard functionality within SAP. These events are defined in the IMG. Business Transaction Events were new in release 4.0. They are not available for all modules and are not called on all integrated transactions into FI as of release 4.5B. This will change with each release and should be retested.
The older User Exits in FI/CO are "Z" programs that are defined in table T80D for client-dependent user exits, and in table T80I for client-independent user exits. These are also used to expand the standard functionality within the FI/CO modules. These User Exits have been available since the early releases of SAP. All of these FI/CO User Exits are listed in this document in the Configuring User Exits (Older). The list is included because these User Exits are not a part of the Enhancements or Business Transaction Events and do not have an Info System for searching.
Benefits
Standard SAP functionality can be enhanced without modification to the standard code.
Upgrades do not erase the functionality and it does not have to be re-transported or re-entered into the system. The enhancements should be thoroughly tested when upgrading to ensure the system will still work as implemented.
Configuring SAP Enhancements
Basic Steps in Configuring an Enhancement
Find the appropriate Enhancement.
Enter the ABAP code in the "Z" program within the function module.
Create a project.
Add the Enhancement to the project.
Activate the project.
Example Business Scenario for Enhancements
Company A has a requirement to validate all customer master records created with a U.S. address. The U.S. entity reports on the industry field on the customer master. This is only a U.S. requirement and should not be required for the other countries, so the field status would not work. To accomplish this requirement, Company A will need to set up an Enhancement for the customer master transaction. The necessary steps are detailed below with screenprints. This example was configured in a 4.6C system.

To search for a badi, go to se 24 display class cl_exithandler.
double click on method get_instance, get a break point on case statement.
execute and start the required transaction in new session.
look for variable exit_name. It would show the available badi's.

What version of Lomboz are you using? J2EE View was available in Lomboz 2.x releases and is not found in later releases. These olde versions used a lightweight JSP editor based on jasper. Your message looks like it is related to that.
I would recommend upgrading to one of the later releases such as 3.3, which can be found at:
