MX 2004 invalid links

Question

I hope someone can help me. I exported a page's CSS styles to
an external style sheet. Now every time I add a link it places a
slash / at the beginning of the link i.e: /procedures.htm which
makes the link invalid. When I remove the / everything works fine,
but I don't want to have to add this step everytime I want a new
link.
I have re-defined the site root. Deleted the site and started
over. Looked through pages and pages of FAQ's. Nothing.
I am using Dreamweaver MX 2004 v 7.0.1
Any help I can get would be appreciated.

If you browse to a file to create a link, the dialog box has
a drop down
list at the bottom where you can select Relative to: Site
Root or
Relative to: Document. You want your links to be relative to
document.
Once you change this, it will stay that way for future links
you create.
