MXE3500 IP streaming error

Hi, I'm having trouble with live streaming from an MXE3500. When I submit a job the following error occurs:
Internal error, creating server control ( 800401f3 )
Microsoft worker warning: Alias ( Bruneltest ) not added to Microsoft Media Server ( 134.83.121.8 )
Not entirely sure what to do to sort this. To get to this point I've done the following:
1.Creating an IP Capture configuration for the source. In this case a WMV feed from a IP streaming box.
2. Created a Webcast Distribution Profile. Set to output to the correct IP/Port with assigned WMV encoding format with a lower lower res than the original
3. Created a Job profile using the correct Encoder and Webcast profiles.
4. Started a Live Job using the Job profile and IP capture. This then produces the error as soon as it reaches the Job Status queue.
To resolve this I've tried streaming in a number of different encoding formats, Tried a different initial stream and tried a complete terminal reset of the MXE3500. I can't see any reference to this error in any forum or in the MXE documentation so I'm a bit at a loss.
Any help on this would be appreciated

Hello
1-Can you share if you have Cisco MXE cluster , how many resource node?.
2-Did you need to enable a live streaming on Cisco SNS using capture of Cisco MXE ?.
Can you find the below steps:-
I. MXE Setup (this is for WMV but you can also stream differently depending on encoder you use)
1. Setup IP CAPTURE Source.
2. Setup & Configure a ENCODER profile for Live Webcast.
3. Setup & Configure a WEBCAST profile for Live Webcast.
4. [optional] Setup & Configure a NOTIFICATION profile for Live Webcast.
5. Setup & Configure a JOB profile for Live Webcast.
6. Submit LIVE job for IP Streaming.
7. View & Monitor JOB status to verify the Live Job submission was started successfully.
II. SnS Setup – configure a non-DME Live Event and point to IP address and port you have configured on MXE in Webcast profile,  usehttp://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/video/digital_media_systems/5_x/5_3/showandshare/user/guide/live-events.html#wp1496227
For a Windows Media, URL will be something like http://MXE_IP:9xxx), you need to choose WMV in drop-down.

    since a couple of weeks my imac won't shot down properly from time to time. in the log there are a lot of error messages of this kind: <APSCourier: 0x10011deb0>: Stream error occurred for <APSTCPStream: 0x10060c290>: Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=61 UserInfo=0x10014a970 "The operation couldn’t be completed. sometimes the usb keyboard and the attached logtech mouse don't work anymore either. if i attach another keyboard to the back of the imac, it works. after a hard reset the mac keyboard and mouse work again.
    the third problem is, that after such hard resets, my truecrypt partition won't mount propery anymore and i get the error "hdiutil: attach failed - no mountable file systems". then again after a reboot it works fine again.
    i did a check with disk utitlity which didn't find any problems. i also repaired permissions. didn't help either.
    i have no idea what the cause could be. bad hardware? bad filesystem? bad os? any ideas?
    here's the end of the log file:

    I'm getting the same issue; my system wakes up from sleep about half an hour after I put it to sleep. The display never turns on by itself though—just the system. This has happened since the upgrade to 10.6.5. I'm running build 10H574, which I believe is the release version. The issue appears to have existed in pre-release versions, and does not seem to have been fixed in the release.
    Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

  • Network Stream Error -314340 due to buffer size on the writer endpoint

    Hello everyone,
    I just wanted to share a somewhat odd experience we had with the network stream VIs.  We found this problem in LV2014 but aren't aware if it is new or not.  I searched for a while on the network stream endpoint creation error -314340 and couldn't come up with any useful links to our problem.  The good news is that we have fixed our problem but I wanted to explain it a little more in case anyone else has a similar problem.
    The specific network stream error -314340 should seemingly occur if you are attempting to connect to a network stream endpoint that is already connected to another endpoint or in which the URL points to a different endpoint than the one trying to connect.
    We ran into this issue on attempting to connect to a remote PXI chassis (PXIe-8135) running LabVIEW real-time from an HMI machine, both of which have three NICs and access different networks.  We have a class that wraps the network stream VIs and we have deployed this class across four machines (Windows and RT) to establish over 30 network streams between these machines.  The class can distinguish between messaging streams that handle clusters of control and status information and also data streams that contain a cluster with a timestamp and 24 I16s.  It was on the data network streams that we ran into the issue.
    The symptoms of the problem were that we if would attempt to use the HMI computer with a reader endpoint specifying the URL of the writer endpoint on the real-time PXI, the reader endpoint would return with an error of -314340, indicating the writer endpoint was pointing to a third location.  Leaving the URL blank on the writer endpoint blank and running in real-time interactive or startup VI made no difference.   However, the writer endpoint would return without error and eventually catch a remote endpoint destroyed.  To make things more interesting, if you specified the URL on the writer endpoint instead of the reader endpoint, the connection would be made as expected.
    Ultimately through experimenting with it, we found that the buffer size of the create writer endpoint  for the data stream was causing the problem and that we had fat fingered the constants for this buffer size.   Also, pre-allocating or allocating the buffer on the fly made no difference.  We imagine that it may be due to the fact we are using a complex data type with a cluster with an array inside of it and it can be difficult to allocate a buffer for this data type.  We guess that the issue may be that by the reader endpoint establishing the connection to a writer with a large buffer size specified, the writer endpoint ultimately times out somewhere in the handshaking routine that is hidden below the surface.
    I just wanted to post this so others would have a reference if they run into a similar situation and again for reference we found this in LV2014 but are not aware if it is a problem in earlier versions.
    Thanks,
    Curtiss

    Hi Curtiss!
    Thank you for your post!  Would it be possible for you to add some steps that others can use to reproduce/resolve the issue?

    I do have SR but hoping i can get quicker answer hereYou may always escalate the SR if you are not getting response timely. Anyways, give the reference of this thread in the SR and ask service engineer to file a bug.
    I will email you the wire messageI saw the wire message you mailed across. There are some junk characters in the starting of the payload and that's why parsing is failing. Most probably it is a BOM (Byte Order Mark). Ask your TP to send messages in UTF-8 encoding without BOM or any other junk character in the starting of the message. You may open the wire message payload you mailed across in notepad or textpad and you will able to see those junk characters in the starting of the payload.

    I believe the lines with the file size/written size are files in excess of the limit set in Data Synchronizer.

  • Problem accessing web service, error 2032 Stream Error

    I'm building a small flex app hat uses two web services
    provided by the same coldfusion CFC.
    I've verified that I can successfully access the web services
    via HTTP, and one of the web services actually does work when
    called. Both return structures that contain a string var, a numeric
    var, and one or more query vars.
    Here is my web service declaration:
    quote:
    <mx:WebService id="ws"
    wsdl="https://www.it.dev.duke.edu/components/dukemagsearch/checkMailing2.cfc?wsdl"
    useProxy="false">
    <mx:operation name="queryDB" result="queryDBResult()"
    fault="queryDBFault(event)">
    <mx:request>
    <RUNDATE>{cboRunDate.selectedItem.XDATE}</RUNDATE>
    <ENTITYID>{txtEntityID.text}</ENTITYID>
    <LASTNAME>{txtLastName.text}</LASTNAME>
    <FIRSTNAME>{txtFirstName.text}</FIRSTNAME>
    <MINITIAL>{txtMiddleInitial.text}</MINITIAL>
    <PRFSCHCD>{cboPreferredSchool.selectedItem.TABLKEY}</PRFSCHCD>
    <PRRECTYP>{cboRecordType.selectedItem.TABLKEY}</PRRECTYP>
    <PRFCLASS>{txtPreferredClass.text}</PRFCLASS>
    </mx:request>
    </mx:operation>
    <mx:operation name="getListData"
    result="getListDataResult()" fault="getListDataFault()"/>
    </mx:WebService>
    Sorry if the formatting sucks, I don't know how to post
    "code" here.
    Anyway, the getListData() method works fine and populates my
    list boxes. But when I call the queryDB() method, I get the
    following fault event:
    quote:
    [FaultEvent fault=[RPC Fault faultString="HTTP request error"
    faultCode="Server.Error.Request" faultDetail="Error: [IOErrorEvent
    type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2
    text="Error #2032: Stream Error. URL:
    https://www.it.dev.duke.edu/components/dukemagsearch/checkMailing2.cfc"].
    URL:
    https://www.it.dev.duke.edu/components/dukemagsearch/checkMailing2.cfc"]
    messageId="1E553B99-DF28-ED72-62B8-B84AA3919F9A" type="fault"
    bubbles=false cancelable=true eventPhase=2]
    I've looked all over the place and I can't seem to find what
    this error means. I've tried all kinds of different ways of doing
    things. Right now I'm browsing the flex app via a file URL (C:\...)
    but I tried putting it up on the server too and that didn't work
    either.
    The method call *DOES* work when called via HTTP... ie
    https://www.it.dev.duke.edu/components/dukemagsearch/checkMailing2.cfc?method=queryDB&RUND ATE=2006-05-19&FIRSTNAME=&LASTNAME=SMITH&MINITIAL=&PRFSCHCD=&PRRECTYP=AL&PRFCLASS=&ENTITYI D=
    (You have to be logged in for that to work so you'll just
    have to trust me, it returns no records if you're not logged into
    the web site already).
    I'm totally stressing out about this because I've essentially
    spent the entire day since 8am trying to solve this. The
    application should've taken 15 minutes total.
    HELP!
    Thanks for any suggestions y'all have.
    Rick

    It means your output was not formed correctly and could not
    be parsed. set up a server side script or something to check that
    the output is indeed what you think it should be, 99% of the time i
    get thie error its due to malformed output from my webservice or
    db. Also try making an xml model of your target data to test the
    application internaly, look up model in the docs, it easy to use
    and if the model works then you know the data is faulty and you
    need to check your output and queries.

  • #2032 Stream Error when downloading .air file for update

    Hi guys,
    I have made a very simple self update air application. When
    the .air file to download for updating is on a localhost server
    everything works fine, however when the .air file is on a remote
    server I got a #2032 stream error when trying to download the .air
    file. (I tried to download the file using IE or Firefox and I get a
    404 error ; btw I am absolutely sure of the .air file URL )
    Does this happen because the .air file has been generated
    with my trial version of Adobe Air ?
    Thanks for your help.
    Olivier

    Thank you for your answer Oliver.
    I'm absolutely sure of the URL. I set the permissions on the
    remote web server to browse the directory with my explorer, I can
    see the .air file but when I click on that file I get that 404
    error. (I hit the refresh button of my browser to be sure to have
    the correct files list). Btw something interesting to notice is
    that when I rename the .air file to .zip I can download the file.
    I have tried with another remote server and it works. There
    may be some misconfiguration somewhere with the first server I
    tried.

  • Android AIR App Random Error #2032: Stream Error (HTTPStatusEvent = 0)

    Hello
    I am investigating an issue with failed requests and it's been difficult to narrow it down. When I put the URL into a browser I get a valid / expected response. However when I try to access the same URL using Actionscript 3 on my Android Devices (Nexus S and Xoom), I get stream error #2032 at random.
    I am using URLRequest with a custom RequestListener class:
    var loader:URLLoader = new URLLoader();
    if(action == "zip") loader.dataFormat = URLLoaderDataFormat.BINARY;
    var listener:RequestListener = new RequestListener(action, loader, endFunction, extra);
    loader.addEventListener(Event.COMPLETE, listener.requestSuccessful);
    loader.addEventListener(IOErrorEvent.IO_ERROR, listener.requestFailed);
    loader.addEventListener(HTTPStatusEvent.HTTP_STATUS, onHTTPStatusChange);
    var req:URLRequest = new URLRequest(Global.apiURL);
    req.method = URLRequestMethod.POST;
    req.data = new URLVariables(paramString);
    loader.load(req);
    return loader;
    Note that it works on one of my routers but not the access point:
    onHTTPStatusChange: 0
    requestFailed: [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032: Stream Error. URL: { ... }" errorID=2032]
    Since it works on one router but not the other, I can't say that it's an issue with the app, phone, or our request URL.
    Note that I am using SSL / https.
    Is it a timeout issue?? This is really frustrating.
    Thanks.

I've changed it back since then but it continues to make the noise and log file error entries are still posting. Below is my error log file for this issue from the first instance to the last one. • Streaming error the operation could not be completed

    Dear All,
    Please Help me i Above Subject Iam using Airtel Digital Tv Application name is pocket tv firts time is install Application is working good after some days showing error streaming error the operation could not be completed please try again later please let me know what is issued and how can fix this problem.

    I've continued tests on different films, and tried my entire collection. I've found about two dozen that will play fine on the PC, but will not cooperate when streamed to either Apple TV or my iPad. I tried several more tests with the audio, and that turned out not to be a factor -- I could not replicate that on another test.
    I wonder if something in the header of these files is corrupted or a flag is set incorrectly or something along those lines, as the data appears to be fine -- it's just not "handshaking" with my streaming hardware and/or the Apple Home Sharing code that powers it.
    Is there any way for me to "scrub" these files and amend their headers, or get into the file and tinker with that info by hand?

    I just had this issue as well.  A work around is to manually install all of the updates, one-by-one.  This may take a while and be a pain, but after this it's freesailing for future updates.  Not sure what the issue is but don't worry, that will fix it.

    Instead of downloading one by one simply download the 10.6.7 'combo' update from Apples support site, it contains all previous updates in one package.

  • WA 2012 sp1 - Error viewing attachments SOAP streaming error

    Getting Soap Attachment Stream Error: [8911], when attempting to access attachments via webaccess.
    This problem predates the 2012 sp1 install, not sure if the error number is the same, but it's likely.
    Everything is on the same box, as far as the GW agents go. WA DVA POA.
    Apache also.
    All same IP address. Linux. It's a VM.
    From the docs -
    8911 Cannot write on connection
    Source: GroupWise engine; TCP/IP communication.
    Explanation: Cannot write on connection; the receiver isnt
    responding.
    Possible Cause: A client or server machine has crashed, or the process
    was forced to close without shutting down. The machine might have been
    exited while connections were active.
    Action: Restart the GroupWise client.
    Possible Cause: If this error occurs from the POA, the server where the
    POA runs might not have the most current version of TCP/IP.
    Action: Install the latest TCP/IP. For technical services and file
    updates, see Novell Support.
    It's a "hard" problem, identical each time. I do not believe this is a
    comms problem.
    I could accept that it is a problem with a "dead" port, or an incorrect
    port, or another configuration issue, but I have nothing to go on.
    Any ideas on what to check?

  • KWHA400 eecutive kit - recieving an ipod streaming error

    I have the KWHA400 purchased for Christmas, and the MCCI40 ipod dock.
    I am using an ITOUCH and initially (until late january) it worked fine,  Now I receive and IPOD streaming error when trying to play a song.
    It still recognizes the itouch, you can browse the library, but when a song is selected the error is generated.
    Has anyone seen something similar?

    thanks, no success.  I rebooted, also reinitailized the software on KWHA40.  It works fine with my other itouch devices of a different generation.

  • Re: Data streaming error

    Hello,
    We are using Jdeveloper 11.1.1.4.0;
    A page we developed its working fine in the Jdev Integrated weblogic server. But if we deploy it in the Server, some time its working fine and sometime time its giving the data streaming error,
    if we restart the application server, the error is not coming.
    I have visited so many forums here, but it’s not helpful to me.
    Is there any configuration we have to do it in the weblogic server side or the problem in the code as it mentioned in a forum?
    Thanks in Advance.
    Vijay.

    Hi,
    unfortunately your question isn't helpful either as it does not provide enough information (stack traces or log entries for example). As you say this ahppens randomly it would be interesting to know if network can be an issue. Also have you tested your application e.g. with 11.1.1.6 to verify the problem is related to 11.1.1.4 or a general one.

  • HT1947 Radio Streaming Error

    Why does the "Remote" application require radio streaming?  This creates a problem when there is network block such as at a school district.  If I don't override the district block, I get a "Radio Streaming Error" message.

    I am still getting this message.  I use my iphone as a remote for my itunes and that also seems to trigger the message.  I just updated my macbook to the newest itunes, as I had moved my other devices to the newest operating system and had been using my iphone as a remote for all music classes, then clunk, this message comes on and has to be deleted over and over.  Make it stop!!  We've never been able to access radio, as it's blocked by the Area 11.  Any thoughts?
