My 2011 MacBook Pro 13 inch didn't come with an install disk?
I opened up my MacBook Pro today as a christmas present. All was going well, until I wanted to do Boot Camp. Well, since the Windows support software download always starts to hang, (My internet isn't slow) I can't get the drivers installed. Windows is installed perfectly, however. I'm just really curious on why it didn't come with an Install disk.

Please see question above, but also note, I have the Applecare Protection Plan but am unable to get through to anyone on a weekend and I desperately need to use my laptop this weekend. I can't log in at all now as I've forgotten my admin password. A few weeks ago I also changed the password on my husband's new MacBook Pro and again forgot the password. I spoke to someone at Apple and they helped me to reset it within minutes, by restarting the computer holding Command+something else (I can't remember what it was). A black screen with writing came up and I had to type in something like "password" (not sure exactly). Anyway, this was a very quick and efficient process but I didn't write it down unfortunately. Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
When the menubar appears select Terminal from the Utilities menu.
Enter resetpassword at the prompt and press RETURN. Follow
instructions in the dialog window that will appear.

I have an Early 2011" macbook pro 13 inch (core i5 2.3ghz 4gb ram 320hdd) with Mountain Lion 10.8.2, and I want to connect it via Mini DP to HDMI connector, and a HDMI cable to a LCD TV LG 32LD340. When I had Lion OS, I had no problems at all.
If you have an external drive equal to or larger than your internal HD, clone your internal to it with either Carbon Copy Cloner or Super Duper. Test the clone to make sure it's bootable. Then upgrade either one. Try it out first.

i need the drivers for earl 2011 macbook pro 13 inch i7 4 gigs for windows 7 64 bits i tried downloading with bootcamp butt it never completes allways ends up with an error please help if any one has the drivers or knows were i can download them

After it loads, Command + F to find information regarding the drivers. -
Apparently, the only boot camp functions that work are restarting in Mac OSX and double-touch right-clicking, which I got after downloading the BootCamp 3.2 upgrade.
This means no sound, no Direct3d (though I've installed the Intel drivers manually and that's now working), no keyboard functions, and no internet access by ethernet port or wifi, which means I won't be able to activate Windows and this install will soon die a quiet death.The Bootcamp Assistant version should 5.1.x. I purchased the Logitech F310 game controller for my 2011 MacBook Pro. How do I get the driver installed for it. The Disk that came with the controller is a mini disk and will not insert into my laptop.
May not make a difference anyway. The Logitech support site does not show drivers for Mac OS for the F310:

I'd contact their support to find out if there is a Mac driver available, and if they can either give you a web link to get it, e-mail you the software, or snail-mail you a standard-size disk with the drivers. -

What DVDs are this ?
If it is OSX Snow Leopard Installation DVD then yes this disc contains the BootCamp Drivers version 3.x and is needed after the installation of Windows to install the BootCamp Drivers.
With OSX Lion BootCamp is at version 4.x and the BootCamp Drivers have to be downloaded during use of the BootCamp Assistant in OSX.
