Thanks for the swift reply, I have been looking online and a loose plug seems to be somewhat of an issue with many, I hope mine is actually a problem and not what others are experiencing. It's taken me this long to even reach out for the simple fact I HATE being a complainer but this is just horrible.
Do you have an iPad 3 as well? And is yours not experiencing any issues close to mine?

My iPhone 4 with iOS 6 is making me start to hate Apple. Any App and at any time I open and I can not view it or move for more than 2 minutes, they close themselves. During connections, it also gives this problem and the signal disappears after a few seconds back but often the person on the other end has hung up ... Thanks Shootist007, by blockd files I mean files that I have changed to blocked and when I tried to move then for the first time, I had to unblock again. I am trying to backup my pictures, my songs and other files like word documents and excel tables. First I put all of them as blocked, what caused the first problems on trying to move them. Then, I've unchecked the block option and if I try to move one by one, there is no problem. The issue is to move all together, because it gets stuck in the preparing to copy files step. Anyway, if I cannot do all by once, I'll do it one by one, event though that was not suposed to happen if we are talking about technology, right? Anyway, I thank you again for trying to help me!

You said "reset," so Meg assumed that's what you did. But "reset" is not a button; to reset the phone you must hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears. You may have to hold for up to 30 seconds, and if the battery was completely drained, you will have to restore iOS using iTunes on your computer.

Having trouble with Nano shuffle while traveling. It's connected to my vehicle stereo and set to shuffle. When I stop the vehicle for more than a few minutes, the music resumes with the same song it always starts with. How can I get it to keep shuffling after restarting the vehicle?
Is the iPod actually doing the music playing? If the iPod is connected using a USB port (on the car audio system) and docking cable, the car audio system is doing music playing. The iPod is just acting as a storage device (like a USB flash drive) with song files. So, in that setup, it does not matter whether the iPod is set to shuffle or not, because the car audio system is playing the songs. Any change to how it plays songs would have to be a setting on the car audio system.
