My 4620 will not let me copy 8.5x15 help!!!!

My 4620 will not hold the copy page size to 8.5x14 it defaults back to 11 and will not let me copy 14 ! I am stuck

According to the specifications for the 4620, it should support scanning up to 8.5X14 using the Automatic Document Feeder. You did not mention the OS you are operating with, so I will direct you to a link on the 4620 support page on HP.com. Hopefully this will help you with your problem.

If you sent the photos directly from the Photos app, it is quite possible that you selected Message rather than Mail when you emailed them to yourself. I assume that is how they ended up in the Messages app. I also assume that you no longer have the old phone or you could just email them to yourself again. Is that a correct assumption? If you cannot access the photos on the old phone any longer, and you can see them in the messages app randomly, try closing the Messages app completely and reset the device and then see if the photos reappear.
In order to close the Messages app, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to Messages and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Next, reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Illustrator will not let me copy in a screenshot on my mac

I have screenshot lots of images and they will not let me drag them in to illustrator to use they save as a .png when i screenshot and it has always worked before but now wont it says 'an unknown format cannot be opened'

Illustrator CS6 and CC2014 work fine with png's dragged to AI.
Did you Quit and re-open Illustrator? Or reset the preferences file?

You can backup your data without a passcode, just right click on the iPhone and select backup.

It will not let me copy and paste

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

Transferring Photos to an external hard drive. I Copied all the pictures from a folder in iPhoto and Pasted on the Hard Drive. However, only about 50% were Pasted. It will not let me Copy

I am trying to Transfer my Photos to an External Hard drive as a Back Up. Since I want to be able to Transfer them to a Windows based computer if necassary, I did not use the Automatic Mac Backup program.
To Transfer them. I Copy all the Pictures in a folder in IPhoto, then Paste them in a Folder of the same name, which I have created on the External Hard Drive. It will Paste about 50% of the Photos. Then, when I try to go back and Copy and Paste the rest, it acts like it has already done that. HELP!!!

By default, iPhoto keeps pictures in a special library which isn't user friendly - but is effective for the program. The best way to move pictures from iPhoto is to export them from the iPhoto program.
Start up iPhoto and select all the photos you want to move to your external drive. Go to the File Menu and select Export... For size choose original and then select the external drive as the destination. (It would be good to create a folder for the photos first.)
Since export doesn't create folders and you may want the photos organized, you can select one event or one album at a time and export each separately, putting them into separate folders on the external.

Will not let me copy files or unzip anything - says space is full. I have 144GB left

Back up all data. Don't continue unless you're sure you can restore from a backup, even if you're unable to log in.

My Macbook Pro will not let me copy!

i press cmd C then Cmd V and it is pasting the previous thing i copied, not the new thing i wanted to cope. Why? this doesn't happen all the time, but happens once i've copied sevral bits.....very annoying.
also I'm trying to save journals, but when I come to open them in PDF, it says file damaged and cannot be reparied.
Help someone please.
