My 4s phone is not responding to my swiping it , I need to unlock it to go to iTunes to see if I'm backed up but phone/ screen won't unlock what can I do?
My 4s screen won't let me swipe I've tried turning all off and on , tried plugging into Mac to back up but am unable to as I can't unlock phone if I had screen replaced would that help.

Resolution
If your device is experiencing any of the symptoms listed above, try the following steps:
1. Restart your device
- Hold the On/Off button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the On/Off button to turn it back on.
- If you can't restart your device, reset it by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for a least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
2. Clean the screen with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
3. Avoid using the device while wearing gloves, with wet hands, or immediately after applying hand lotion.
4. If you have a protective case, or if you are using a plastic sheet or film on the display, try removing them and testing the device without it.
If the steps above don't resolve your issue, please schedule a service appointment with an Apple Retail Store for evaluation. If an Apple Retail store is not an option, contact Apple to find out your best service option or see the Service FAQ for your product.
If your issue is not resolved, please follow the last steps for seeking service options.

You can't backup the iPod t iTunes then. You will have to use an existing iTunes backup.
If iCloud backup is turned on and the iPod is still working (not disabled), the iPod will automatically backup daily if an internet connection is available and the iPod is connected to a charging source. -
My ipod nano 5th gen. won't play movies or tv shows but it plays them on itunes. When I click on it the screen flashes black. I have tried taking the videos off my ipod and then putting them back on but it still won't work. what should i do?

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Restored phone after it fell in toilet but the screen is black. What can I do now?

You wait a few days, possible a couple weeks for it to completely dry out before trying to use it, which you should have done in the first place.

We are receiving following error, while trying to deploy the application on Win Phone emulator. “Windows Phone Emulator is unable to connect to the Windows Phone operating system: The phone did not respond to the connect
request. Some functionality might be disabled.”
I have tried all possible ways that we found on blogs. We are still not able to solve this issueI have had a lot of issues with the emulator in the past.

Also, I find that if I cancel my build/deploy while it is stuck on booting the OS and then wait a short while the phone OS will complete booting, and from that point I can deploy to the emulator. It's a workaround, but it works well for me.
I need to do that on Windows 10 tech preview, which may or may not be simply an incompatibility with the beta OS.
I'm a self-taught noob amateur. Please take this into account when responding to my posts or when taking advice from me. -

If the photos that you have on your iPad came from a different computer that may be why you are getting that message. If you have photos from a previous sync with iTunes you must make sure that you have those photos selected to sync again.
In the photo below, I have a checkmark next to sync photos. The folder from which the photos are syncing is iPhoto on my Mac. You can also see that I have clicked - selected albums, events, and faces automatically. These events, albums, etc will sync every time the way I have this set up.
I can also add new events or albums when I sync if I choose to do so. You have to select the other albums, events, etc. that you want to sync by putting a checkmark in the box next to the event and then click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes and they will transfer to your iPad. -
Hi, so I pushed autofill because I thought that it would put music on my phone from a different iTunes library but it didn't work, and now the songs show up grey in my music on my phone and they won't play, but they are still there. What can I do to fix this and get rid of the grey songs?
Go back to iTunes, select the Music tab, uncheck the 'sync music; button, then hit apply.
