My 4S will only vibrate and not ring. Also, I've got no keyboard or unlock screen sounds.

Can someone please help. My 4s that I just got today will not ring. Also the keyboard and unlock sounds don't work. All other sounds work fine. The volumes are at full blast and everything is turned on.

Have you checked the sliding button on the left side above the volume?

I don't have sound anymore either. The mute button is in the correct position, the sounds are all on and the volume is all the way up. iTunes plays but I only get vibrations when a call or text comes through. I tried resetting but it did not solve the problem.

Can not down load up date for flash player..I tried removing my original flash player and this did not work...and now i have no flask player! A firefox window opens for down load and only reads "save" or "cancel" it does not have a "RUN" button. When I double click on the saved document it does not down load. Now what can I do??

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps to install Flash.

PDF will only save and not view..

I use Firefox browser and each time I go to open an email attachment in gmail I have to save it and then click on it again to view it. The view button goes directly to SAVE AS. How can I disable save as and use view?

I was running FF 7.0.1, & having the Same problem - I Solved it...
I loaded 8.0 (Beta 2), then 3.6.23... problem persisted. I use "PDF-XChange Viewer"... I Uninstalled it, then Installed the newest version (2.5.199.0). That Solved the problem in all 3 of the above versions of FF. I believe it has something to do with the "Viewer" Plug-In being contained within the install file.
Mozilla Help refers to this procedure, but they refer to "Acrobat" specifically. Evidently it works with more than just Acrobat.
Hope this helps someone else, so they need not spend as much time on it as I did.

on left side of your phone you have volume controll an right above that is a small button an if you see a orange or red dot you are in silent mode flip the switch up an it will remove silent .

Have you tried resetting both the iPod and dock? To reset the iPod, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
To reset the dock, unplug it and plug it back in.

look in settings:sounds and be sure you have a ring tone set, and both vibrate buttons are off. Also be sure the volume slider id as far right as is comfortable.

I am unable to change my ringtone from default on my iphone 5 as well as the phone only vibrates and doesnt even play default ringtone.

full price for the phone on that call. They admitted a coding error on
Verizon part and ensured that it would be corrected in 24 hours which was
in time for the pre order. .. however it was not. That's why I called a
second time. Yet the second called said they needed to confirm, like the
first call never happened. Now I am not able to pre order the iphone I
wanted and will need to wait weeks for a backorder (whether I decide to
stay with Verizon or not)

If your phone will only vibrate, something in the settings has occurred improperly. It may be as simple as deleting an application would fix it. I would recommend a factory reset to clear it to new settings. Hope this helps.
