My 6500A prints photos far too dark - how do I get round this???? I can't find any OBVIOUS way of controlling this.

Same problem with the same printer here.
When I send a photo from my phone (via ePrint) the result is not as clear as I would like.
In addition to settings for brightness, I would also like to know if it's possible to change the size of the printed photo. (if you print a photo from windows you'll get a wizzard that lets you choose from different sizes)

I've just downloaded itunes onto a new computer, and I'm currently downloading previously owned music from the cloud. However, it keeps sticking on various songs - it will get part of the way through and just stop, this seems to happen to about 1 in 10 songs. How do I get round this?
Also, once I've finished dowloading from the cloud, how do I get my library to display only the songs I've downloaded, and not all the other ones that I don't want anymore?

I'm trying to sign in to icloud on my laptop to access my itunes but it says my apple id is valid but wont open. I don't have an apple phone, I have an android phone. How can i get round this?

No, this should be the number one thing you are concerned about.
Until you get this sorted, there is a good chance you may simply lose everything.
Do you hav ean external drive?
If so copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder to the external drive.
Then you can delete /Music/iTunes/ empty the trash and recover this space.
Do this then Apple menu > Software update.
Restart the computer
Then post back.

The simplest way to transfer everything is to copy the entire /Music/iTunes/ folder from old computer to /Music/ on new computer.

You mention that a lost ipad can be found from any computer. As a relative computer novice, I didn't know this. How would I go about carrying out such a search?
I don't think I'd use the find friends app. My concern is to find a lost or stolen ipad.

Can you be clearer about what you're seeing? The price should be clearly stated up front... Is that not the case? Note that there may be additional taxes that will increase the final price, and that can't be included in that up-front listed price, since taxes are different everywhere.

You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

I believe part of the recovery process is you get an e-mail allowing you to reset questions. If that e-mail isn't correct either because your son set it up then you really have no option but to ask Apple again. They are getting strict abotu security and given the number of "My iTunes account got hacked" posts here I can guess why. They have no way of knowing you really are the owner of the account. It's like me going to a policeman and saying, "See that car over there? That is mine, can you open the door for me?" and the police opening it on that basis alone.

Why is the printed photo much darked than what is displayed on the monitor? How do I balance the two?

The monitor is probably set too bright. Check in the manual as to how to adjust it.
For optimal results the monitor should be calibrated with an external device. If you google "monitor calibration" you will get many hits.

Sounds like your iPhone was previously hacked/modified/jailbroken
and the update has relocked it to the original wireless carrier. If that
is the case, only the wireless carrier to which the iPhone is now locked

I used FF for some time, then I looked up a page in Turkish (not my language), and the page appeared in a small format, and I couldn't open it. Even when I right-clicked the FF icon, I couldn't close it, so I turned the computer off, and restarted, but I still can't open any page with FF because I can't get the full page. To answer the post title FireFox save all downloads automatically in the download folder, which you can find in the Documents folder. If you want to choose where to save your downloads go to tools>options>check always ask me where to save files.
Secondly, I am assuming you have IE 8 installed as this is the only version that supports this fix that is currently not in beta. Go to control panel>internet options>advanced tab and reset the settings at the bottom. This may or may not fix the problem but it is a good first step.
