My Skype account is being charged incorrectly. How do I contact someone in accounting by ophone to correct this??

It should automatically choose the iPhone number associated with the ID you are using for iMessage. If the iMessage phone number appears correctly on your iPhone, try going to Settings>Message>Send & Receive on your iPad, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in.

I had two subscriptions
1. Unlimited World
2. India 400
The first time I subscribed for India 400, it worked perfectly fine. My phone calls to India were covered in the subscription.
However, after exhausting the 400 minutes a few days ago, I renewed it again today and called up some numbers in India. To my surprise, my skype credit got exhausted! I even got the receipt by email from skype and paypal that the payments have been done successfully.
How do I claim the refund for the calls made to India which were supposed to be covered under subscription but instead charged to my skype credit? My account details show "0 minutes left" under "Your Subscriptions" -> India" at this point of time. I must add that it has already been more than 30 minutes.
Upset!I checked your account and you don't have any subscription minutes left for this month.
For example if you purchase India 400 five times a month it will still only give you 400 minutes per month.
Your minutes will be reset on the 7th of August and since you paid twice this month your next payment will be in September

Duplicate account after moving house - being charg...
Hello, I moved house on Dec 18th and have been charged double via two seperate accounts in Jan & now Feb. Can the new account please be deleted and all monies charged by that account refunded thank you. I have detailed of both accounts if you require.

Contact the accounts team through the online contact form and let them know what's going on so they can cancel your other account. If you receive an automated reply directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you should hear from a representative within 24-48 hours. Now since you didn't receive a reply last time, let me know the case number of your new case you are about to make and I'll escalate it to make sure it gets to the right team! :) -
Skype WIFI no longer free - being charged even tho...
Purchased SP2 8/256 Dec 2013. Exchanged the Skype premium account voucher that comes with it end of January which gives free 12 months Skype Wifi.
All working fine till mid May where all of a sudden I start being charged for my Skype Wifi usage which is supposed to be free for 12 months together with the Skype unlimited account.
Escalated to Skype support who keep repeating that all is fine and that if I use my SP2 I should not be charged, but as expected I keep being charged.
So desperate plea to this community - Has anyone noticed this behaviour in the past and if so, how did you resolve ? And before anyone responds have you updated to latest version- the answer if yes

The problem you have experienced should be fixed now, please update your Skype WiFi app to the latest version from the Windows Store, it should solve the problem

Skype Premium bundle with Unlimited US & Canada is offered only to US and Canada customers at the moment.
If you are located in France then you will only get Skype Premium, which doesn't include Unlimited US&Canada, therefore calls are charged from your Skype balance.

Why is my debit card being charged for iTunes purchases when my iTunes account is set up with my Amex card?
Login to the account on iTunes and under payment info, select none for the credit card. iTunes is supposed to use gift cards and store credit over credit cards but it doesn't.

I entered the code from 4 $15. gift cards but my credit card is still being charged. I can not see a credit balance in my account.
Nothing you can do. Cards are country specific, and your account information must match the country of the card and store you are trying to use.
You can only use that card in the USA store, with an account with USA billing information. No way around that. -
