My account was hacked and no PHONE support!
Somehow my account email address was changed! I cannot reset it because the email is now another gmail account. I have my information there and there is no way to contact support!
This is what I've got! When I clicked on the link to contact Skype Customer Support... no luck! I had $10 in there! What is going on with Microsoft? Do they know how to do anything correctly?
I want this cleared up or I'll start a movement against this lack of respect! Even their forms to unlock it asks for info that we cannot even put in! We created the account before 2003 and the pulldown menu only allows as low as 2003! This is exactly the Microsoft mentality!
PLEASE CONTACT ME URGENTLY. I'll put the whole history on several sites if my matter is not take care of. I'll have to contact my bank and more.... Microsoft is leaving the final days....

Are you saying that you contacted Apple support and they instructed you to backup and restore your iPad? Or do you mean that you picked up this information from an online support article? If you spoke to an Apple rep or received these instructions via email, contact them again for further help.
I fail to see how restoring your iPad would enable yoyr Apple ID. -

Recently, my Skype account was hacked and it was used to buy credits on my behalf. Admittedly, my account was set on autocharge and I use it from to time to call my family. Upon receiving the payment notification, I checked my call history and I was shocked to see that calls were made to Russia. I do not anyone in Russia nor have I any business calling that country. I have changed my settings recently and I don't know if that's enough to keep the hackers out of it.

To check if you have a virus, you can download ClamXav
also, go to Applications>Utilities>Activity Monitor and see if there's anything that you don't recognize, and check your sent email to see if you've been sending emails without your knowledge. -

Now when I try to go into my account from my personal computer, it states that "this is the first time using this computer, please enter answers for security questions," I never answered any security questions and cannot change or edit that because it tells me I'm entering the wrong info. my adobe account was hacked and compromised, emails were sent out on one of my accounts. I changed my adobe password, when I scan my computer, some adobe files are password protected and can not be scanned, is this normal?
I have contacted them, but apart from letting them look at it and deal with it, is there anything I can personally do myself? Or is it just a matter of waiting for me now?

Adobe tells me my account was hacked. My bank tells me to cancel my card for the account. OK. I chat to adobe support and they say Adobe will keep my account active until the new card arrives. Just got an email saying my account is suspended and I have no new card. Great! Just started a new chat was told my chat had to be transferred. Ten minutes later, I gave up.
Anyone else have this problem and how was it solved?
Honestly Adobe would be better off getting a yearly payment and then they wouldn't have had to keep my card details which I never did like.Our apologies on the email. If Customer Support said they will keep your account active until the new card arrives then you are fine.
Normally if someone's credit card expires or is invalid for some other reason we will send a courtesy email to let you know your account is suspended until payment is received. -

I checked my Skype account this morning and noticed a call made from my account an hour before I was even awake to a user I've never heard of, certainly no one who is one of my contacts. When I went to change my password the Skype site would not let me. It permitted me to enter my current password, but then the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" bars were frozen. Can anyone give me any information about this?

How can I get this fixed and my account credited? The funds were from a Itunes Gift card. You can clearly see from my account purchase history that it is not something that I would by...the "details" are not even in English. I have tried to find a phone number...but APPLE makes this very difficult to get around their phone tree.

This morning my iPhone was stolen from me, I immediately called it and it had been turned off. So, I went right home to activate the Find My iPhone app on the website so it would call my other contact number. Then going to my AT&T store I was told to go home and submit an insurance claim. Later this evening, I tried to access my iCloud account and I couldn't. Finally, I found an series of emails from Apple at 5:15pm and on verifying my Find My iPhone activation had been disabled and that my iCloud ID had been changed to *********. I don't know who the heck this person is, but they've managed to deactivate the Find feature and hack my iCloud ID email address. How can this happen? How do I get Apple and Gmail to prosecute this person? I still don't know the full extent of what has been hacked into. Does anyone have any helpful insight? Thanks
