My account was hacking tonight and account name was change. I lost all my contacts and conversations and all money. How can I change the name on the account now on my name and how can I have all my contacts back?

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted (if running iOS 7), then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.
If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

To check if you have a virus, you can download ClamXav
also, go to Applications>Utilities>Activity Monitor and see if there's anything that you don't recognize, and check your sent email to see if you've been sending emails without your knowledge.

You need to use the old ID and password to delete the iCloud account. After you delete the old account, you can sign in with the new ID in iCloud.

Are you saying that you contacted Apple support and they instructed you to backup and restore your iPad? Or do you mean that you picked up this information from an online support article? If you spoke to an Apple rep or received these instructions via email, contact them again for further help.
I fail to see how restoring your iPad would enable yoyr Apple ID.

The same thing happened to us, my husband and I have 2 seperate Itunes accounts and both attatched to a credit card, when we upgraded our iphones, same thing. Couldnt log in and no emails. Husband kept telling me he got purchases but they werent from me as I use Itunes cards. We called apple and it was a big fuss and not really all that helpful. All the devices are mine, not his and it was verify after verify after verify, to no end. Finally I gave up because the hacker had re routed the recipts to another email and apple wanted me to provide the email and the secirity question, well, how can I know the hackers email or what they replaced as security questions???? According to the AT&T Wireless web site, you can manage your iPad data plan either from the iPad, or by using a web browser:
From the website
Log in to your account at att.com/iPadlanding using the email address and password you used during activation.
Your account information will display. Select the desired account change option then tap Next.
Read the Terms of Service, and then tap Accept.
Review the Payment Summary to ensure the details are correct. Use the Back button if changes are required, otherwise tap Submit.
Read the Confirmation message then tap OK.
