    I was checking out some training videos on FCE HD 3.5 and it stated that I was suppose to get Compressor with the suite.

    I called Verizon Wireless and they gave me the number: 1-866-962-3713 -- which asks if you're calling about the 1GB rewards offer - if you select this option it says "We are aware of customers having problems with this offer and hope to have it resolved soon. Please check back again." So, will try again in a few days.
    The original technical support rep I spoke to from the main line was incredibly helpful (helped me find the 866 number above). A+.

    That is because you don't have a web server configured and running to serve the html page. In order to see the page in a browser you need to access it using a url similar to http://localhost/~yourUserName if you are serving the page from your user account.
    Prior to Mountain Lion you could go into web sharing and turn on the web server. With Mountain Lion there is no option, other than using terminal, to turn on the web server. The web sharing menu item has been removed in Mountain Lion. Apache is still on your computer but it will take a little searching these forums or the Internet to find how to turn it on.
    If you want a graphic user interface to turn on/off the Apache server you could download and install a server application like xampp, http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html. I use this and it works well.

        I'm confident that if you have spoken with our Fraud Team directly, that there are the proper wheels in motion to resolve all of the concerns that occured as a result of the fraudulant order on your account.     Recently, my Skype account was hacked and it was used to buy credits on my behalf.  Admittedly, my account was set on autocharge and I use it from to time to call my family.  Upon receiving the payment notification, I checked my call history and I was shocked to see that calls were made to Russia.  I do not anyone in Russia nor have I any business calling that country.  I have changed my settings recently and I don't know if that's enough to keep the hackers out of it.

    Since the applications were purchased on the older account, you will need to log into that account to update them. The newer account will not recognize the purchases because they are not a part of the purchase history for the specific account.

    To check if you have a virus, you can download ClamXav
    also, go to Applications>Utilities>Activity Monitor and see if there's anything that you don't recognize, and check your sent email to see if you've been sending emails without your knowledge.

    What exactly is the problem that you are having ? Is it with downloading the iTunes program itself, or redownloading your purchases ?
    If iTunes itself then you can download it from here : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
    If it doesn't download then have you tried a different browser, and/or tried changing the settings on the browser that you are using e.g. turn off 'pop-up blocker' ?
    If you've installed iTunes and want to download your past purchases, then what you can redownload depends upon what country that you are in, and whether the items are still in your country's store. What you can redownload will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage :
    But ideally you'd have your own backup copy of all your downloads/library (and not relying on redownloading), a song/album etc could be removed from the store at any time.
