Delivery address at Item Level and not at the Header Level

Hello Experts,
We are facing an issue as described below:-
We are in SRM 7.0 using classic scenario.
After approval of multi line Shopping Cart in SRM ,PR's are getting
automatically created in backend R/3 system.After converting PR's into
POs in backend R/3,we are observing that the delivery address for these
PO'are getting printed at Item level and not at the Header Level
inspite of the delivery address being same for all the Item level.
As desired,the delivery address in the PO's should have the delivery
address at the header level if the the delivery address is identical
for all the Item Levels.
However,if we create a PR directly in R/3 system and then convert these
PR's into PO's in the backend R/3 system,we find that the deliver
address are getting printed at the Header Level if the delivery address
is same for all the item level(which is as desired)
Any pointers will be highly appreciated.

It is standard process only.
In Po delivery address is maintained at item level because to which address perticular material to be delivered,
this may change from material to material or may not change

This may be an old note, but it may point you in the right direction: Note 450425 - Delivery Address creates individual R/3 address number.
If you debug the function module in SRM that creates the PO in ECC, you can check if this is the case.

Delivery address of PO is not geting disp in print o/p when it is changed

When delivery address is changed at PO line item it is not getting displayed in print output.
Before change it is getting displayed.

Why you want delivery address should change once you change storage location in your purchase order?
Universally purchase order considered as committed document by business which provides to vendor with defined delivery conditions such as price, delivery date and delivery condition etc.
Now you need to check/understand – how delivery address designed for your purchase order layout where some times delivery address hard coded in your PO Smartform( refer NACE t.code wwith EF application and find your purchase order ouput type assigned to Smartform ) or delivery address picks from plant address which is available in t.code:OX10

Different delivery address in multiple line items of SC

Hi All,
Requirement: If we have different delivery address in multiple line items of SC, the first line item delivery address should be replaced by other line items.
I would like to know the relation between first line item in the shopping cart and its correspnding delivery address?
I have compared the guid of first line item (BBP_PD) and guid of shipping address (second guid not partner guid) which were not same.
Any alternatives we have.

I guess you would like to change the delivery adress in the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI.
Here you can identify the delivery adress (partner function 00000027) line item by the field P_GUID. This P_GUID in the partner table (ET_PARTNER-P_GUID) consists the GUID of the SC line item (ET_ITEM-GUID).
When you know the line item GUID, you can find the SC line item number in the item table (ET_ITEM-NUMBER_INT) and you can see which is the first, second... line item of the SC.

                We are upgrading from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0,In SC Creation We want to copy Delivery address of one line item in shopping cart to all line items in Shopping cart by clicking Change All Items button.This is custom button we added this button and we had written code to achieve the functionality but it is not working.This is same like Change All Items button in Account Assigment for copy accont details of one line item to all other line items in SC.

In my action ONCHANGE_ALL_ITEMS i called this method
wd_this->mo_dodm_shipto->zchange_all_items( ).

Delivery address in PO print

Hi,
we have a third party scenario.
The PO is created with reference to Sales Order. Delivery address is coming from Customer adress.No problem.
Now when I alter the PO by adding a line item, then PO is printing plant address as delivery address not the customer's address.
I want the customer address should be given priority over Plant address.

Hi,
Generally delivery address is the plant address for all material procurement where delivery address is hard coded or take from address which there in plant in the PO print which you can find in the PDF/Smartform (with a logic) linked with PO output type(ZNEU).
For your case, as PO created WRT sales order, you should have separate PO document type, separate PO output type ( message type YNEU) and link PO output type YNEU to new PDF/Smartform with logic that it should pick delivery address what is there in the field u201CCustomeru201D in Delivery Address TAB in the PO{ not from plant).Just discuss with ABAPer for development of new PDF/Smartform for third party order

Delivery Address coming as a default in the home screen for creating a SHC

Dear Experts
I have done some changes in the delivery address and while saving it was asking to maintain as a default address otherwise it was not able to save the changes I made.So I maintained it as a default and saved the changes.
Now the issue is when we are in the home screen for creating a SHC this delivery address is coming as default.As we dont want this dekivery address to be default on the screen and the requirement is that user should be able to search the delivery address.
So we dont want that defaulted address.The other reasons were also checked and no where in the attributes we ahave maintained this default delivery adress.
Can you please help us how can we remove this defaulted delivery addres in the SHC creation screen.

I again repeat I think you have not understood my question.These are very basic things you are mentioning about how to change the delivery address.i know all about this and in my query I have clearly asked that during the change option its asking to maintain the default delivery address and even if I dont select it my changes wont be saved.Second is even if I maintain another delivery address only then from the first delivery address the default screen will be unticked.
Because the issue here is that what ever the delivery address is maintained its defaulting in the shop screen for the creation of the SHC.
So my reequirement is how to set this.I have checked attributes and nowhere this delivery address has been maintained.
Brief about Issue:
We have done some changes in the delivery address (Transaction Edit
internal addresses in the URL screen)and during the save it was asking
us to maintain it as a default address without which it was not able to
save.So after saving on the creation of the shopping cart screen this
delivery address is coming as a default value.
We dont want this to be defaulted and the user should have the search
functionality for the delivery address.This problem is happening for
the org id for which I have done the changes.When i assign my user id
to the other org id the defaulted delivery address is not shown on the
shopping cart creation home screen.
We have checked in the attributes of the user and the org id and
nowhere this delivery address has been maintained.
I have checked the settings for the other org id for which it was not
showing as defaulted on the shopping cart creation screen and compared
these two and was not able to find any difference.Could you plase let
us know the problem in this case.

Shopping cart delivery address not transferred to ECC PR

We recently upgraded from SRM 701 to 713 and to ECC EHP6. After upgrade the SC Delivery address is not getting transferred to back end PR instead the PR shows Plant address as delivery address. As per this wiki article

the standard behavior is that SRM Delivery address should be transferred to PR but to our OSS SAP replied that standard behavior is opposite i.e.
PR Takes Plant address as delivery address as default.
Response from SAP:
Please see that the standard fields of EMLIF and LBLKZ are not
available in BAPI structures. This is the standard functionality of
BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE.
If you are using a release newer than Release 4.7 , which I believe
you are , you can use BAPI_PR_CREATE instead. However , this is not
possible using BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE.
I am sorry that I do not have a better answer for you at this time but
the behavior that you are experiencing is standard SAP system design.
Q1. What is the standard behavior - SC Delivery address is transferred to PR or Plant address is used in PR?
Q2. What are the changes required to transfer SC Delivery address to back end PR?

Hello Anubhav,
Its unfortunate that SAP has not tested the transfer of Delivery Address from Shopping cart to ECC Requisition.
SRM uses BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE which is deprecated in the newer releases of ECC. This is why the Delivery address is no longer transferred to ECC.

Interestingly I found another note in SRM area which asks customers to themselves implement a call to BAPI_PR_CREATE to fix such issues.

We have an upcoming Go Live with SRM 7.13/ECC 6.17 and I just noticed that Delivery address from Cart is not transferred to ECC Requisition.
I have to rush an urgent change due to this.
I dont know what else data is not being transferred without detailed testing.

Service PR Delivery Address

Hi.
For External services PR, the delivery address should be site address.
Also the delivery information is not copying into PR delivery address.
How this can be done ? Is there any config ?

My abaper has tried a few IWO1_PREQ_BADI, IW010009 and WORKORDER_UPDATE.
Operationally, user require the work centre address as the delivery address of the services due to the company has 24 physical workshop locations.
Anyway, will also try to create the fields in AUFK table as recommended.

STO - Delivery Address

My Interco STO --> Item Detail --> Delivery Tab --> address is buying plant addres instead the shipping plant address.
How to fix this.

Agree with you as for the normal flow it is working fine.
Now the issue is for the STO Return order.
During the Return order (STO) process, since the reciving plant is still remains the same (Reciving plant), it popluates accordingly in the delivery addess.
Since now the delivery address should be shipping plant address...? or can remains the same...

While creating Customer master itseld i would like to maintain different Unloading Points Like Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi ( Each unloading Point I would like to maintain Different Delivering Address.)

Why dont you consider maintaining different ship to party and assign it in the sale order at item level if each and every line item will have to be delivered to different address.
Alternatively based on ship to party, you can create sale order.

Delivery address in Third party process.

Dear All,
I have one query in third party process.
Created third part sales order,where PR is generated automatically.Based on PR (purchase requisation) created Purchase order.
When I select item category S-Third party,system will pick the delivery address from the sales order.
But when I change the item category to L-Subcontracting the delivery address is not picking from sales order.It is taking the delivery address of the plant. I need system to pick delivery address from the sales order.
Please let me know if I need to do any customisation for the above process.

In standrad application it is not possible. however, there is a user exit here, EXIT_SAPLMMDA_001, in which you can implement your own logic to select the address.
