My Adobe Creative Cloud program is damaged.

My Adobe Creative Cloud program is damaged. It is saying a new copy needs to be installed. About half way through the download process it cuts out. I have tried this multiple times. Any advise?

    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

    If your MacBook has got an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, you can upgrade. To check which processor your MacBook has got, open  > About this Mac.

  • I have bought a Apple iMac with Retina 5K display! Can I use it with all my Adobe Creative Cloud

    I have bought a Apple iMac with Retina 5K display yesterday! But today I read something negative about this Imac regarding to to Adobe Creative Cloud, - so I would ask if I can use this iMac with Retina 5K with all my Adobe Creative Cloud programs??
    I have not unpack it yet, so I would be happy if you could tell me if I should keep it or exchange another Mac if this iMac with Retina 5K display does not work OK in Adobe Creative Cloud. I mostly use the programs Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Muse.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud can't signin  is there alternative to downloading these programs?

    I just purchased Adobe Creative Cloud and when went to sign in all it would do is sign me out in which I never got to sign in lol is there alternative way to download this software as I have Photoshop and Lightbloom

    Finally, after- how long? - two months? I have uploaded the new Creative Cloud. Only to find that all the programs have been upgraded from CS6 to CC.
    This ranks as the worst piece of customer-relations I've ever come across. Even though I asked for instructions the Staff member dealing with me got fed-up and just dumped me.
    I kept trying - and today - finally I got it fixed.
    It took 20 minutes to download, at 20Mbps! There were no intermediate instructions, I wasn't told what was happening. Suddenly the Install screen disappeared - the new Creative Cloud didn't open, I had to go find it.
    Adobe - this is not good. I suggest you find the boss of this team and quietly boot them out of the door.

    We have a iMac (Late 2013) with OS X 10.9.5 and we are taking the following situation:
    After creating the Adobe Creative Cloud Package, we try to perform the installation and after the process fully and correctly occur and give success message at the end of installation, the programs simply are nowhere to be found. Even after several attempts.
    We have had an installed TRIAL , but has been removed ;
    We've tried to use the CC CLEANER ;
    We've tried to replace/delete the files in the folder " OOBE " ;
    We restart the machine and test again several times after each of the above processes.
    What can I do now?

    You can try the steps:
    For Mac
    Go to Applications-->Utilities-->Adobe Installers.
    Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
    ** If it says application is running in the background then open Activity Monitor and close the process of Creative cloud.
    Once the creative cloud is uninstalled then follow the below mentioned steps:
    Please go to Library
        1. Click on Finder then Click on Go and Go to folder
        2. Type /Library and click on Go
        3. Go to Application Support and Adobe and then delete OOBE folder.
        4. Redo Step 1
        5. Type ~/Library and click on Go
        6. Go to Application Support and Adobe and then delete OOBE folder.
        7. Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud?promoid=KLYVF
    Download Adobe Creative cloud, Install it.
    If the above steps do not work. Try enabling root user account and then try to open Adobe Creative cloud.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud does not register all of my Adobe programs.

    Adobe Creative Cloud properly shows my Adobe Photoshop CS6 as registered.  However, it does not show my Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, or my Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.4 as registered.  How can I get these programs to be properly registerd as "MY APPS" in Adobe Creative Cloud?

    I didn't have a trial version when I installed Acrobat, but I did have the free version of Reader installed at the time.
    I've had Adobe Photoshop for many years, and have upgraded a couple of times.  Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom was purchased a year ago (so it is not the latest).  Acrobat was purchased in December of last year, which is the latest. It's been awhile, and I should have got on this sooner.
    So, everything was OK last year, until I installed Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, which does not show up on the CC app.

    This morning when I tried to open my CC2014 Photoshop, it started to open, then quit suddenly. Same with Dreamweaver and InDesign. I am a professional and do not have the time to screw around with this. When I tried to run CC app, I get an error that says "Adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem.
