My alarm clock on my 4S/iOS8 will not keep the premium alarm I have set for it.  How do I fix this?

I have my alarm set for "Ultimate Alarm" and when my alarm actually goes off, I have the default alarm tone instead of the Ultimate Alarm I paid for.  This happens with all alarms, even if I checked the settings literally minutes prior.  Help me fix this?

I'm fairly certain this is expected behavior if you have a CDMA carrier like Verizon or Sprint. The phone cannot handle being on a call and using data to receive messages or email.
Someone else may be able to further clarify.

    I've been working on this all day!!! I've tried everything I know of and can't get it to load either. Sounds like lots of people are having problems. Here is something interesting that i have noticed though. my main pc (which is the one i have always managed my itunes account with for years) is a 32 bit system running windows 7. Yesterday I installed itunes for the first time on my new netbook which is a 64 bit (windows 7) system and it works just fine. i have three other laptops (all window 7) in my household that are all 64 bit operating systems and ALL have updated to 10.5 and THEY ALL work fine. this is FOUR 64 bit systems ALL updated w/10.5 that work and ONE that is a 32 bit that will not. Can't get any help from apple. their suppot *****! I want to get someone on the **** phone or a live chat but cant. *** APPLE????? please let mw know if you find SOMETHING i can try next. I'm out of ideas and patience!

    What message do you have?
    Do your outgoing SMTP servers are online or offline (Mail > Preferences > Accounts > select account and check under Outgoing Mail Server)

    Two other things to try -
    Power your iPad off for a minute and then back on again.
    Double tap the Home button, locate the updating apps (one by one) in the bottom task bar, press on it until the red minus sign comes up and click it. Repeat for the remaining apps. Try the updates again but do them one by one rather than Update All.

    Hi 1st time asking a ?. Like my ? above. I have been using firefox for a long time and never had a problem that's why its my !st time asking a ?'s here. I'm using windows 8.1 Lenovo laptop and this has just started 4 days ago. I shut down firefox and the next day I started laptop and opened firefox and I noticed every extension I had set up were all gone from browser and the get extensions page were all gone in the get more extensions add on page area. So I re added all of them to set up the browser the way I liked for years and it worked OK. Then when I re-started the computer and they were all gone again? Its driving me crazy why this is happening. And I do have the latest firefox. I even uninstalled browser and re add them all Ext's and then on next start up were all gone again.
    And the reason its my 1st time asking a ?'s is because to help others, I am a 56 year old & I'm a 100% disabled army Vet. and I don't know enough about fixing my own computer problems to help any 1 else asking to help them fix any thing.
    OH theres 1 more thing, every time I have to re-install the Ext's and when I turn off laptop and turn back on then re add the Ext's again I noticed in Ccleaner in the firefox tab all of the Ext's that are gone from the browser are all there and I can not delete them either in Ccleaner! Please explain in easy to follow steps how to fix this so I can use firefox again? Thanks for any and all help?

    It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
    Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.json, extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

    If you see disabled or not compatible extensions in "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left end of the Search bar to check if there is a compatibility update available.
    There is software like Advanced SystemCare with its Surfing Protection feature that can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes.
    If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
    Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test.

    Launch the Console application in either of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

    Step 1
    Enter the name of the crashed application (Finder) or process in the Filter text field. Post the messages from the time of the last crash, if any — the text, please, not a screenshot.

    Still in the Console window, look under User Diagnostic Reports for crash reports related to the process. The report name starts with the name of the crashed process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report and post the contents — again, the text, not a screenshot.     Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

    Search the error code in the support search and you should find something that will walk you through it, but without an error code it's a little hard to know what you're talking about

    Check Settings>Messages>MMS Messaging to see if it's set to "On". Check with your carrier to see that your account is properly provision. Check to see if your carrier is a supported iPhone carrier. Not all features work or work properly on unsupported carriers.

    There are many reasons this could be the case but whether an optical disc can be read or not is a function of:
    The reflective media layer of the disc
    Whether the burned disc was a DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW
    The brand, model, and production lot of the disc
    The specific frequency of the Write lasers that burned the disc
    The specific frequency of the Read lasers that are attempting to read the disc
    Are the Read lasers in the drive working (it is common for one set of lasers in a drive to fail while others continue to work)
    How old are the Write and Read drives (laser frequencies change with age)
    Is there dust on the read laser
    Is there dust on the read lens
    etc.
    At one time it was estimated that fewer than 80% of all burned discs were readable in 90% of the drives. That has, I believe improved over time but at the same time it seems the faillure rate of lasers in the drives has increased but that may simply be the result of how many different read and write lasers there are in today's superdrives. Fortunately todays drives are a lot less expensive the replace -- now that Apple no longer installs optical drives in their computers.
