hi wayne you don't say wether you did it through your iphone or itunes, you can download it again & it will be free, if it's in your itunes just delete it & download it again. lori :-)

    Lalalaladog where did you download CS6 from?  I would recommend downloading the installation files for Creative Suite 6 Design Standard at Download CS6 products

    Try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again. Try to download the apps after that.

    It sounds like an application was downloaded from the Mac App store but it is not working correctly, and you cannot redownload it. Use the following info to delete the incomplete/non working application first:

    Uninstall apps
    To uninstall apps you purchased from the Mac App Store, hold down an app’s icon in Launchpad until all the icons begin to jiggle. Click an app’s delete button (x) to uninstall the app.If an icon doesn’t have a delete button, that app can’t be uninstalled. For example, apps that come with OS X can’t be uninstalled.
    To uninstall other apps, drag the app to the Trash (the Trash is located at the end of the Dock), and then choose Finder > Empty Trash.If you change your mind, before emptying the Trash, select the app in the Trash, and then choose File > Put Back.Warning: When you empty the Trash, the app is permanently removed from your computer. If you have any files that you created with the app, you may not be able to open them.

    iPhone 3GS.
    Whenever I go into a specific app in the app store, none of the buttons work properly.
    1) clicking on the price no longer downloads the app,
    2) the ratings button does nothing,
    3) the 'tell a friend' and 'git this app' buttons jump back to the top of the app window,
    4) pictures usually don't show up.  They usually appear as five gray rectangular boxes with white borders (though in one app one too-large-for-the-window picture shows up (see pic),
    5) the 'app support' button still goes to the developer's website.
    6) the 'top in-app purchases' banner is just text now.
    Has anyone experienced this?

    Have you tried shutting down the apps running in the background or restarting your phone? If you have too many apps sitting in the background you may not have enough memory to display all the App Store Buttons.
    Shut down all multitasking apps
    1. Double press the home button to display the multitasking drawer
    2. Tap and hold any app icon until it wiggles and displays the x button overlay
    3. Tap the x buttons to shut all the apps in the drawer down
    4. Press the home button to close the drawer
    Reset / Restart the Phone
    1.  Press and hold BOTH the Power and Home buttons at the same time
    2. Wait for the Slide to Shut Down screen to appear AND disappear
    3. Continue holding both buttons down until the silver apple logo appears
    4. Release both buttons and wait for the phone to restart
    Check out the App Store and see if the problem has cleared up.

    Did you buy the app from App Store?  Did you check if your machine is capable of running this app?
    You should first set up a dialogue with the developer to try to determine what may have caused the problem.  Most developers co-operate with their clients, not least because it is in their interests to do so.  
    Sales from Apple are final and refunds are not the rule.  However, if you raise the issue against the receipt, (there is a note on the bottom inviting you to raise any issues you may have) exceptions have been made if the circumstances justify it.
    But developer first.

    For the wifi problem:
    Does the iOS device connect to other networks?
    Does the iOS device see the network?
    Any error messages?
    Do other devices now connect?
    Did the iOS device connect OK before?
    Try the following to rule out a software problem:                 
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Power off and then back on your router
    .- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
    - iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
    - Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network       
    - iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
    - Restore from backup. See:

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
    If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
