    I never thought we would ever been disappointed with Apple or the products and now within a month we are ready to give up on Apple altogether it's so frustrating and disappointing!

    For the texts:
    1. Settings > Messages > iMessage = Off
    2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
    3. When the iPhone resets, Settings > Messages > iMessage = On
    For the charger it is covered by warranty, use it. Is it the charger or the cable?
    On the stuff your son charged call AppleCare and ask to be transferred to Customer Service. But do keep in mind when you talk to them they are not responsible for accidents in purchasing that your son made.

    Have you tried contacting iTunes Support and asking them ? We are fellow users here on these forums, it could be due to a number of reasons, we won't know which one.

  • Texts aren't going through...

    None of the texts I send to anyone are going through. On my Droid (A855) the status of the texts just says "sending..." Usually after a while I'll get a notification that the text didn't go through. That's not even happening here. I have full service and can make and receive calls, and even download apps. I can also receive texts. Just can't send them! I tried removing the battery and the *228 option 2 thing. Didn't work.
    I'm in zip 92868. Is there a service outage?

    There are no outages reported in the area of Orange, California.
    In addition to what was said in the previous post, I also recommend a hard reset, by pulling the battery while the device is powered on. Then, simply re-insert the battery and power the device on. Try sending a text message. If you are still unable to send, additional troubleshooting may be necessary.     I purchased 900 donuts in The Simpons Tapped out, and it charged me, yet none of them showed up in game, and subsiquently did not allow me to load the game. I had to restore my iPod and the game came back with again, no donuts and still a charge of $50 on my credit card, how and who would I contact to get reimbersed? This apple website is a bit confusing for me to understand since I am unfamilar with it and would like to get a refund ASAP,

  • Marketsite purchase order not going through

    Hello everyone!
    Has anyone ever used the marketplace adapter to send POs to a marketsite? We are able to see the PO message in the marketsite logs but can't seem to have it converted into a Purchase Order in the destination.
    Does anyone have a clue as to what might be causing this? I know the possibilities are endless but if anyone has a sample XML that was successfully sent to a marketsite, that would be very very helpful.

  • Authorizing purchased music without going through MusicStore

    I purchased music on my home computer and updated the songs to my iPod. I bring my iPod to work and can not play the latest songs I ordered. I receive the message about my computer is not authorized to play my new songs. I put in my apple ID and password and an error message comes up about my network. I have a feeling that my network is blocking me from connecting to the Store and they may not permit me to do so-- is there a way around this? This has only recently happened with music I have purchased.

    You must be able to connect to the iTMS and authorize a system before it can play any tracks purchased from the iTMS. So if your company's network is blocking access, you won't be able to play those tracks directly. What you could do, though, is burn the tracks to an audio CD on your home system which can then be played on your work computer without it needing to be authorized.

    Please be aware that due to local restrictions and regulations, Skype has been partially blocked in the UAE. You can still make Skype-to-Skype calls and send instant messages, but you will not be able to access our website or use some Skype features, such as calling mobiles and landlines. And Dubai is in the UAE so you will not be able to call numbers using Skype. You will need to contact your local telecommunications and/or internet authority for more information.
    As for your refund request, you will need to contact Skype Customer support and check with them if your request can be granted. You can learn how to contact them by viewing the link below:

    In-app means exactly that. You have to be in the running app to make the purchase. As you can only run the app from the iOS device, you can only make the purchase on the iOS device.
