Hello, Im having difficulty with my security questions I can not remember the answers to them. The email for the request of the amswers is not my email address so I am not able to use my apple ID account. How can you help me.

I have tried using the set in system of trying to update an app and being prompted to agree, but every single time Apple's gay system keeps telling me that my session has timed out and I should try again. I have tried multiple times to have it sent by email, but every one of those show up as "there was an error and email failed. Please try again.". You will need the password. If you can't get it reset via http://iforgot.apple.com (if you remember the answers to the account's security questions then you should be able to reset it via them) then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it.

First go here - https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and login under the manage tab. Check your information and be sure it is all correct.
An AppleID is nothing more than an email address, so if you see another email address in the store, then someone has logged in with a different AppleID than yours. Did you let someone else use your iPhone?

Since you can't delete Apple IDs and having multiple Apple IDs can cause confusion, what you may want to do is rename your existing Apple ID to the new email (desired Apple ID). That would in effect do what you want, get rid of the old and give you the new.

You are getting this message because you are attempting to create an iCloud account on a PC. You can only create iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch) running iOS 5 or higher, or on a Mac running OS X Lion (10.7.2) or higher. After creating your account on one of these devices you will then be able to sign into the account on your PC.

Bogus account created using my email, unable to cl...

Just a few minutes ago I got a welcome to skype email to an alias of my real email address. This is a bogus account created using my email.
To take control of this bogus account, I used the "lost password" functionality which successfully sent me a reset token, however when I attempt to use this reset token, skype reports that the token is not recognised.
How can I claim control of this bogus account that is using my identity? Or how can I get this bogus account deleted?

I just realised something very significant!
I got the welcome to skype email approx 20 minutes ago.
Just prior to getting this apparently bogus account, I had clicked an link from a friend that was hosted on Sky Drive (approx 26 mins ago).
Now, my alias email address has been used to access other microsoft services online before, but had never been used for skype.
Evidently I was signed into the live account that used my email alias, and when I clicked the sky drive link, Big Brother decided I also wanted a skype account using that alias!
Ok so this isn't identity theft but still, what the hell? I didn't want to sign up to skype! Why on earth did a bogus skype account get created for me automatically? And why can't I now claim the password for this account?
This is freaky Microsoft! Why are you doing this? Can't you just let me silently tracked in an invisible way? Can't you let me at least pretend I'm not being tracked? Why do you have to be so 1984 here?

sorry, I thought it was one of the built in options. you can do it with an apple script rule then.

Are you trying to email from inside iPhoto? If so what version of iPhoto are you using and do you have iPhoto set as the email client in the General preference pane?
If you're runnaing a version of iPhoto that has iPhoto as a email client option and it's set go into the Accounts pane and delete the iCloud account, close iPhoto, reboot, relaunch iPhoto and add it back.
The other option is to set Mail as the email client. This will give you more mailing options than you had with iPhoto as the client.
If you're using Mail from outside of iPhoto try removing the accout from Mail's Accounts prelference pane and then add it back.
