My Apple ID has been disabled (not as security reasons)
One day I recieved the report about my Apple ID that I spent on $699 but I don't, so I consulted with the bank and he told me to cancel the credit card. After I canceled it, I found out that my husband misunderstood about the price of the functions in app from $699 to ฿699 that's the cause of this problem. And my Apple ID has been disable from cancelling the credit card number. What should I do?
PS. I try to change my credit card but it didn't effective

Random Facts:
1- I had my phone less than a year. (Iphone 4S)
2- I never had problems with it
3- I may have used multiple accounts (2 max.)
4- Even on my PC, i cannot download any application
5- In my country there is no apple store

My apple id has been disabled, i have forgotten my security questions, and my recovery email. I cant update any apps i cant download any apps. I cant do anything at all, the support ***** i have tried to call them but it says i need to buy apple care are you kidding me!?!?! I have tried to email them, still no reply. There is nothing i can do.
How did you contact them ? If you can't remember your answers to your security questions nor your rescue email account then you should be able to contact Apple in your country via this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

Hi, I am unable to sign in to my iCloud account. When i sign in, it says Your apple ID has been disabled due to security reasons. Kindly reset your password to log in. The problem has been persisting for a little under three weeks now, and I regret not getting in contact with you guys sooner. Everytime I attempt to purchase something from the iTunes Store/App Store on both my Macbook Pro and my iPhone/iPad I always encounter a message that simply says, 'Your Apple ID has been disabled.', there is no specific reason why it has been disabled, so therefore I am finding it increasingly difficult to locate the source of the problem. I was refered to the solutions page on the Apple Support section and followed all the steps, to no avail. I have tried contacting Apple via email but I have not been answered to yet, and my Apple ID is in need by me now. Can anyone see what is wrong?
These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here, we won't know why it's disabled.
You've tried re-enabling it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password' ? And then tried loggin out of your account and then back in on your Mac and devices ? If they don't fix it then possibly only iTunes support can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. -
my phone has been reset and i had to put my icloud email in, wheni tried it told me that i have to rest the password due to security reason. but the email i used to create it has been desabled. what can i do from home to fix this?

i had a iphone in 2010, i purchased music which is still stored on my original apple id, but when i try to transfer the music ,and download apps all it says is your apple id has been disabled, i have tried re setting a new pass word but this has not solved the problem can any one help please

I just got my iPhone 4 yesterday after having a Blackberry for 3 years. Everytime I try to download any type of application it keeps displaying "Your Apple ID has been disabled." Before activating my iPhone I downloaded the most recent iTunes. I even went back today I reset my password after some minor research made the suggestion. I sent an e-mail off to to Apple last night after their Apple tech was no help at all. He is the one that suggested the e-mail and that he could not help me. I am really frustrated at this point. I am hoping that someone will be able to help me out. I was extremely excited about getting my new iPhone 4 and now I am just over it! Help please!!!

You need to contact iTunes support and send an email by following the link I posted.

I just got my Ipad and I can not download apps. I get a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. I have reset my password, I can access itunes and icloud but still can not download apps. Can someone please tell me how to get my ID activated? TY
Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

I ended up having them call me then was able to give them 1 of my secret questions right and they reset things so I could reset all my secret questions.
Try going into contact support and see if you can schedule a call. There seems to be some issues with peoples' id's and this update. iTunes thought that I'd never bought anything from my computer or device before, and I clearly had, so it's like it got confused. THen I tried to get my questions reset, but the mail never came, which is why I just got a phone call because I felt it was 'real person' time.

As the title says, the power button does not work. Everything else seems OK, but I cannot turn the phone off, reset it, or turn the screen off (yes, the screen does eventually time out and turn off). Has anyone else had this happen?
