My apple ID is disabled.  Its not giving me a reason why, just says "YOUR APPLE ID HAS BEEN DISABLED" I am able to access my account information on iTunes, but I cannot purchase anything from iTunes, or UPDATE my apps. HELP!!

I really need some help here. I would like to say the APPLE staff has been helpful for me, but I am very disappointed in the "service" I have received.  I have tried to reset my password, I have taken my phone to APPLE, they were rude and were no help, at all.  I have always been very satisfied with my iPhone and iPad, but I am sad to say I am frustrated and discouraged. 
I am unable to purchase music or apps, and whats more frustrating is the fact that I cannot even update the applications I currently have.

I've tried that too. Everything I am being told to do isn't working.
