My apple account is not working i fill all information but still not working i am facing problem again and again sing up problem and my bill problem and my bank card problem i want to download some thing its free on apple store but error in sing in problem and billing

Settings>itunes and apps stores. Be sure to fill in the ID and password. If you get an error, then you are using the wrong ID and/or password.

Who replaced the battery? If it wasn't Apple the replacement is probably bad also. Either that, or the logic board is bad.

I just created a new profile/user on my MacBook Pro. My pointer/mouse. It works fine in my older user profile, but when I go to the new profile my mac will not respond to clicks. Mouse moves but will not click. Already tried restarting and the pram zap.

I get to the login screen and my laptop stops responding to clicks. When I manage to make my way back to my main profile the mouse works perfectly. Should I just delete the new profile and try again?

If the modem is also a router, either use the modem in bridge and run pppoe client on the TC.. that is assuming ADSL or similar eg vdsl. If it is cable service.. and the modem is a router, then bridge the TC.. go to internet page and select connect by ethernet and below that set connection sharing to bridge.
Please tell us more about the modem if the above gives you issues.

Airport Express/Mac work fine, Vista PC sees network, but will not connect

I have been working on this for two days. What can I do? I have the latest firmware on the airport express and my utilities are up to date on both PC and Vista (airport s/w ver 5.3.2). It all worked before. Also, my brother wireless printer sees network, but will not connect.

I have a similar issue. I have an AP Express set up for WPA2 Personal, G only. My Mac mini connects fine. My Dell mini9 with XP connects fine. My Dell desktop with Vista64 connects fine, but is local only, no internet.
I have completely reset the AP to factory settings and reconfigured it using the Vista machine, but still no luck. What is going on? Anyone?

I uploaded my page from Dreamweaver yesterday and it works fine in Firefox and Safari, but when i opened it on Internet explorer, the bottom tables have moved and the image links at the top have a white boarder around.

The white borders around your images are created because they're embedded in links. Add the following to your style sheet:
a img {
border: none;
The problem with the table row at the bottom is this:
<td colspan="760px" height="40" valign"middle"="">
The colspan attribute takes the number of columns that you're spanning, not a number of pixels. Judging from the rest of the table, it should be colspan="7".

Hold the Skype app icon down until it jiggles then tap the x then tap Delete.
Now go to the App Store and re download Skype.
To receive notifcations from Skype tap Settings > Notifications
If you don't have a Skype account, after you tap the app you should be prompted to set one up.
You will need to purchase Skype credit in order to send SMS or make calls.

It's not letting me play my songs in itunes. They are all listed but will not play

Why will itunes not let me play my songs? I see all my purchases listed in gray but it will not let me look at them or play them from my music.

If the problem is in the "Event" then it sounds as if the thumbnail files have become corrupted for some reason. You could try deleting them from the appropriate "iMovie Events" folder and then closing and re-opening the application. This will force the application to re-generate the thumbnails.

TS3212 Itunes let me deauthorize all computers but will not let me reauthorize my new computer.

I have not used itunes since April 2013. Today, Jan 13, 2014, I deauthorized all computers on my account. I just bought a new computer and tried to authorize the download of my prior purchases to it and itunes will not let me. I quit using itunes because it the program quit letting me burn my library to cd's. Some songs had never been burned to a cd, some two or three times as cd's would get scratched. Can someone help me. Itunes is not user friendly and know many people that have quit using itunes in favor of Rhapsody. I see why now.

My Apple TV works perfectly with Netgear/Dlink routers but will not recognise a BT Home Hub. Why is this so?

I have an Apple TV2 which works well with my Ipad2 when it is networked through a Netgear or Dlink router. However, when I moved the device into another room and tried to connect it via a BT Home Hub, the Apple TV connected to the Internet but neither my Ipad nor my notebook was recognised on the network. Why should this be? I am unable to use the Apple TV to stream videos, photos and to mirror my Ipad.

Its quite possible that the connection has been recovered, and re-used for another customer. The date you have been given would have been the next available date that a suitably skilled Openreach Field Technician would be available to re-provide the connection.

My apple tv2 can see my library on my new Mac but will not connect to it.

I just made the move from PC to Apple Mac. Home sharing worked great on my PC but not on the Mac.
I have been through the recommended checklist.
My library appears beneath the "Computers" tab but when I try to connect I just get the spinning wheel

Yeah. You, me, lots of people.
The error message isn't helpful, as you've discovered. You begin to wonder such things as, "if iTunes 'wasn't running', then how can the AppleTV see its library? If iTunes or OS X wasn't up to date, why wouldn't the Apple TV do a quick version check on it and let me know?" And so on.
I started having this problem a few months ago, sometime around iOS 4.3. It's been a widely-reported bug here for quite a while, with usually a range of obscure things that work for some people and well, no one else.
So with that big caveat in mind, here's what works for me: reboot the Mac.
Here's what hasn't worked for me:
1) Restarting the ATV2
2) Restoring/updating the ATV2
3) Staying current with OS X, iTunes versions etc.
4) Rebooting the router, a 5th-gen AirPort Extreme (wired connection; the ATV2 isn't on WiFi.)
5) Logging out of OS X
6) Restarting iTunes
7) Turning off/re-setting up Home Sharing
Mine has a curious twist however: We normally keep our Mac running with two OS X users logged in and each iTunes running. The Apple TV2 sees them both but only can connect to whichever library was first opened. To "switch" to the other iTunes library in ATV2 we have to reboot the Mac and make sure the relevant user's iTunes gets launched first.
Our original AppleTV has never had this problem.

Firefox not responding. Have done all troubleshooting but still not working. It won't even open now. Help please.

After going through all the troubleshooting suggestions and also uninstalling and re-installing Firefox, it still won't work. To begin with it was fading out and a 'not responding' notice appeared on the header, with the pointer turning to the timer but nothing was happening. It's been working well for ages and I haven't added anything or deleted anything recently, so can't understand why it should suddenly stop working.
I've followed all the troubleshooting advice and disabled the plug ins, also removed a lot of the add ons, still didn't work. Then I uninstalled it and re-installed it.
Now it won't even open. A window comes up saying it has crashed and giving me the option to re-start it or quit it. If I click re-start, it won't re-start.
I've even started it in safe mode but that won't stay open either, it opens for about a minute then just closes.
Please help, I really don't want to use any other search engine.

Itunes no longer working. Trying to download update, but will not let me -

I bought an Itouch for my 17yr old daughter for Christmas. She loved it when she was at my house, but then took it home and the trouble began. Itunes on her computer is not opening, everything else seems to be working fine. She tried to download the latest version of Itunes but it would not let her. A window came up and stated she needed to remove her old Itunes first. She tried that but when she tried to remove the program it would not let her...... short of getting a new computer, any help?

Sounds like windows is having issues on her PC... Buying a new computer might be an extreme resolve...
First question though, does the PC support the minimum requirements for the iPod? If so I'd think about maybe doing asystem restore... If have the restore discs from the original PC purchase? OR does the vendor (like HP or such) on that client allow you to make them? As this might be a quick 3 hour resolve if you do a system restore back to factory defaults and get a clean copy of windows on her device.
DO NOTE: that you will loose other things, so you should back up your data before completing this task.
Otherwise if it doesn't meet the needs or you don't want to do a restore, then you can always do a service for support (like a local computer place to see thier thoughts) or do the extreme and acquire a new device... As its your choice and your money...

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 updates won't work? Also tried DNG converter but will not work either.

Does anyone know how to get the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3 to update so you can use it? I can't process raw files with my new Canon SD Mark 3.
It looks like they stopped doing updates.
Next I tried the DNG converter but it was useless. It could not find any of my photos.
SOS - I needed to complete a job with this last night and their site won't help and they finally respond by saying we will get back to you in a few days.

That camera requires at least Lightroom 4.1. There is no update for Lightroom 3 that will support the files from that camera. I'm guessing that you're having the typical problem that new users at the DNG converter encounter. The converter prompts for the *FOLDER*. If you open that folder then the DNG converter will tell you there are no files to convert. Just choose the folder. I know, it's really stupid prompt and method. But it is what it is.
