Of course your password shouldn't work on a different Apple ID. This can happen for many reasons, no worries, just sign out back back in using your own ID.

When I try to reorder different pages it just takes all the pages within the document and turns them into a stack! Why is this happening and how can I oder pages as the update is meant to let me?

I am back in Mavericks and testing Pages 5.2.
There are improvements, we shall see how useful, but in less than a minute I have already discovered bugs.

If you really do have a Mid 2013 Mac Air model then it is still in warranty, as the standard Apple warranty is one year from date of purchase. So take it into an Apple store and have it diagnosed and fixed under the warranty. There is some type of hardware problem that only Apple can fix.

I just downloaded iCloud on my PC and noticed that fewer than half of my photo stream photos have transferred over to my PC. Why is this happening and how can I get the remaining photos? All of my devices are charged and have perfect internet signals. Thanks in advance for any tips and insights!
It's probably happing because photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days (even though your last 1000 photos will remain on your devices until deleted). When you enabled photo stream on your PC you would have only received photos from the last 30 days.
To transfer older photos to your computer, create a shared photo stream that contains them and invite yourself as a subscriber (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmc0cd7e99). -
My photos are syncing from my iPhone to the iCloud PhotoStream and to our iPad, but they are no longer syncing to our home computer (Microsoft operating system, not Apple). Why would this happen and how can I get it resolved? I have since tried to remove and reinstall the iCloud application in my computer's control panel. I have verified that I am using the latest Apple operating system and the latest iTunes. I have reset my photo stream. Not sure what else to try... I was also having an issue with my calendar where it would sync from my computer to my iPhone but not vice versa. Somehow in all the resetting that's resolved, but the photo issue is not. Again - photos are going into the photostream, but not wirelessly being put into the file on my computer.
To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

Upon wanting to update some of my apps, I now get prompted to login with the owner of the family plans login.
I have my own account attached to this phone. Why is this now happening and how do I return it to update my apps with my login ID?Did you by chance accidentally purchase these app with the different account?
Because all apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can also check settings - appstore - apple id - if it isn't your id, log out and log in with your id. -

A friend accused me of switching an email account that I used several years ago to send them photos on Flikr (gmail) for their Apple ID - in other words of.messing with their account. I only used the gmail account to post / send them and several other people photos on a few occasions and have not used the account since. I forgot that I had it. When this friend couldn't access their iTunes account the store discovered that the email had been reset to my very old gmail address. How is this possible? Now, they are accusing me of hacking in although no purchases were made and nothing was done with the account. Still, my reputation is at stake. Could they have done it in error? It looks bad for me. Help please.
I made up the names edward and daniel, it's not actually anyone's email address, so no need for concern.
In practice, I'm sure you're right that I would have fewer problems with a longer, more complex email address. But in principal, the problem remains. I could sign up for the Apple ID
1234.NoOneWillEverUseThisAddress.5678@gmail
and someone else could sign up for the Apple ID
1234.NoOneWillEverUseThisAddress.5678+1@gmail
and apple would have no problem with it, even though for all intents and purposes it's the same email address. So the problem is not just the ambiguity of my, to use Dahveed's words, overly simplistic and unsophisticated, email address:
there is a fundamental flaw in the way Apple links email addresses to accounts that allows for this ambiguity. If they followed the same conventions that gmail did, there would be no possibility of this problem. -
When I first got Apple tv, I could view pictures and listen to music off of my iPad and iPod and PC. Months later I can only play and pictures and music off my PC. Help! What could be causing this problem?
Check all the devices are connected to the same network.
Try restarting the iPad and Phone.
Try restarting the router.
Check to see if you have interference on your network.
Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel.
There are other types of problems that can affect networks, but this is by far the most common, hence worth mentioning first. -
I was updating to the new ios8. I got to where I could choose a backup method from icloud or iTunes. My very latest backup was on icloud yesterday so I went with icloud. It showed me backups from yesterday, Oct 9th, and Oct 8th. I chose yesterday. I was then prompted to enter the Apple ID password for "this just in [email protected]" (no spaces). I have no freaking clue who's account that is but it IS NOT mine. So I hit the back button and tried with the other two but got the same thing. This is freaking me out now. Does someone else have access to my cloud? How do I restore my phone now since I obviously do not have the password for this account? What do I do? I'm ******!
Did you buy a used iPhone? It appears that it's locked to that account.

I get an Invalid URL all the time for different sites. Why is this happening and how can I stop it?
No matter the site, it comes out of no where. I clear cache from browser, flush the DNS, change browsers, but nothing works. It eventually corrects itself after 10 minutes but puts a damper on the work day as I have to stop work all the time.

Is your phone still signed in with your old iTues ID for iCloud (in Settings>iCloud)?
