My apple ID three questions input screen is blank

I am trying to download apps through the store and it prompts me to login twice and enter three security questions. I get to the screen where you can select a question but then the window goes blank.
Any ideas why this isn't working? I'm unable to download apps.

I had the same problem a few days ago. I tried and tried only to keep getting an empty white box. I decided not to try download any new apps for a few hours and when I tried again it worked and I was able to select the three questions, answers and alternative email address.

Thank you for the advice Eric, however I am not very computer literate and have since posted another query, which if I have posted correctly you may have seen.
I did manage to recover my data except all of my photos, I was left with 5 out of many. I have noted that on I Cloud it says that it may be necessary to update the cloud account to recover photos but I cannot find how to do this.
I would really appreciate advice.

Apple TV is working but screen is blank

My Apple TV appears to be working fine, as the led blinks when I use the remote, and I'm able to play songs from iTunes Library, but I can't get anything to appear on the screen.
What I've tried so far:
1.) Connecting with both HDMI and 2 different sets of component cables. (not leaving HDMI plugged in while using component)
          The TV recognizes that there is a signal there, with each different set-up. SO I've ruled this out
2.) Holding down menu + for 6 seconds to cycle through the resolutions.
          This cycles through and the TV recognizes several, but no picture ever appears.
3.) Holding down Menu - for 6 seconds to do a factory re-set.
          This worked, the LED turned amber, and the Apple TV played the initial startup sound, but I never saw a picture.
4.) Unplugging everything for 15 minutes, and then reconnecting it all
Nothing I do seems to work.
The apple TV worked fine last week, before I had internet. I went out of town for a week and had Fios installed, then plugged in the ethernet cable, and went to turn it on and now I've got nothing.
please Help

To be certain you might want to try the Apple TV with another TV, but it may well be that the graphics have failed on the Apple TV.

My ipod touch wont turn back on. i turned it off because it was being slow and laggy and when i try to turn it back on the apple icon flashes the the screen goes blank again. i tried resetting it and turning it off and on multiple times but nothing works

If it's a free app it won't charge you. Perhaps the billing info you have on file is outdated/incorrect and iTunes needs to verify it before allowing you to download anything first.
This is quite common actually.

I forgotten apple ID security questions and i can't reset questions security.

First, go to http://appleid.apple.com. Underneath where it says "Already have an Apple ID?," click Manage your Account. You will then need to sign in. If you forgot your Apple ID or password, click on the appropriate "Forgot..." link below either of these fields.
After you sign in, click on "Passwords and Security" on the left.
You will be asked to answer the security questions, but you should also notice a link below the second "Answer" field offering to send reset instructions to your rescue email address that you provided.
Check the Inbox of your rescue email address. The email should appear within a minute or two. If it does not, be sure to check Spam. If it is not there either, you can repeat the above process to resend. Once you get the email, following the link will take you to a page where you must sign in again. After doing so, you will have the option to choose three new security questions and answers, which you may want to write down
After you fill in the required information and continue, you should be taken to a confirmation screen stating "Your password and security information has been saved," and then you are done.
The "Forgot your answers?" link will not appear if you do not have a rescue email address set up. In that case you will need to contact iTunes Support, http://apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
If you still know the answers to your security questions, it is highly recommended you add a rescue email address. To do so, log in at appleid.apple.com and click on Password and Security. Answer the questions and then click on "Add Rescue Email Address:"

My Ipad (4?) screen went black but I can hear it. I tried hitting both the sstart button and sleep button for 10 seconds and the apple icon comes up, my screen saver shows for 1 second and it returns to black screen again. I can hear SIRI. How do I fix?

I had been using the IPAD and all of a sudden it started talking back to me and when swiping apps to close them they would not close. She (the IPAD) kept talking back to me such as "use three fingers" etc. Then the screen went blank and if I touched it I could get it to beep at various touch points. SIRI would also communicate, but the screen stayed black.
As was suggested here, I tried getting a reboot by holding the sleep key with the home key and after 10 seconds the apple logo shows and 5 seconds later my screen saver comes on for just one second, and then it goes back to a black screen. SIRI tells me shes not available and someone else, must be her sister, says things like 90%, 85%, 80% if I continually swipe the screen. Can anyone help me?

This sounds like screen curtain may be enabled. Screen curtain is a feature that allows display privacy. To disable screen curtain while VoiceOver is enabled, you can three finger triple tap the screen to disable this feature. You may need to press the home button once in order to process these steps. I need to create a front panel with three numerical inputs, these inputs are part of a formula equation. Also in the the same front panel should show the entire equation with the numerical inputs.

Why won't my Apple TV display the setup screen?

Why won't my Apple TV display the setup screen? I have changed hdmi cable, confirmed the correct input, checked connection but nothing. HELP!!! I have a Bose System and use a universal remote, Logitech. Could this be a factor?

Did you verify the input? Is it an HDTV capable of 720P?

Three questions: new songs, two devices, organizing albums

I have searched and searched and still have three questions that I can't find an answer to. I hope you guys can help.
1) I have a few albums that are not organized with each other and are duplicates and such, when I upload to itunes match, will those be organized from apple's database?
These were songs from cd's, friend's hd, etc.
2) when I upload new songs in the future from cd's I may buy or put new songs in itunes that I don't buy from apple, are those uploaded to match automatically?
3) I'm sure this one has been answered already...but, can my wife and I use the same match library on two separate devices?

Locate the "DEVICES" menu in the left column of iTunes, and click on the name of your iPod. This should display the "Summary" tab, giving you information about the iPod. Scroll down until you see a check box that says "Open iTunes when this iPod is Connected," and uncheck it. This will stop the iPod from automatically syncing. Good luck

Question mark screen?

I have the question mark flashing on the screen and have troubleshooted every possible problem without dismantling my MacBook Pro, however I dropped my laptop and it decided to work again for about 10 minutes, the app bar began to flash and the mac stopped functioning so i turned it off now I am back at the question mark screen ?

Looks like a cable problem.
If you wish, you can take the computer to Apple store to have it checked out.
Probably you have already reset SMC and PRAM.

One input screen in iTunes Producer stumped me

I successfully uploaded my iBook yesterday. I had to skip one page of input using iTunes Producer. That did not torpedo the upload, but can someone answer my question re. what I was being asked for that I did not understand?
The input screen that stumped me appears when accessing the “Publication” section of the “Assets” tab.
Under “Books/Textbooks” is two available choices to be made.
It looks like I’m being offered to choose an image to associate with the word “Publication”, and replace the default “iBooks” cover icon, and also replace a second, identical iBooks icon that appeared directly under the words “Publication Preview”.
I assumed that the page was asking for a couple of additional images or pictures, although I had already uploaded the book file from iBook Author w/o problems and it contained all of the graphics files I needed.
Anyway, when I clicked either of the “Choose” buttons, one of my desktop folders opened that contained only jpeg’s and tiff files but they were all grayed-out and unable to be selected.
What was supposed to happen on that page? What was being asked for from me?

The "Choose" button under the "Publication" icon is a REQUIRED field.
SO now I'm really wondering why the rest of the upload completed successfully?
My package "validated" correctly.
AM I going to have to upload the whole thing again?
