My face time and I message won't let me login with my Apple Id, I've tried and tried and even created a new Apple ID and password and it still won't do anything .... Help ??

If the money contains a completely unspent balance from an iTunes gift card, the iTunes Store staff can put that money back onto the card.

Won't let me get into FaceTime or iMessage, what do I do????

It will not let me iMessage or FaceTime. It goes to the screen but when I did it I signed in and pushed next to start it up, and it kept going backup to the home screen. That's has far has I've got. So what do I do? Please help!(:

How did you obtain these apps? All apps are DRM protected & tied forever to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be transferred to another Apple ID(account), nor can they be updated using any Apple ID other than the one that was used to originally obtain them.

Try restting the password. Boot into Recovery (⌘R), in the Menu Bar, you'll see the option to reset password.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. I figured out what was going on the app had miss represented how much space it would take it had said it was 1.2g's however it was really 1.9g's which was all I had left on the phone I downloaded it to my computer first from the apps store then was able to see this. At that point I was able to rearrange some memory to accomadate it's size thanx for the help.

It depends on what iPhone you have.
If it's an iPhone 4S or earlier, click here.
If it's an iPhone 5, you need to buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD, and that requires an Intel Mac with at least 1GB RAM.
