My apple sales data from my app sales seems incorrect.Anyone else had same problem?
Hi people,
Am having massive problem accessing my sales data and when I do it's incorrect.Have had it escalated at Apple but they say there is "no way to access retrospective sales data".This was only for last month! So not very "retrospective".Has anyone else experienced the same problem?If so please let me know how you resolved it.

Sorry if this seems a dumb question but I'm almost incredulous at your suggestion. Are you saying that you have an app, which you designed, and is being sold in the App Store ... and Apple do not know how many have been sold.
Are you expecting a royalty payment on this?

Since the latest system update to 10.9.2 I can no longer get a signal from my Macbook Air to my TV. Has this happened to anyone else and how can I fix it.
1. System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All
Press “Delete All” button under “Browsing Data and Settings”.
2. Install Adobe Flash Player.
System Preferences > Flash Player > Updates
Press the “Check Now” button.

I have upgraded my iPhone 4S to iOS 5.1 and now cannot access the camera from a locked screen. Anyone have any suggestions?
From the lock screen, to access the camera you touch the camera icon and slide in an upward motion. It no longer takes a tap to get it to open.

Settings > iTunes and App store > Apple ID = Sign Out... Then Sign In using the preferred Apple ID.
It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID. -

If you can't access the App Store from the Apple menu, Dock, or Applications folder installing the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo will reinstall the App Store for you.
It's ok to do this even you are already running v10.6.8.

FYI: Some third party software can cause issues with the App Store > Mac App Store: Sign in sheet does not appear, or does not accept typed text
Apple is not responsible for incompatibility isssues with third party software. -
I plugged my phone into my computer for the first time and it restarted my whole phone so now all my apps say waiting put I'm let my phone sync a view different times and it still doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi guys. After updating to 7.0.6 my iphone 5s is no longer showing in itunes. Strangley it is recognised by my PC (windows 8) when I click on my computer. I have tried reinstalling itunes and making sure the drivers are up to date, but this has made no difference. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have any advice? Thanks

My ipod touch 4g won't turn on, even if i reset it. If i reset it it just brings up the apple logo for about 10-15 minutes, flashes white, then repeats the before mentioned. Has anyone else had this problem and/or know how to fix it?

Some of the songs I have downloaded from iclouds cut out after about 50 seconds when i play them? Has anyone else had this problem and if so did you manage to fix it.
ThanksI've had this happen several times... I suspect the download was interrupted for some unreported reason so it only has a partial file or has a corrupt byte in the file it failed to catch.
Just delete the local copy and re-download from the cloud and they play fine. -

I had my damaged unlocked iPhone 4 replaced by apple with a refirb model and am pretty sure they've issued me with a locked phone.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Is Apple aware that they are refirbing but not unlocking phones?

TyIt is entirely possible that the human you spoke with at Apple simply made a mistake. You do realize that humans make mistakes, correct?
Take the device back to the store along with any documents you have stating it is or is supposed to be unlocked and let them clear it up.
This all assumes the device was unlocked by the carrier and not some shady website or local electronics store.
