My AppleCare is registered on another MacbookPro(NOT MINE)!!!!

I bought a macbook pro (13 inch late 2011) last year, together with the applecare protection plan, and the other day when i checked my applecare status and IT SAID THAT I WAS NOT COVERED!!! when i checked the mail sent by apple confirming the registration last year, I DISCOVERED THAT APPLE HAS MISTAKEN MY MACBOOK's SERIAL NUMBER!!!!! therefore another macbook is being covered by MY APPLECARE!! what must be done to solve that mistake? i paid for that!!!

If I remember correctly, when I bought applecare, when i registered it I had to type in the serial number of my macbook pro. If you bought applecare from the store you bought your mac from and they registered it that store used the wrong serial number.
Doesn't really matter where you live. You have to call applecare. Just because there isn't a local number for applecare doesn't mean you can't contact them. You just have to call long distance.

Well, after troubleshooting here in the Front Row forum for a year, I've never seen that problem from anyone else. That's why I don't think you're going to find much support here. AppleCare Support will charge you $49 (in the U.S.) to troubleshoot a software issue after 90 days. I'm not sure what the charge is in Canada. You could buy an AppleCare Protection Plan (you can anytime within the first year of purchase) and then get free telephone support for software issues, like this.

When you plug in the iPad iTunes will want to restore it/wipe it, so if you do not have the apps in your iTunes then you can copy the apps from the iPad to iTunes when plugged in by right clicking the iPad and selecting "transfer purchased..." which copies the purchases into iTunes.
However as iTunes will only sync to 1 iTunes, it will then want to wipe your iPad, so you need to make sure you have everything in your iTunes that you want back on your iPad.
This is to stop people taking their iOS device to a friends and then taking their paid songs/video/apps.
If you still do not have all of the apps in iTunes, you can either download the Apps via the iTunes store or try and find an application that lets you sync from the computer to the iPad and via versa in place of iTunes.

Can't mount as a disk on another Mac (not mine)

I'd like to use my shuffle as a disk and transfer files from my machine to another Mac. This other Mac is an iMac G5 and had iTunes 6.0.2 with OS X.4.4. Everytime I plug in my shuffle, iTunes starts up tells me

so there's a video on your friend's imac that you want to be on your phone? you can hook up your phone to sync that video to your phone through itunes, but you'll want to make sure you're not syncing any other information from his mac to your phone or it will replace your information with the info on his computer. make sure you disable autosyncing on his computer first. keep in mind, this is tricky because iphones are only meant to sync with one computer

As I said you need to:
You need to wipe the hard disk and reinstall the OS by booting into the recovery partition and reinstall the original OS via the internet. It will ask you to enter your ID

I have papers from the French Police about the stolen Iphone, I have Iphone's box with serial number and if it's important I can request the check.

P.S. My very expensive bag was stolen where were the Iphone and a lot of documents and very important things.

My iphone and Ipad got stollen yesterday...
I registered my Ipad onto "my profile" but when I tried to register my Iphone 4 onto "My Profile" it says that the product has been registered under ANOTHER apple ID. What does this mean?! Does this mean that the thief is using my phone under a new apple ID?!
I am getitng abit paranoid because when I tried to download a new app onto my macbook pro, it says that someone had accessed my account from a new computer. I am so scared.. as I know that if they are able to access my apple ID account they can see my billing/card details. I tried to delete my billing address and card details on my apple ID account to prevent this from occuring but I can't. Please help

You should change your AppleID password NOW. And if it says it was registered under another AppleID, the thief has probably done it.

IMac Apps registered to another Apple ID. Computer was BestBuy Out of Box Purchase.

Just after the new year I got a great deal on an Out Of Box 27" iMac at the local Best Buy.
I did the complete reload to factory default config and all. But when I go into the Mac App Store it tells me that I have apps that are registered to another Apple ID (I suspect the first owner that returned it) and that I can not update or download them. Since they are the apps listed as coming with a new iMac I would like to get this addressed.
So where do I start to get this fixed?

You can disregard the advice you have been getting so far. Your machine is covered by 90 days of free AppleCare telephone support. They are open M-Sat during normal business hours and can be reached using the AppleCare Contact Info link. I'm assuming if there was no box there was no manual either, you can download a copy of the manual by clicking Support in the upper right of this page then clicking Manuals and navigating to your manual. Read the manual carefully. When you contact AppleCare let them know you bought the machine as an open box unit and let them know what you are experiencing and they should be able to help you navigate through this mess.
While it's hindsight now buying an open box computer can save you a lot of money if you know what you're doing. However if you are new and not savy they can also be a lot of problems. If you are trying to save money buying a Mac buy an Apple refurbished machine. These are virtually identical to new machines, come with the same 1 year warranty as a new machine and are also elgible to get AppleCare. You can also save hundreds of dollars buying them. No, sorry, there is no way you can get that information. The police perhaps could, but it would probably require a court order and it's unlikely the police will go to those lengths unless they have reason to believe that this theft was not an isolated instance and hence worth more of their time than the single theft of an iPod.
Even if they got the ID, it may well just be yours. Apple's registration database often contains such errors; I get the same message for some of my devices when I know I registered them to my Apple ID and the devices are all still right here.

Do what iTunes is telling you to do. Wehn you purchased the iPod the apps and other media do not transfer to you. Then are permently locked/lienced only to the person who purchased them. Using the stuff on the iPod is stealing.

I was registering my apple products to my Apple ID and my iMac and iPod touch could not be registered, it says "According to our records, this serial number is associated to another Apple ID. If you have more than one Apple ID, log in to My Support Profile with that Apple ID to see your other added products. Not sure if you have another Apple ID". I don't understand why cause I have already registered some other devices as iPhone and Apple TV.
