If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do. -

The Apple ID and Password that was used to Activate the iDevice is required
If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.

I have connected an AirPlay enabled device to iphone4s. I started palying songs. I was able to access internet through 3G from iphone.After few seconds 3G symbol disappears and WiFi symbol appears. After that I'm not able to access internet. Why is it so?
SMS. Deggie, had them check that. After a lengthy discussion with Senior Tech advisor, it appears it is iMessage/Face Time server (they are the same) issue, which will strong arm those into purchasing Data if they use iMessage over multiple devices, as the server registers the phone number associated with apple ID. To add to sig's reply, "calibrating" does not calibrate Lithiu-Ion batteries, it calibrates the charge reporting circuitry. If you look at the effect of deep discharging Lithium-Ion batteries in the data from the independent test group, Battery University, you will see that doing so shortens the life of the battery significantly. It looks like an optimum balance between use and life is at a discharge level of 50%.

I am trying to update itunes to 11.1.1.11 and keep getting message at the end ' error writing to file :c:\Config.Msi\301ded48.rbf.Verify that you have access to that directory'. What does this mean and how do I fix it?
I had this exact same problem just now, trying to upgrade to 10.7.
I even got that error msg when trying to UNINSTALL iTunes!
After hours of frustration trying everyone's different suggestions, I downloaded Revo Uninstaller http://www.cnet.com.au/apps/revo-uninstaller-10610875/ which solved the problem.
Use it to help uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:
1. iTunes
2. QuickTime
3. Apple Software Update
4. Apple Mobile Device Support
5. Bonjour
6. Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Then you can install iTunes from scratch.

The need to compress to max 1GB is obsolete. You can not determine what and how the space provided on iDisk can be used. You provide it or NOT. If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple IDand that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

Yes Verizon has contacted me by phone. I never scheduled a call time nor did I call them. They also are not making it easy to contact them through email. I need to discuss a way to assure that my phone is never called again during work hours without a prearranged meeting. I will not speak on the phone nor use a live chat. I want email as I want this documented offical and no other means offeres me that assurance. I'd also like to discuss comensation for being harrassed with phone calls.

You need only tell them not to call you during working time.
The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act states you must tell them it is not convenient.
Now if marketing calls you can opt out at the Verizon web portal under your My Verizon account.
You will not get compensation for them to call you. Nice try.
However they could just shut your phone off and then you will call them.
Email is not an option.

Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mountain Lion, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.
You can purchase Lion by contacting Customer Service: Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes international calling numbers. The cost is $19.99 (as it was before) plus tax. It's a download. You will get an email containing a redemption code that you then use at the Mac App Store to download Lion. Save a copy of that installer to your Downloads folder because the installer deletes itself at the end of the installation.

Hello. Since accepting the upgrade to the current version of I Tunes (11.4) I have been unable to get the application to boot. I receive the message that I Tunes was not installed correctly and Error 7 (Windows Error 193). I have uninstalled/reinstalled I Tunes several times and this has not resolved the issue. I also uninstalled/reinstalled Microsoft.net Framework 4 since this was suggested by Apple support. This also has not resolved the issue.
When I reinstall I Tunes, I get a message that the “Service ‘apple mobile device’ failed to start.” Verify you have sufficient privileges to start system services. I attempted to manually start the Apple Mobile Device service but get a pop up stating, “Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.”Unsure what I should try next.For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it, which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
The section Install missing components has advice on breaking down the iTunes installer into the individual .msi files which might prove useful if one component, such as Apple Mobile Device Support, won't install normally.
In your case I suggest you start with a clean download of the setup file using the direct link. If reinstalling AMDS alone doesn't work try tearing everything down again.
