My application (SandVox) disapeared in the purchases tab
...and I just want to download and install Sandvox I purchased on my MacPro onto my MacBook Pro laptop - keep getting I have a free copy and don't have a register key to make the application "bought".

Mac App Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

TS3297 Icons in the purchase tab became invisible
I'm using.the new iPad and thus the lastest system software. Suddenly all icons in the purchase tab in App Store became invisible. I can still click them if I touch a right point and I can grab apps if I use find and then the details are opened in a proper manner, however I can no longer see the whole list of my purchases. Tried many times but no luck. Any help will be extremely appriciated.
PS. I'm not using iTunes on my PC at all.System Preferences > Dock. Change the size slider
If you want to remove items from the Dock, then drag them off until you see the puff of smoke attached to the icon. Let the icon go. This will not delete the application from the computer, just remove it from the Dock. Applications will still be available in your Applications folder. -
i got an iPad and all my app's, music, and movies are on it, but when i try to download some apps to mi iPhone, they doesn't appear on the purchased tab, how could i move them back to itunes so i can access thru iCloud? i have an 2nd generetion ipad and an iphone 5, thanks for you answers!
(I think the daughter got he better end of the deal!) I believe if you change the password and user id one of the devices it will stop that from occurring. But I'm not the one to tell you how to do it; someone like "Illaass" (Illaass seems to know how to correct / fix almost anything!) will know how if you don't. Just look for the "cat" icon.

I sold my original ipad and bought an ipad 2. I wasn't worried about losing all of the apps I had previously purchased/downloaded, because I knew that the app store has a "purchased" tab, from which you can download previously downloaded apps. I set up my new ipad 2 with the same app store ID. I went to the purchased tab, the loading circle went on for awhile then went away, but no apps showed up. What's the problem?
I would be really upset if I lost all of the apps I previously paid for or downloaded (probably about 80 or so), seeing as how the app store is supposed to remember my purchase/download history based upon the user ID.Go to "Settings > iTunes and App Stores", touch the AppleID, sign out, and then sign in with your revised AppleID.

I downloaded and paid for an app on my ipad, how can I get it free on my iphone without using itunes as my laytop is broken. I cannot seem to find the purchase tab in app store? I am logged in using the same ID
First, the app must be universal...designed for both iPhone/iPad:
Tap App Store.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap Updates.
Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
Locate the app in your Purchased tab.
Tap the download icon.
The app will begin downloading and you'll be taken back to your home screen. -
How to delete the apps in the purchased tab in appstore which i no longer have on my ipad. They still show in the purchased tab.
It's not currently possible to permanently delete any items from your purchase history, all you can do is hide them so that they don't appear in the Purchased tab : hiding and unhiding. If your iPad is on iOS 6 then you will need to do it via your computer's iTunes.

I haven't tried it for a couple of weeks, but with iOS 7 after hiding an app on my computer's iTunes I was needing to log out of my account on my device by tapping on my id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logging back in for it to then become hidden in the Purchased tab -
whenever i update iPhoto by my app store after the download completes a message appears stating that a problem has occurred iPhto cannot be installed please try again by using the purchases tab in the app store.....i am in a big fix please help

I can't find the purchased tab in the app store app on my iPad
Ok well the purchased tab that is supposed to be in the app store app on my iPad isn't there and I'm trying to see the app that have been previously purchased so I can find some the old apps I used to have on my iPod and put them on my iPad. I have done it before but I can't remember how to do it now.
If you update to iOS 4.3.3 you should then see it in the App Store app. If you have iTunes 10.3 on your computer you can also do it there. Otherwise I think that you'll have to go through your purchase history on your account in iTunes on your computer.

I'm trying to get an SD version of a TV show on my iTouch using the cloud on iTunes (on the iTouch) but I can't find the purchased tab? Where is it! Would this have to do with restrictions?
the tabs I have for iTunes are only: Music, Videos, Search, Genius, Ping, Podcasts, Audiobooks, iTunes U and Downloads. No purchased tab. I do have some restrictions on my iTouch but I'm not sure if this would have an effect. Would I also have to do something in the computer iTunes?

Why did the app store make me purchase Pages again? I already bought Pages, Numbers and Keynote for my Ipad and want to download them onto my Mac Book and they aren't in the purchases tab. I thought I would try clicking on the buy button for Pages, thinking, it would say I already purchased this app, but it didn't. Where are all my purchases? I used the same Apple ID I use for all my Apple devices. Help! I really don't want to buy them all again.
The version of Pages, Keynote and Numbers for the Mac will be different than the iOS version and will require a separate purchase.

To report an issue with your iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBookstore purchase, follow these steps:
Find the email receipt for your purchase.
Click Report a Problem under the app that is having the issue.
When prompted, enter the Apple ID and password you used to purchase the item, then click Report a Problem.
Click Report a Problem next to the item you are having an issue with.
From the Choose Problem dropdown menu, choose the appropriate issue.
Follow the onscreen instructions and—if prompted—type a description of the problem into the text field.
Click Submit to have your issue reviewed.

Thanks.Thanks one again. I know you helped me the last to. I do have the Deja Vu font set in my folder. I downloaded and the last time. So I don't know if there is supposed to be more or not, but those were installed with Windows-XP after my reformat.
This is really driving me nuts. as I've done several re-formats on my computer and several friends computers and even upgraded hardware so I am not necessarily a software or programming expert, I am somewhat advanced when it comes to computers in general and can usually diagnose the problem but these font's are the problem and they never were before.
I did see in another forum that if you had a Dell Computer and did the Microsoft update for the onboard video card driver that it could be the culprit, but I have that disabled being I have a much better graphics card so the updates from Microsoft for the onboard video weren't installed.
It' a Dell Dimension 3000 with an Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller so I don't believe it is the culprit being it is disabled. The actual video card that I am using is a PCI Nvidia GeForce 9400 GT with 1 GB Memory. And I didn't have any problem before.
I appreciate the help. But still can't get things to work. Live Help Chat doesn't open for another two hours so maybe they can do "Remote Access" or something and can check setting and help me. But if you come up with other suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.

It's still accessible. All you've really done is hidden the app. To restore it to the list, go to "Featured" in the Mac Store menu bar and then click "Account" in the side bar on the right, under "Quick Links". The Account Information page will have three sections. The middle section is "iTunes in the Cloud." In that section, you will see "Hidden Purchases: You have hidden X items" and to the right of that bit of text, you will see a clickable link labeled "View Hidden Purchases". Go ahead and click that link. Any apps that you have hidden, deliberately or otherwise, will be listed there. To unhide an app, click the "Unhide button" to the far right of the app's name.
Yea, it can be disconcerting to see an app disappear unintentionally. Apple might want to consider a menu button for viewing hidden purchases. -
I upgraded to iOS 5 and all the music had gone. But when I went on to iTunes, onto the 'Purchased' tab, I got all the music back from iCloud. But my movie wasn't listed. It was 'Paul' and it cost £10. When I look it up on iTunes, if I want it back it says I have to pay £10 again!!!! I am currently talking to Apple Live Chat Support and she is saying to write this up. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is correct.
You only get one download of movies. It is your responsibility to backup your purchases.
Did you fail to transfer your movie to your computer before updating?
