my app i.d. on my cell wont update because it still shows my old app id. i changed my id to a new one. old i.d. still comes up so i cant update anything. no password works or anything.

All apps are tied to the Apple ID used to buy/download them.
This can not be changed.
You will need to use the old password or delete the apps and buy them/download them on the new ID.

Apps are forever tied to the ID they are purchased with. If you used an old ID to purchase them, that is the ID you have to use.
If you no longer have access to that ID, there is nothing else you can do besides repurchase with the new ID.

The problem with those two apps is that they are supposed to be in your Apple ID and you didn't set up the Mac properly/completely when you got it.
You might try deleteing them and using OS X Recovery to install them again.

After that, before you open any iLife apps go to your Mac App Store account, to the Purchased pane and Accept them into your account.

You can't all apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase/download it.

Got it! Thanx. What I did was go to my account, check that they had my new ID and Password which they did, then hit reset button. All fixed.

It is Not available as a download... It is a Paid Upgrade.

The iPhone 5c needs iTunes 11.1, which requires Mac OS X 10.6.8. See if your Mac can be upgraded to Mac OS X Snow Leopard > http://support.apple.com/kb/sp575 If so, buy Mac OS X Snow Leopard > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
Then, make a backup of your data with Time Machine or Disk Utility's Restore, insert the disc and follow its steps to upgrade to Mac OS X Snow Leopard. If you have any apps downloaded with the other AppleID, those apps
will ask for the other AppleID to update.

Delete the apps associated with the unwanted ID and download them

Apps are DRM protected and tied to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be transferred to another iTunes account nor updated using another iTunes account. Only the account used to obtain them can be used to update them. You can contact iTunes support, explain the situation & ask that they add these apps to the download queue of your new account:

In the Finder do a Get Info on one of those files & the folder it's in, report what it says for privileges.

Apps and their updates are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them originally. It will always ask you for your old ID if they were purchased using that ID. The only way to stop this would be to delete them from your phone and your iTunes library, then repurchase them using your current ID.

As long as you didn't create a new ID and merely changed the email address that you use for your Apple ID - go to Settings>iTunes and App Store. Tap your old ID and sign out. Then sign in with the changed ID.
If you created a new ID, you need to continue to use the old ID in order to update apps since purchases are always tied to the ID used to make the purchase.

If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.
