My apps won't load on my new 4S!

Activated it at the store, restored from my iCloud. Then I left. But when I got in my car not all my apps were totally loaded. The icons were there but they said "waiting". So I thought, okay when I get home to my wifi they'll load. Nope. So I synced it to my computer. 3 times now, apps still say waiting. What do I need to do to get my dang apps back?

Have you tried a restart/reset? That usually will fix issues like this....

so your starting it up and its just crashing right away, yes? can you tell me what app it acutally is? as iOS6 is so new my thought would be that its probably incompatable with it at this time, im having trouble with my networks app that just will not let me log in at all!
id suggest going to the page of the app on the app store and look to see if it says if its compatable or not? as for a error log its in usage data, which is in settings > general > about, and i think its near the bottom.

It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

My app won't load it was working earlier but now it won't. I turned the phone off and turn it back off. Killed all the apps and uninstalled it and reinstalled a few minutes later. Now it's just showing a black screen but when I go to kill them the screen is there but I click on it and it goes black again.

Yes, I tried that (thanks for the suggestion, though!). In my music app, when I click on certain songs, the screen moves to try to start the song, but then it bounces back to the menu screen without playing the song. On many albums, when I click on the first song, a song about halfway through the album will start to play rather than that first song. My other apps seems to be fixed, but not the music function.

Iphone/ipod touch apps won't load on ipod touch

I have tried to download apps that indicate that they can be used on iphone or ipod touch with 2.2. My ipod touch is updated but the apps won't load. Any ideas?

i also have the same problem, i came across this topic hoping to find an answer. luckily i had just solved my problem. this happened to me twice... i resolved the first problem by restoring to factory setting which is not a good solution cause all my FREE downloaded apps were erased too. so i have to download again.... lately it happened again.. same problem.. but i have resolved it by updating my ups in app store... HOPE this wont happen again.... cause its really bothersome since there arent so many wifi spots here... programs i had are mostly free so maybe its one reason for this problem.... the last app i used b4 the problem was a pdf viewing app... hope this helps...

Does anyone know why some Apps won't load unless I buy a new App?

I've been following a couple of threads. It seems some users, myself included, have a problem where certain Apps will not load. They simply start to open and then return back to the Home screen immediately. When it happens to me (maybe once per week) it's always the same Apps which refuse to load, and they ALL do it - Pages, Keynote, Numbers, Garageband, iMovie, Shareplus all stop working. The reported fix from all users is to go to the AppStore and either update, or buy another App - even a free one. Then all Apps work again properly. It started happening for me after upgrading to iOS 5 but many users had the same issue prior to iOS 5.
So my question is, does anyone know why this is happening? I don't want to find myself out of 3G signal, or abroad when I've turned Data off, and unable to use my Apps. The fix is useful, but I can't understand why we even need a fix. Suggestions?

Have you tried a full reset when this happens? This happens to me on rare occasion and a reset fixes things.

I tried just going to YouTube on the web browser, but it just crashes the browser, when I get home I will ask them too but mabe somebody here knows.
The app, when I click my user name and then select playlist, it doesn't even show half of them, and I know I don't have sharing restrictions on any of them.
It also won't load videos in searching that I know exist that I can find when searching at home.

I am also encountering similar problems. You Tube was working okay last week, the only thing that has changed since then is that I have created a new account on You Tube and have logged into it on my Apple TV.
All the other internet functions are working on my Apple TV, so I wondered whether there might be a problem at Apple's end?

Multiple apps won't load at all

Hello all. I'm not that mac-literate so please forgive me if this question may seem redundant or just stupid.. but I'm having problems with my mac.
Several apps just ceased to load; the main ones being Safari, Mail, Yahoo messenger, Adium, iTunes, iDvd.. just to name the ones I actually tried opening.
I am currently on a PC right now, so there is no way for me to load the crash reports or whatever they're called, however this is pretty much the gist of it all:

That is pretty much what it said for every single crash logs of the stated apps that won't load.
I'm not sure what exactly preceded this, but the first time I noticed this was when I went to the mall and picked up a signal (airport) and it prompted me if I wanted to get on it and I clicked yes.. and when I tried to load Safari it wouldn't open.
Could anyone please give me some insight? Or am I not making sense and better off going to CompUSA to get it checked out??
Oh and might I add that when I try to open "HELP", it won't open, neither would "Software Update"

I think at this point you should make sure your data is backed up and do an Archive and Install of Mac OS X. You'll need to get out your Install Disc 1 again and hold
down the 'C' key at boot up. Make sure to select preserve user settings and network
settings... You'll need to run software updates and probably re-install some applications after an Archive and install.

The current version of the iBooks app that is in the store requires iOS 5+. Unless you downloaded a previous version of the app when it was compatible with iOS 4.2.1 and you still have it somewhere (on your computer or on a backup) then you won't be able to install iBooks (only the current version of each app is in the store)

Correct. An app can only be updated under the Apple ID that was used to orginally acquire the app. If that is a problem you can delete the app and download again under the new userid. If you paid for the app you will have to pay again. Your old Apple ID does not go away so there is no reason to not use it to download the apps.
You cannot delete the apps that came with IOS. If you want to "hide" the apps simply put the apps into an application folder by dragging one app onto another. You can do this to all the IOS apps.
