My AppStore account has been disabled how do I enable it again?

My AppStore account has been disabled what do I have to do to enable it again, I have changed my password but that didn't work.

If you've successfully changed your password (does your account work on your computer's iTunes ?) then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.
Otherwise you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Express Lane, then iTunes > iTunes Store

    Yes it does. Also, if you were using iOS 7+ and had Find my iPhone activated, you will need your apple id and password to be able to use the phone again.

    I assume you are refering to the MBP trackpad.  Open the MBP and inspect if the battery has swollen and is interfering with the trackpad.  If not and is totally unresponsive, an appointment at an Apple store genius bar would be in order.

    I noticed that your printer settings have been disabled, and you are wondering how to enable them again. I am happy to help!
    For further assistance, I will need the following information:
    The Product/Model Number of your printer. Follow instructions in this link. Finding Your HP Product Model Number.
    If you are using a Windows or Mac Operating System, and the version number. To find the exact version, visit this link. Whatsmyos.
    If the printer is connected, Wireless, Ethernet, or USB.
    If the printer is able to make copies.
    If the power cable is plugged into a surge protector, or directly to the wall outlet. Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector. This applies to Inkjet printers as well.
    If the printer settings are disabled on the computer, or on the printer's control panel.
    If there are any messages when trying to access these settings.
