My aunt's Skype account does not appear in search ...

My aunt created a Skype account for herself so that we could all do Skype calls with her when she is away. I tried to add her to my Skype contact list today and her username does not appear in search results, when it used to, before. I logged onto my dad's Skype account, which I created for him and she shows up as having him added to her contact list. I then asked a friend to search for her on Skype and the username did not show up on her end either. Could my aunt have possibly gotten rid of her Skype account? Or is Skype having problems again?

I cannot sync my Firefox 18 desktop with iPad or iPhone browsers. I have tried everything suggested on the Web and have tried safe mode as well. When I enter the three-line synch code, I get a sync failure. I have deleted my account and then set up a new account without success. Manage Account does not appear in the options sync tab. I’ve spent hours on this and am considering using Chrome as my regular browser since I have no trouble syncing Chrome with apps. Help appreciated.

You can only inspect the sync key via manage account if this device is has been setup and is connected to the sync server.
You can find the sync account password and the sync (recovery) key in the password manager on computers where a sync account with a specific e-mail address has been set up.
Look for:
* chrome://weave (Mozilla Services Password)
* chrome://weave (Mozilla Services Encryption Passphrase)
You can look at this version of the about:synckey extension that I have modified to show the sync key in current Firefox versions (desktop and mobile).

There are no children, nor other suspicious characters that have "played" with my computer. One moment I'm in, the next time I turn on/restart the powerbook I'm at a screen with the name of the hard drive and two fields: username and password. Not a list with pictures and names ie 'Katie Jo' with an orange icon and 'Guest' with a silhouette of a head.
In an attempt to remedy this problem, I backed up files using target disk mode and firewire cable. I then, rebooted in single user mode, typed in the correct script and essentially made the computer appear virgin again. Original start up welcome screen display with multiple languages, and then set up prompts such as language, network, and registration. After completing the cues and the "just a few more questions" page, I press continue and am left at a grey standstill, with the continue button greyed out, and no other actions. I'm only able to "go back" by clicking the go back button, all the way to the beginning of the set up, and as I proceed through the steps a second time, I'm greeted with the same halt. What is this?

Migrated User Account does not appear at login

Hi: I was having a few glitches with Leopard for my main user account (screen dimming did not work). So I backed up the computer to another disk using Super Duper. I did a clean install of Leopard, did the updates and then used the migration assistant to reimport my user accounts. On the first try, I actually did not migrate the main account I wanted so I used the migration assistant for a second time to import the user information I wanted.
A folder was created in the user folder with all the documents associated with the the main account I wanted to migrate, however on login, this user account does not appear.
Is there a way I can make this account appear at login.

do the following. log in as an admin user and run the following terminal command (copy and paste, do not retype, please)
sudo rm /var/db/dslocal/nodes/Default/users/short-user-name.plist
Instead of short-user-name put in the above the short name of the migrated user. It's the same as the name of that user's home directory in /Users folder.
You'll be prompted to enter your admin password (which you won't see as you type it). that's normal.
Restart and try creating the account with that shortname. it will say that a home directory by that name already exists and ask if you want to use it. say "yes".
you'll now be able to log in into that account.

Flashing marker does not appear in search box when starting Firefox

Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Skype icon does not appear

I installed skype but the icon does not show up. OS is actually 4.3.3. It says it is installed and I can find it under settings, but without the icon I cannot fire it up.
I'm quite new to the phone so I assume it's me, but I have had not trouble with other apps.

Custom result type does not appear in search result

I've got some document libraries containing technical documents, across a few team sites. I'm trying to customize the search results so that the document type shows up in the results. Using
this example as a guide, here's what I've done so far:
Created a term set called "Document Type" with 4 terms: "Built", "HowTo", "Kb" and "Forms".
Created a site column called "Document Type" using the term set as the source
Added a column to my document libraries using the site column
Did a crawl
Looked up the Managed Property name (It's called "owstaxIdDocumentx0020Type").
Made a copy of the Item_Dafault files in Display Templates, renamed it DocType.html and .js
Edited the new file:
       - Renamed title to "Document Type"
       - Added 'owstaxIdDocumentx0020Type':'owstaxIdDocumentx0020Type'
       - Added _#=ctx.CurrentItem.owstaxIdDocumentx0020Type =#_ as indicated in the example.
Updated the result types
Made a copy of the "SharePoint List Item" result type with settings as follows:
       Name: Document Type
       Match "All Sources" of type "SharePoint List Item"
       Properties to match "owstaxIdDocumentx0020Type" equals any of... "Built", "HowTo", "Kb", "Forms"
       Results should look like "Document Type" (i.e. points to the new display template file above)
Saved and went back to the Search Center. Typed in the name of a file I know has a specified "Document Type" value. It comes up in the results, but all results seem to be displayed using the default template.
So where did I go wrong? Did I miss a step somewhere?

First test your template works, change the matching rule so that everything matches. That'll prove that the template itself is valid rather than the matching rules.
I suspect that your issue is in the rules. Bella's guide is fantastic but there is one difference that's worth mentioning, the guide is for a list item rather than a document. The two are subtly different.

Tax code does not appear in any G/L account item Message FF753

Dear all,
During creating billing document, the system cannot post account document and display the follow error message:
FF753 Tax code does not appear in any G/L account item.
I tried to trace the program and found internal table t_bseg containing 3 entries:
1: Customer a/c: without tax code
2: GR clearing a/c: without tax code
3: Output tax a/c: contain tax code
Customer a/c and GR clearing a/c without tax code causes this error.
Anyone know how to solve it?

In FS00 for GR/IR A/c in Control data, in Tax Category choose all tax types allowed (*) and also tick posting without tax allowed and try again.

I changed my AppleID/Password and now am locked out of iCloud. iCloud says maximum number of free accounts have been activated. tried Settings, Mail etc but iCloud does not appear. I was going to delete it and start again.

Had to change Apple ID/Password recently now cannot access iCloud. In settings when tapping iC, log in screen appears with old ID and request for (old) password.
In Settings Mail, Contacts etc iCloud does not appear. I was going to delete account.
Trying new ID/Password message appears "maximum no. of free accounts have been activated".
Using old ID/Password message apperas "you can,t sign in because account was disabled for security reasons ......reset password at iforgot.apple.com which i did.
Can anybody help please??

I tried to log in to iCloud but a message appears telling me I "can't sign in because my account was disabled for security reasons....reset password at iforgot.apple.com". I don't know why this happened.
I reset both my Apple ID and password.
When I tap Settings iCloud is listed on the left side between General and Mail, Contacts etc.
Tapping iCloud brings up a log in screen for iCloud which shows my old Apple ID and requests the password. If I put the password in I get the message as above.
If I use the new Apple ID/Password I get the message "the maximum number of free accounts have been activated....
In settings there is no option to "Delete Account"
Any suggestions??

Error message "Tax code V1 does not appear in any G/L account item"

Hi,
I am getting the error message FF753- Tax code V1 does not appear in any G/L account item when I post a subsequent credit via miro.
It does not give the error with invoice or credit memo for the sames GL accounts.
History:
PO created
Goods receipt
Invoice posted and blocked as value greater than PO
Subsequent credit put on to correct the values in price query - error appears
I know if I go to FS02 and make the GL code * tax relevant it will remove the error but we dont want tax to go to this account as its a main inventory GL code.
Can anyone advise why it would appear on the subsequent credit but not on invoices or credits.
Also is there something I can set up to remove this issue apart from making the GL code tax relevant - it must not need it if the other postings work ok.

Doesnt matter that it works for credits and invoices with blank tax you still need to put * in GL code for subsequent credit etc postings

HT2731 I have a student who is trying to set up an account however it is asking for Credit Card information. The choice of NONE does not appear as an option with the credit cards. Any assistance?

Tax code ZT does not appear in any G/L account item

Hi Gurus
Iam facing a proble while releasing the billing document to accounting. Following error is coming up
'Tax code ZT does not appear in any G/L account item'.
FTXP setting for the tax code appears find as it is tagged to the correct GL account, but somehow the posting is not happeing.
Can you please help me out with this as Iam stuck and the testing has stopped.

a) Consistency checks
In FI, the system checks whether there is a revenue line for each tax line. In the reverse case, for each revenue line containing a certain tax indicator there must be a tax line with this indicator.
If the first requirement is not met, the system issues error FF753. In many cases, you can solve the problem with Note 112609
by adjusting the level number in the pricing procedure in such a way that the system copies the tax indicators correctly into the
revenue lines.
If the two tax conditions refer to one revenue condition, the requirement cannot be met if the taxes have different tax indicators. In this case, you must use the tax trigger condition in accordance with note 26646.

When you set up your ipad did you or your husband also set up a rescue e-mail address for you? If so, that would be why he received the instructions. Or do you sync your ipad with his computer?
Actually in terms of it being a problem, it actually makes it easier for you to answer your security questions and follow the instuctions to get back on your ipad. Otherwise, you'll have to call Apple Support.
To delete the rescue e-mail account pleases read this thread. (Poster's photos did not come through with the instructions.)
