My bar numbers are all mixed up! How can I put it back to normal?

I am a new user (3 weeks) of LogicPro. I am just starting to get familiar, but I was an intensive user of MIDI sequencing before (Opcode Vision since 1989). Here is the problem :
I started a song few days ago, but yesterday when I looked at the bar numbers it is not sequential 1.2.3.4.5.6... but more like 1.-7.-6.-5... How can I get back to the sequential bar numbers? The reference manual doesn't talk about that!

Nope! This must be a bug!!! when I click on the loop place where the bar numbers are, the numbers change from negative to positive, then back if I scroll left and right. Etc. Right now I see (with a loop from 1 to -5) :
1 -8 -7 -6 -5 6 7 8 -1 0 1 2 3 .... the rest is OK
Any one??? this is a known bug or I discovered a new one in just 3 weeks of use?

Re-sync your apps and content from iTunes on your computer or redownload it from the iTunes Store, then restore from your backup:

That should put back most if not all of your settings and data. As to putting songs on, either purchase them from the iTunes Store or, again, sync them from iTunes:

My Title bar is now all orange. How do I get it back to normal?

My title bar/whatever you want to call it is all orange now. I don't know how this happened, I must've pressed something, but I can't seem to get it back. I even tried resetting the settings back to default and nothing. I know there's something off, this isn't how it was a few hours ago. This is really bothering me quite a bit, so I hope there's a fix. I'm adding a screenshot for reference. Thank you for your help in advance.

Are you using firefox theme?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

Add the corrected ones to your PS - PS contains only what was added to it - changes made are not applied to the PS - you have to re add the updated photos

If his Gmail account is under the Gmail app and press the app until it wiggles then press the extra deleted. If this account is under the Apple email and then you can go to Settings, mail contacts calendars and then select the account and remove it.

you are responsible for reinstalling any apps. It is not Apples responsibility as outline the the service agreement. Do you have the product key?

This may be related to a new feature embedded in iOS7 that shows all purchased music by default. Go to Settings > Music, then turn off Show All Music. See if the issue ceases once the feature has been disabled. This information is located on page 63 of the user guide below.

This was the scenario:
The first time I updated, it was only my music that was lost.
When I got my music back, I lost my apps.
When I got my apps back, my contacts, notes and photos were lost.
Now I got back everything except for my photos.
(Yes, I restored from backup several times since the first update.)
Do you think if I try restoring from back up, my photos that were taken from my ipod will be restored finally?
