The charge doesn't last nearly as long as it used to. Can I get a battery replacement?

As a rule Apple will not replace the battery after the first year as the battery is considered a consumable item.
Also you have over the rated cycle count so the battery is Used Up, Consumed.
Now it all depends on what G bar you take it to and what G person you talk to but don't get your hopes up that you will have it changed for free. More then likely it Will Not be changed for free.

Apple wil very likely charge you to exchange the iPOd. Acidental damage like a problen screen is not covered by the warranty.

Hi, ive had my macbook pro for about one and a half of a year. It is one of the first ones, so like many other people had, I have problems. first, my battery is expanidng, the middle cell is getting larger, and second my computer always makes annoying sounds. Like a constant very loud for a computer chipping its the loudest computer ive heard. It's not the fans moving faster say when you're doing alot at once, but it's something else. Its like a very fast and loud clicking. Is this enough to get a trade in? The warrenty ended

Not if it was caused by accidental damage. You can make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and see if they do screen replacement. If they do it is $149, if they can't it is $229 for an out-of-warranty replacement. If you bought AppleCare + it is a $49 deductible.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, so no, you will not get a replacement for free. Apple does not repair iPods, but will replace the entire iPod for a flat fee; see the Repair Pricing section here:

There are independent iPod repair services that may be able to replace the screen for less. Do a web search for "ipod repair". Note, though, that if you elect to have the iPod serviced by an unauthorized shop, all further support from Apple will be void.

IPhone 5 freezing/crashing still replaced for free if out of Warrenty?

Not actually a Hardware question but they're isn't a more relivant sub-section.
My iPhone 5 seems to keep turning it self off (does not reboot and turn on afterwards) freezing, crashing and generally being laggy. I've tried restoring etc, etc.
I've booked an appointment at the Apple Store tomorrow in hope of getting it replaced, hopefully for free? It's out of warrenty as I got it on day of release but seeing as it's not accidental damage etc and a software issue should I expect to get it replaced for free?

In iTunes prefs>Store - is the Store check box unchecked?

Downgrading the iOS is not supported. Basic troubleshooting steps are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device

There is no serial number and you don't need one. What you need for a subscription is to SIGN IN within Acrobat, so it knows the subscriptions you own.

At a New Years Eve party I was riding my little cousins Green Machine bike thing and I turned a corner and I had my iphone 4 in my front pocket and I turned a corner and it slipped out and hit the concrete ground. It has a shatter place at the top left corner on the white part on the front then it continues down to the home button,and across the top of the screen. You cannot get the screen replaced for free...that is an out of warranty accidental damage issue. The iPhone 4s will be replaced with another for $199 at an Apple store genius bar. Be sure to make a backup of your content, best done in iCloud so the Apple genius can restore your content to the replacement iPhone.
