Macbook stolen, please help!

On Tuesday my house was burgled and unfortunately they found my MacBook Pro. Is there any way at all I can track this or help locate it..
- I have a password on it, can they still get on?
- I had Dropbox installed, and it hasn't connected to the internet (meaning they haven't got on my account) since it was stolen
- I have also got find my iphone thing installed but again it just says offline
I've 'locked' it but it says that it will take effect when connected to the internet.
Does this mean they haven't got it on? Or could they have completely wiped it..
Is there any other ways I can try to find it? I've contacted local businesses, apple and the police.
Please help, desperately need it back :(

One assumes you've backed up your data to another HD as you always should regardless.
Typically stolen laptops are searched for financial data, then wiped and sold.
Unless the criminal is VERY DUMB, they never go online with it, so there is no use waiting for them to do so. Nothing else to do other than what you have done.

Think about it logically...
Every electronic device needs power to function. If they are turned off, nothing works.
To track anything remotely, it needs some kind of wireless communications, which also require power.
The only way you can find your powered off iPod touch is to physically look for it. Even if the iPod had power and Internet, it doesn't have GPS so any location gathered would be very approximate.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, then I would try and remove iTunes (and its related software) then reinstall:

Had computer stolen need help!!!

I had my computer stolen, along with all my cd collection and the only place i have any music is on my ipod.
I have a new computer now, and i've downloaded the new download 7.1 from the website(as my ipod installation disc was stolen also) but i dont want to delete my music off my ipod but want to put new music on it.
But i want my itunes to accept the music off my ipod.
Does anyone know how i can make this new comp my home comp and to be able to keep my music?
Also, the ipod won't eject, the message Do Not Disconnect stays on it...

Your music is stored in My Documents -> My Music -> iTunes -> iTunes Music folder.
put the songs into itunes... syncd my ipod to the itune with all the music in the library.. however... none of the music will go onto my ipod

It's already on your iPod.
You just copied to from your iPod your to your computer.
Closing iTunes will not delete music on your computer.
But you should have it backed up anyway, correct?

On the Summary tab, deselect Manually manage music and videos.
On the Music tab, select Sync all music and playlists.

If you had a third-party app, such as BlackBerry Protect installed, you could accomplish this. If you have no such app installed, there is nothing you can do to wipe your device or track its location.
Make sure you call Mobily to cancel your SIM card so the person who finds your phone cannot rack up charges on your account.

The exact question was 'can I block the phone using the IMEI?', and the anwser to that is 'no'. Most network operators employ call centre workers who are finely trained to sell you services, but largely ignorant of how anything actually works, so ask them that question and they'll probably tell you to call the manufacturer's support.
The operator can stop the SIM card, but this is not blocking the phone - the thief's interest in your SIM card ends when he can no longer make calls at your expense, but the phone is not blocked and so continues to be used or is sold on.
In some countries, the operators can add IMEIs to blacklists, but that is a one-way street so they will never do it unless you have the relevant paperwork confirming that the theft has been reported to the police. For these reasons, it is not accurate to just tell somebody to call their operator to block the phone - it isn't that simple.

IWeb had to reinstall, please help

I had to format my HD and reinstall everything. How can I upload my site info saved on my idisk back into iWeb so I don't have to recreate the site?

Did you back up the domain.sites file from User/Library/Application Support/iWeb?
If not, then iWeb cannot import files, so you will have to re-build your website from scratch.

After I updated to IOS8 my iPod 5 charger stopped working, it randomly shuts off when I have the charger plugged in and also when the charger is plugged in, it doesn't charge. The same charger worked on my iPod when I had iOS7. Please help!

Won't charge or turn on...Please help

I was out last night and not able to charge my Iphone 5 so it completely died. I came home and plug in phone to a wall charger. Got up and went to turn it on and nothing, so I tried holding the power buttonand home button for 30 second and still nothing. I have tried plugging into my computer but it doesn't seem like it's connecting to the computer to charge either. I have had this phone for about a month. If anyone else has ever had this happen please help.

Hold down only the Power button down only right now, not the Power and Home buttons at the same time, holding them at the same time is a forced SHUTDOWN (Known by most as a hard reset), not STARTUP.

Adobe constantly crashing - please help

So, I just got a new computer a couple days ago, and I've noticed that Adobe flash player is almost continuously crashing in really annoying ways.
I've noticed that sites that request for a webcam are particularly prone to crashing it - in example with omegle and chatroullete, it crashes just by loading up the page. It also crashes whenever I try to right click on a player to check the settings. Finally, I've noticed that it struggles to run multiple flash players at once - a problem that my old computer with far less processor didn't have - and will often crash simply if there is more than one youtube video open, or something to that effect.
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling flashplayer, to no avail.... Although, I'm not sure if I did it right, because when I went to reinstall it, the installer said that I "already had this app"
Please help. I use adobe flash player a lot, and really love it, so this is quickly becoming quite a problem.

Don't feel alone. What is amazing is that this issue, along with unresponsive plugin, is a huge issue as it literally halts your ability to carry on in any fashion.
So where is the support for this program? It has been 4 hours now I have been researching this topic and guess what? They do not have a solution, just a temporary fix that requires YOU going into the bowels of your system and checking off little boxes with enable and disable beside them.
Reinstall and install does not work, reset does not work.
It should not be this complicated and time consuming. This is shoddy workmanship that has been an issue for 3 years.
