My behance and creative cloud accounts seem to sort have become unlinked.

Hi there,
At one point when I clicked Community I was able to view my Behance feed as normal and upload work etc. It no longer seems to do that.
I have no profile, work, friends, etc....
I triple checked on both behance and adobe's end that the account are in fact linked correctly, and they are. and stranger so when I click "view profile" it DOES bring me to my behance profile. See below.
I also keep getting one single "request" to which I reject but it pops up quite often.
Ideas?
Reinstall Creative Cloud app?
Not sure what to do.

Hi Lizzie, it sounds like you're not logged into Creative Cloud Desktop with the correct account.
You have two Behance accounts:
behance.net/lizziemakesthings
behance.net/lizziemiller666daee
I just messaged you with more information about the email addresses associated with these accounts and how you can swap them so that the right account is showing up in Creative Cloud desktop.

    If you want to link your projects, you can do so by co-owning the projects with your new account via the Project Edit Settings (step 3).  Let me know if you have any other specific questions!Al
    So, a second website is not included in the same subscription. New ID, new payment.

  • Lightroom trial and creative cloud account

    Hello friends,
    I have a LR4 trial that has expired. When I downloaded the trial I had a good feeling I would buy so I spent a fair amount of time organizing photos to use LR as well as get some editing done. Of coarse I loved LR and decided to buy the creative cloud membership. Problem is of coarse my 30 day trail has expired. The only way to license LR now is with a serial number. My understanding is that Creative Cloud doesnt give serials.
    Is there a way to keep my LR as installed and activate a license with creative cloud. If not what would be the most pain free way to download it again through the Creative Cloud interface and keep everything as it is now in LR.
    It may be important to note that I cant access LR, as soon as I open the program it prompts me for a S#

    Hey Dale,
    When you have a paid Creative Cloud membership Lightroom will appear in the Adobe Application Manager. If you choose the option to install Lightroom with an expired Lightroom trial currrently installed it will just update that installation so it is licensed as part of Creative Cloud. Any catalogs or work you did with the trial will still be available and it will no longer prompt you to enter a serial number.

    I says my trial has expired.
    I've had creative cloud through my school since its inception, so I do not understand what that means, but when I click the button, it takes me to a Lightroom only version of Creative cloud. Is this a separate fee?

    So in the mean time, I cannot even try the lightroom mobile feature because my trial has expired.

    I am having trouble with Flash player and creative cloud. Most recently I have tried umpteen times to install Flash player and it wont work. I have run through uninstalling it. re installing it. ensuring it is enabled. and nothing. i have established that i DO have the current version on my computer through the \app\ through your website...its the 11.9 version. but when I try to use FB to upload photos, it says i have to install the latest version of flash.
    I have also had the same issue with CC. I have a subscription and i have downloaded the desk top app, but I cannot see or access it. I have it listed in my control panel, under programs...but cannot see it anywhere else.
    What else can I do? I am so frustrrated. mostly with these adobe products - they just dont seem to 'stay' on my comp. LR and PS both work - downnloaded from CC...but nothing else really!?

    This is a known problem with Internet Explorer 11 (which I can only assume you're using because this is where the FB problems occur), which Microsoft has been aware of since October 18 when they released their latest "untested" browser. The pages can't recognize the browser, so they don't recognize any of the plugins, like Flash Player. So far, Microsoft has made NO indication that they have any plan to fix it soon.
    Microsoft's recommendation is to use Compatibility View for affected pages, and "pretend" you're using an different browser. Trouble with that is it has seen limited success at best, and you have to individually enable it for EVERY page that has problems.
    I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.
    Firefox (from Mozilla)
    Opera (from Opera)
    Safari (from Apple)
    Chrome (from Google)
    ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in.

    Hi,  I've been using Lightroom for a long time and already have a Lightroom 4 license, and got a Creative Cloud account as the upgrade to a CS5.5 Design Premium license several weeks ago. I also use 3 Macs in my home studio and would like to run Lightroom on all 3 of them. Can I use the Creative Cloud Lightroom 4 version on two of them AND use my original Lightroom license on the 3rd Mac without problem??
