My billing information keeps saying my sercurity code is invalid and it wont let mt update or download apps. How do i fix it?
When i try to download or upgrade an app it tells

MIne is doing the same thing!!! It is the same card I have used for the past year, and yesterday, out of the blue, it stopped working, and it says my security code is invalid. I can't login from my iPad, it just keeps asking for my password over and over, and when I log in from my computer, I get the security code error. I have double checked everything, and it is all correct.

This error is a little generic at times and there are a few things that could be happening here. Please put in a ticket here for an advisor to check into details:

If the App Store doesn't recognize your password, you should try to log into iTunes on your PC and make sure your password still works. If it doen't work there you may have been hacked and you will need to get in touch with Apple directly.

Contact iTunes. You need a valid payment method and the messages says you do not have that.

If you're positive the information is correct, ask the issuing bank why the transaction is being rejected.
You're getting this error because the store can not authorize the card with your bank. -

The security code is the 3 or 4 digit code on your card - on most cards it's on the back of the card on the signature strip, but on some cards (e.g. Amex cards) it's on the front.

We want managing your media to be easy! It saddens me to hear that this is not occuring. Do you receive a specific error message when the browser times out? Have you tried using a different browser?

Wanted to load an app onto my wife's ipad. BUT, the program keeps saying I've already purchsaed it and will not let me purchase again. I've tried everything I can think of. If you're being prompted that your payment information needs to be veriefied, then there is some aspect of your payment type which is being denied by your financial institution. I'd like you to please follow the steps below to verify your information.
Open iTunes. If you are signed in to iTunes, skip to step 4.
Note: Verify that you are signed in to the correct iTunes account. If you are unsure which account you're signed into, choose Store > Sign Out and proceed to step 2.
Choose Store > Sign In.
Enter your account name and password, then click the Sign In button.
Choose Store > View My Account.
Click the Edit Payment Information button.
In the Payment Method section, choose None.
Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.
Click the Edit Payment Information button again.
Enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Select your credit card type in the Payment Method section.
Enter your credit card information, your card's security code, and the expiration date.
Click the Done button at the bottom of the page.
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

I live in South Africa but i'm currently on holiday in the Uk. I'm trying to update my apps but it keeps telling me, "i'm not registered in the South African store" and i wont let me update apps - like my banking app which is necessary at the moment. Please Help?
Change iTunes Store Country on an iDevice
1. Tap Settings;
2. Tap iTunes & App Stores;
3. Tap View Apple ID;
4. Enter your user name and password;
5. Tap Country/Region;
6. Tap Change Country/Region;
7. Select the region where you will be located;
8. Tap Done.

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
