My billing is not working... say credit card not valid for everything!
I don't have a valid credit whenever I use 1 of my 3 credit cards (AMEX, VISA, or MC) and my PayPal account. Everything was fine and then all of a sudden everything was hosed after i synced iPod. Anyone have this problem and have a fix for it???

Says Credit Card is already in passbook but does not show as being in passbook
My phone had to go through a restore. After i restored it using a backup I noticed that my credit card that was previously in my passbook for apple pay etc. was no longer there. When I tried to manually insert the data for the card, it would not let me saying the card is already in passbook (which it is not). I used to get alerts when the card was used and now I do not and I can't use the card for apple pay since it is not in passbook. It was my only passbook credit card. Thanks for helping.
Wondering if the Card you were using is the same Card you use for iTunes? If yes, you may want to remove it from iTunes and then add it back. After that see if you can add it to iTunes. Another possibility is that your Bank can remove the Card from Apple Pay and then you can add the card back and re validate with your Bank.

As I try to download apps (e.g. Skype) for my new iPhone 5s, using my existing apple ID, it gives a message that my id is not valid for US store and I need to switch to Bangladesh store. There is no bangladesh Store. I created my id without credit card (payment option-none). How can I now downlod from itunes/apps store?
If you're in Bangladesh, then there is no iTunes Store that you can use. Each country's iTunes Store is limited to those actually in that country. E.G from the terms of use for the iTunes Store:
The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance.
When or indeed if Apple will ever be able to open an iTunes Store in Bangladesh no one here will know.
If you are physically in the US using a US-based account, post back and we'll go from there.

I think I had a similar problem the other day. I purchased an app with a cc that had been canceled by my bank with out me knowing it had been. Once I realized the cc was no longet active I added an itunes giftcard thinking that would allow me to purchase items. Well everytime I tried to ourchase somrthing with the new gift card it kept telling me that I had no funds. So someone in the apple store told me that until the app purchase with the old expired cc cleared on that cc then i would not be able to use any other form of payment. So I had to call my bank and asked them to reactivate my old cc for a couple seconds while I repurchased the app with my bank on the phone. Once that purchae cleared then it allowed me to use apple gift cards. Sorry for long answer but I think this might help you.

MY EMAIL ID AND PASSWORD IS CORRECT BUT NOT WORIKING IN ITUNES EVERY TIME ASKING FOR CREADITE CARED AND I HAVE NO CREADIT CARD....Unfortunitely, there is no way to fix this without a credit card. If you are willing to create a new account, here are the instructions on how to make one without a credit card. Hope this helps.

First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPod. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case the child gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).

Make sure you have the correct country selected.
On iOS tap Settings > Genearl > International > Region Format
To change the country in the Mac App Store, click the round flag icon bottom right corner of the App Store window. -

Thank you for allowing me to clarify. As it says in that article:
"When you initiate a new purchase, it will be billed directly to the family organizer's account, unless you have gift or store credit."
These are the only current billing options in Family Sharing. Using a second credit card is not currently an option.

In more detail, i got the wifi and 3g ipad 2 and in the settings then cellur data, it says view account.
It say like name and stuff and i was wondering if i use my info for the top parts as in first name and last, telephone #, email and and rmail password since the credit card holder is my mom, not me. Anf then where it says credit card number and etc, i use my moms info or do i use jer info for the whole thing?

I can't seem to update my apps or make any purchases on from my account. Nothing has changed with my credit card information and for some reason the iTunes Store tells me my information is incorrect. What do I do?
Yes, it's frustrating.
I don't have my iPod with me but, as I recall, the change is done in Settings/Store. That change will apply to NEW purchases. However, be aware that all purchases are permanently associated with the Apple ID that was originally used. Generally, it's only a problem when you need to update an app. IF you do your updating from iTunes and your logged in to the "wrong" ID, you'll need to log out and back in again. It's easier from the iPod as you do not need to log out/in but you do need to know the password.
Unfortunately, you can not merge IDs nor can you transfer purchases from one ID to another. Go here to find out exactly what you have. I have the same problem so I deliberately made both passwords identical to make things slightly easier for me.
