Hello I have a blackberry 9320 and i havent used it in about 4 months I tried to charge it earlier it wouldnt charge the red light would stay on for apporoximatley 40 seconds and then it would go off and the screen would stay blank
Can someone tell me a solution as sooon as poosible much apppriciated

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
Please try this sequence...note that, throughout the entire 4h15m process, your BB must remain directly connected to a known-good wall charger (not PC USB, not a cradle):
With the battery inside, connect your BB to the wall charger
Leave it alone for 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
Remove the battery
Wait 15 minutes
Insert the battery
Wait another 2 hours, no matter what the LED or the display does
This has been known to "kick start" some BBs.
It is also possible that your battery or BB has experienced a problem...to test, this sequence is needed:
Obtain an known good and already fully charged additional battery...use it in your BB and see what happens
Obtain access to a known good and identical BB...use your battery in it and see what happens
The results of this will indicate if it's your BB or your battery that has the problem. Note carefully please that "new" and "know good" are not necessarily the same things. While rare, a "new" battery certainly could be defective. Rather, the simplest (and least costly, btw) method to conduct this test is to find someone with an identical BB who has no issues...trade batteries and see what happens.
Good luck and let us know!

  • Blackberry 9320 will not connect to tv.

I have a 42" Hissense tv & everytime try to view the contents on my phone by connecting via usb, the tv does not pick it up & says no device. What do I do to connect?

Well, I've no idea about connecting a phone which will work on a TV.. Because, the DATA cable which provides access only to the SD card files since it is considered as a removable mass storage.. But the phone contents will not appear though it needs the blackberry desktop manager even to access in PC.
From what I understood is that you need HDMI or similar support.. but still accessing phone will not be possible..

  • Z30 will not switch OFF!

    I have this error message displayed - www.bberror.com/bb10-0015 - on my Z30.
So the screen is black (looks like it's off), but when i start the reload process in BB Link (with device connected), i get a message asking me to switch off the device. It will not turn off. If i hold the 'off' button down, it just starts up again and then displays the error message once more. What can i do?

    1. How do i find out which exact model my BB is? Because it will not switch on to let me go into settings etc.. As i say, although it won't switch off, it won't allow me in either - just get that error message.
Remove the back cover. At the bottom behind that cover is a label with a lot of tiny print on it. In that print will somewhere be STA100-something...that "something" is what determines your exact Z30 model number.

    2. I cannot do a backup either because of above.
Like insurance, the time to take a backup is before problems happen. It is a hard lesson to learn, but one should never allow an update to a computing device to begin unless one has a full and complete backup in hand. Further, a regular procedure of taking backups is always recommended so as to minimize the loss of data should a catastrophic failure happen.

Finally, with the state i have described, will the autoloader run?
I cannot predict the outcome of making the attempt. I can, of course, predict the outcome of never trying at all. You may have to experiment with timing of starting up your BB, connecting it to your PC, and launching the AutoLoader. Given the condition of your BB, you may have to try a few tricks with different timings of those actions. But AutoLoaders are pretty forceful...generally, if power is flowing through the BB at all and the display is doing anything at all, then the AutoLoader can attach to it and conduct it's process.
    Good luck!

My iphone 4s will not switch on. Supposidly it has been "charging" all day and stll it does not have enough life to switch on. Rang Apple this morning and they will replace the phone under warrenty free of charge. Only problem is with this being my first Apple product i didnt realise my phone did not automatically back up on itunes or icloud as i had to set this up.
Now i am trying desperately to get my phone to switch on so that i can save all of the baby pictures of my 7 month old son and its not working. i have tried to reset the phone but it does nothing!!
Can anyone PLEASE help as i am very upset and do not want to lose these precious memories?

You cannot get Applecare plus now.
It is unlikely that they will replace as it is damaged.  The only way to find out is to make an appointment at the genius and and see what they say.

  • Experia z1 screen will not switch on

    hello
im in need of some serious help.
myy Sony Experia z will not switch on and i dont know why. i have tried all forms of ways reccommended on the Sony website and also tried using PC Companion to use the software update for phone service but it does recognise my usb conection.
please help me or recommend a way for me to fix this problem as soon as possible.
P.S i took my phone to mtn and they want to charge me R5500 to fix up this problem while my phone is still under warranty . this is unacceptable.
i would prefer direct aid from Sony.
    Thank you .

Try to perform a system repair
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
To add this is a user support forum so the direct aid you speak of will be from your local Xperia care team http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

  • Power button will not switch printer off

I have owned HP products for over thirty years, with little in terms of serious problems. I am rather confused why the power button on my deskjet 8600 plus will not switch off the printer. When I reort to powering off from the wall socket this results in an errror message on re-powering, saying that powering off from wall socket could damage the printer. But there appears to be no fixes? The machine is less than a year old so would appreciate some support.

    Hey @Angus844,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that your power button is non responsive on your 8600 machine. I know you stated that you have a Deskjet 8600 but that may be a typo as HP manufacturers an Officejet 8600 Plus. I am going to provide you with troubleshooting steps for the Officejet 8600 Plus model. Be sure to correct me if these steps don't seem to coincide with your model.
It definitely appears that you are experiencing 'sleep mode' or 'power issues'. I am going to provide you with a support document that should resolve this issue for you:
The HP Printer Won't Turn On or Respond When the Power Button is Pressed
Be aware that Solution three: Make sure that the power supply is compatible with the printer, is a generic printer step. You should just have a power cable with no adaptor that goes straight from the printer into a wall outlet. The only lights for power that you should see on your model printer is the green power button on the front of the product.
If your printer is turning on and functioning, even for a period of time, than your issue does not appear to be power cord related. Therefore, after ensuring that the steps provided in the document above are completed I would like you to run a Firmware Update for your printer.
The Firmware Update for your printer can be found at:
HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g Drivers
After selecting the Operating System of your computer you need to select the Firmware option to download and run.
Please let me know if these steps resolved your issue. Good luck!

  • Apple TV3 will not switch on

    Hi,
My Apple TV3 will not switch on.  I've tried a restore (twice) with apparent success but when connected back to the TV, absolutely nothing, no lights, no response to the remote or anything.
Any pointers as it's no longer under warranty!
    Thanks

That may point to something hardware related, doesn't hurt to take it to Apple for diagnostics (which is free)

  • Phone has frozen and will not switch on

Twitter was not working so I unistalled it from Iphone.  Reinstalled it but the phone then froze.  Turned phone off but now it will not switch back on and is frozen on the apple screen.  Help

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger and Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone begins to restart. Usually takes less than 20 seconds time of holding both buttons.
If this does not work you may need to Restore the iPhone Firmware. If you decide to Restore the Firmware, connect iPhone to computer with iTunes open, hold both Home and Power buttons until the iPhone is recognized in Recovery Mode, Restore the Firmware. Again usually takes about 20 seconds of holding both buttons.
