My blackberry has a white screen
hey, i have a problem with my bb curve, ive reeboted it several times because it won't turn on, but the bar at the beginning fills up, then it just turns on to my carrier logo...right now theres a white screen with my alarn on...ive read some other forums and posts, and it says to wipe it with some JL thing, but my bb wont connect to my computer, or even fully turn on anyways. can someone let me know what to do thanks!

Welcome to the Forums.
Try the following steps to reload your device software when the device is not being detected by the computer.
1. Verify that your BlackBerry Device Software is installed on the computer. You can download it from your wireless provider's website in this list. http://bbry.lv/ad7CII
2. Remove the battery from the BlackBerry. Do not re-insert it.
3. Connect the BlackBerry to the computer.
4. Navigate to the file path shown here for your PC OS. http://bbry.lv/nPyBiQ
5. Open Loader.exe and follow the prompts.
9. When you have clicked Finish and the application load starts, insert the battery into the BlackBerry smartphone.

If the problem persits after restoring the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod then you likely have a hardware problem. In that case an appointment at the Genius Bar of an apple store or returing it to Apple is in order.

My nano has a white screen I tried the menu select buttons to do a reset it resets but the screen is still white. I could faintly see the apple sysmbol if I look at the nano at a sharp angle.
