My Blackberry stop working cause of theme reply ASP PLEASE!!!!!
Hi!
I have a Curve 8520. I installed a new theme today. It was the Beautiful Sunset in motion theme.
Since then, when my phone reboots, the theme with its moving water appears, but nothing else works on the phone. None of the keys work and the screen display, other than the moving water, is frozen too.
I have tried taking out the battery, waiting and then rebooting. All that happens is that the theme returns, and is stuck again.
I have attached it to my laptop, but the Blackberry Desktop Software can't connect with the phone.
I tried the "Start Run" App Loader, but got a message telling me the "Location is not available".
Help!

on your Laptop, go to the blackberry web page, select app world, then plug your phone in via USB. Sign into app world on your laptop and select my world, If it doesn;t connect to your phone, it will say download something that takes a minute or two, so download it to your laptop, this is so you can check your apps and stuff, Once you have a connection between your phone and PC. find the app thats causing you the problem and delete it. BB don't make all the apps and sometimes they do mess with your phone. Good Luck

Firefox has stopped working cause of update.exe *32 process
after PC booting to windows screen then Firefox has stopped working, but I didn't open Firefox. I checked the error message and see " update.exe_Firefox " in the application name that has some problem.

Internet Explorer has stopped working & causes windows to close the program Pavillion QU297AA#ABG
I have a HP Pavillion QU297AA#ABG operating on Windows 7. Since day one of installation I click on links and get the message
Internet Explorer has stopped working. A problem caused the program to sto working correctly. Windows will close the program & notify you if a solution is available.
I know it it not my internet as my laptop when used on my home wireless connection does not have this problem & neither did my previous desktop that I upgraded. I also do not believe I have a virus as I have an AVG (the paid version) antivirus scan set to run everyday to detect problems. This is so frustrating can anyone offer a solution as I have had this problem ever since I connected my new desktop pavillion.

IE9 Stops working when drafting a reply to Email M...
Over the last couple of weeks when attempting to reply to an email message IE9 stops working and automatically closes IE and refreshes the page. Placing the response in the draft folder. Then when I try to send the draft the same thing happens again. The number of occasions this is happening now appears to be increasing daily.
I have tried removing and re-installing IE9 to no avail, and have also done a factory re-install of Windows on my Dell Laptop. I have also tried using IE8 but experienced the same problem.
I am using Windows 7 64-bit Professional and IE9 Version 9.0.8112.16421 64-bit.
Can anyone help please?sorry I made a mistake
I run both IE9 in 32 and 64bit and normally use 32bit to open btyahoo mail and send replies. Just tried 64bit and got the exact same error and wanting to close IE9 64bit. tried compatibility mode and still the same.
do you not have IE9 32bit with windows 7 which you can use?

Laserjet pro 400 color MFP m475dw scanner stopped working in windows 8.1. Please help!
updated my laptop to windows 8.1 and the hp scanning software stopped working. It would not find the printer even though i could print from it. I uninstalled the entire software suite, removed all traces of the printer from contol pannel and then proceeded to download the 8.1 64 bit version of the full solution suite. Tried to run it and the program gets to about 80%, says a problem occurred while preparing to install software to your system and tells me to restart computer and try again.
Tried restart, no go. then tried to load just the basic print and scan and same problem. Restarted, tried again and nothing. then i turned off firewall and antivirus. did prior steps and nothing. I can manually install the printer through control pannel but I cant get the HP software to load at all. plum out of ideas and of course HP wants to charge me to troubleshoot a year old printer but cant guarantee it will work. Lovely.... Any help is appreciated.I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since this is a commercial printer. My microsoft office 2011 for mac has stopped working on my macbook pro retina please help!!!
I have 10.8.2 running on my macbook pro retina 15' and suddenly microsoft office wont work on it and i have no clue as to what it is. can someone pleaseshed some light onto what the issue could be?
I have the exact same problem. I started having the problem with MS Office 2008 after I installed a new harddrive in my imac (24-inch, Early 2009), OS X 10.8.4. Everything was working fine and then when I try to open any Office app, the icon bounces in the dock, and nothing happens.
I as searched for solutions, the obvious fix was to uninstall office (even all of the excess system files it leaves even after an uninstall). When I a re-install Office 2008, it works for about 1 week and then it stops working again.
Next I thought to try the new version of Office (Office 2011), so I did the trial download, and sure enough got the same problem. After about 2 weeks, it stopped responding. I have talked to MS support about this problem, and their suggestion was to uninstall and then reinstall, which I am becoming an expert at.
I am also having an issue with Apple Mail and contacts becoming disconnected. When created a new mail, typing in the receiptant does not pull up their email address even though it is in my address book. The fix for this, which I do even other day is to delete a system folder in Library/Containers/com.apple.mail. I do that, and it works for a few days.
Any suggestions would be great. -

Apple's Mail 4.5 just stopped working. Any Fix for it, please?
Apple Mail 4.5 just stopped working - no email gets in or out.
Details:
Account is set to get me connected to my gmail address.
When try to send email the wheel for sending spins endlessly with no result.
No incoming emails arrive either.
When I open the same email address directly from Gmail in Web browser all works OK.
Settings of Mail are exactly as recomended.
Did trash the account and tried to re-create again. The Mail gives message that Gmail server is not responding.
Did try to create another account with completely different server - the same result -message that this server is not responding either.This is incorrect because I can open and use Gmail and the other email perfectly well with Firefox browser.
Obviously the problem is with Apple's Mail not able to make connection and operate properly.
I dont have any special firewall setting, etc. All is set properly. A couple if days back Email 4.5 worked ok.
The question is: How to fix this Email 4.5 and make it work again (or I should just get rid of it altogether)?

create just for test a new account ( system pref -> accout panel -> click PLUS button bottom left of window ) , then perform mail setting for your gmail accout let see if that work ?

Built-in iSight Stopped Working -- Cause Identified
Like so many others here, I bought a new Intel-powered iMac recently, and we've been having a lot of fun with Photo Booth and iChat AV, and then, this afternoon, I got the dreaded message that the camera was not present or something else had it open.
I combed through lsof output and did not see a camera-like device node open, and System Profiler didn't show the camera either.
The very last change I had made prior to the camera going away was this: I installed the drivers for the HP Photosmart C3180 All-in-One that I purchased as part of the holiday rebate deal from the Apple Store.
Sure enough, if I unplug the printer and reboot, my iSight camera comes back. Something about the printer's driver is conflicting with the iSight's driver. I observed this using the drivers from the CD (version 7.8.0). I uninstalled the driver, unplugged the printer's USB cable, rebooted, and iSight was fine.
Note that HP has a version 7.9.1 driver disk image at their website, right here:

So, for those of you currently having problems, if you have recently installed drivers for an HP printer, your salvation may lie in either of two routes:
1) Obtain updated drivers from the HP website, and upgrade what you have, or
2) Uninstall the HP drivers and use the gutenberg drivers for printing and SANE or equivalent for scanning. You'll probably have to have a separate card reader to get your pictures, as I don't know that anyone has yet been able to expose the built-in card reader on the Photosmart so that you can mount your flash media as you can with simple card readers.

Why do apps stop working while using them?
When I'm on an app and using it, once in a while my phone will just suddenly return to the home screen when the home button was not pressed.
That's probably an app crash. The app probably has a bug.

Wireless stopped working after blue screen crash. Please help
Hi am desperate
I was working on vista doing some graphic job when suddenly the screen turned blue with some message and a count down like thing. After a while vista rebooted fine but since then my wireless is not working anymore.
I checked my device manager and everything is fine over there, driver installed correctly. But when i try to click on the power on button nothing happens and its not connecting or detecting to any wireless network.
Then i try to uninstall the device from device manager, as soon as the uninstallation was done, vista installed it back. I checked the power button again and it worked this time. The window opened up and i could see the avaible networks to connect to. As soon as i clicked on any one of them. Some service crashed and i got this

What i noticed is that the MAC address of the card was something different before the crash and after the crash its just FF:FF:FF.....
The card is physically connected to the PC i my guess is that is fine.
