Since you can get them working, at least temporarily, make those Favorites. If that doesn't help, then go into your home folder library and move the following to the Trash (but don't empty the Trash--if this doesn't help, you can always use File>Put Back to restore it to its original location.)

If you do this, you will need to reconfigure your Bluetooth settings. Might take screen shots of them first (Cmd-Shift-4) Setting up Bluetooth again will create a brand new preference file.
EDIT: That's in your home folder library>Preferences.

I cannot seem to load raw images into LR 2.5. I've been using this for years. I always load from memory card, but it gives me an unknown error message. I tried to load from camera, hard drive, & external drive and still will not work. I checked import menu and nothing has changed. I loaded the photos onto my tablet and images are fine, so do not feel it is the memory card. Any thoughts?

The T3 requires Lightroom 3.4.1 or later. You can either upgrade to a more current version of Lightroom (version 5.6 is the most recent) or you can use the free Adobe DNG Converter to convert the RAWs to DNG, which should import into Lightroom properly. -

atleast once in a week the slide to unlock will not work in my iphone 4 and this is happening from the day i have upgraded to ios7. to access my iphone i have to a switch off and then switch on. really frustrating never expected this from Apple.

How do I send files from my IMAC via bluetooth to my new Ipad? They will not "pair" but they are connected and discoverable. I send a file from Imac snow leopard OS X 10.6 to the ipadusing bluetooth, but the failure message says the ipad does not have the necessary services. What are these? Do I neeed to have iphoto and ms word to send pix and .doc files?
File Sharing over Bluetooth is not a feature of iOS devices. iOS does not include the required Bluetooth profiles to allow this. You cannot add this feature, so you may as well stop trying.

Ok so I use an hdmi connector on my iPhone 4S to watch netflix. But after I updated to iOS 7 it will not work my tv doesn't receive a signal. Does anyone have any insure to this please help .!.!.
The 8 pin Lightning connector can only output 720p and lacks all iPod Out functionality unlike the full iPod Out functionality and 1080p that the 30 pin connector has and I suspect that they are coding iOS 7 specifically for the new devices which have severely reduced abilities and perhaps skipping adding the code needed for 30 pin devices to use their functionality with HDMI, etc.

After I upgraded to Mavericks my Epson 5000V scanner is not working properly. I can scan by going into Preference/PrintersScanners to operate the scanner, but I cannot find the output. I am trying to save the scan as a PDF in Documents.

Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu. -

What you need to change is Screen Resolution.
You can change the screen resolution in System Preferences / Displays. On that pane you will see numbers like 1440 x 900. The larger the numbers the smaller the text on the screen. (The current setting is shown in grey.) Just experiment with other resolutions til you find one that suits you. You want to move down in the options to increase the size of the displayed text.
When you select a new resolution, you have to confirm that it's what you want, else the computer will revert to the previous resolution. -
Ive installed io7 on my ipad and now itunes (onwindows 8) wont recognise the device (the icon next to the iTune store icon), have run diagnostics and everything ok. My ipad asks if the computer is trustworthy then it trys to search for photos/videos and says none found! I have done everything....................Help please

If I installed windows 7 without the USB drive inserted, do I have to start all over again or can I just restart the computer with the USB inserted?
Following up: tried multiple restarts but ended up needing to remove partition an reinstall windows 7. Now if I could only find that Mac disk to install boot camp.........
