Doublechecking ... you get that when you use the following procedure?
In your Start menu, right-click "Computer" (or "My Computer" if using XP) and select "Manage".
Expand "Services & Applications".
Open "Services". (Perhaps maximise the screen to better see what's going on.)
Right-click the Bonjour Service and select "Properties".
In the General tab, set the Startup type to "Automatic":
... and click OK.
Restart the PC. Do you still get the message about the service being disabled?

I connected my friends ipod to my laptop whilst I was playing some songs and closed whatever came up on the screen from itunes. Next thing I know his ipod has been wiped and we can't find his music. How do we get his music back? He hasn't got his laptop anymore so the only music he has was on his ipod.

I updated to 7.0.2 and now some of my music has been removed and I can't find it, and music I deleted years ago has reappeared, and I can't delete it from icloud. My phone will also no longer sync with my computer. My phone has also been freezing regularly since I updated.
The reason, I included the annotation that I'd upgraded my Itunes, (On my Computer) is B/C in many forums - the very first question, *HELPERS* ask, is. "Do you have the latest version of Itunes downloaded on your computer." I wanted to knock out any obvious replies.
Now- "DO YOU have any idea,"... how your UNHELPFUL remarks, do absolutely nothing but hurt others that might not have the EXPERIENCE you have? How do you expect people to know things without asking questions? Whew! RUDE!!

My Apple ID was disabled per my request because someone kept hacking into my icloud account and charging over $1000 worth of games. I went to AT&T yesterday and had them reset my password and said everything would be fine now. Well, its not. Nothing with upgrade. It still says my Apple ID is disabled. Is there anyone out there who can help me to reset my code correctly and to be able to upgrade my phone, my ipad and my home computer? I just had surgery and am not able to leave the house.
