As usual trying to get in contact with anyone at a large IT corporation is proving to be quite problematic. Any solutions? Who would I contact? What Department? Any e mail address?

I would backup both iPads to either your computer (faster) or to iCloud (slower.) Then I would go to Settings/General/Reset and Erase all Content & Settings on each iPad. They will both restart as brand new iPads, ready for setup. Then I would restore each iPad to the correct backup; your stuff on the iPad 2 and her stuff on the new iPad.

Recently, I asked about the possibility to swap from windows to mac with Adobe Design Standard CS5.5. In response, I was directed to the help page and i know that it is possible. But today I see that the help page is out of date.
How cann I now swap platforms for Adobe Design Standard CS5.5? Do I realy need to buy CS6? Or afer dowloading the mac version of CS5.5 I get the key. And if I realy need upgreade the CS5.5 cann I use the Mac version of CS6 for the dowloaded mac version of CS5.5? Is it possible?

So I have only to buy the CS6 Mac versions and upgrade CS5.5 Win to CS6 Mac?
How does look the procedure?

Open Adobe Reader | Edit | Preferences | Documents: change View Documents in PDF/A Mode to Never.

New CCNA, Boss has asked if we are able to display any logos or anything?

I have very recently passed my CCNA (which I am very pleased with0 and my boss has got straight to the important side of things, and is wondering if we are now allowed to display any kind of Cisco imagery on our website or any company flyers?
Although i`m the only one with an actual qualification we do have far more knowledgeable people than me in the business.
I did have a look round the Cisco site for any details but couldn`t find anything. I know in the past Sophos and Veeam (amongst others) have been funny about allowing us to claim affiliation.
Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

The Cisco Certification logos may be used only by individuals who have passed the specific course and exam requirements for a specific certification (such as CCNA, and CCIE). .... These logos must be used as personal identifiers; they should not be used in an ambiguous manner, such as disassociated from the specific name of the certification holder. I can't get my recently purchased music onto my iPod

I transferred all of my music onto my new computer. It went fine, all of my music is there, and my iPod is recognized on this computer. I just bought some new music, and when I went to add it to my iPod I realized it doesn't actually transfer. What could the problem be? Thanks!

I have the same situation with my new nano 3. I loaded about a dozen tunes from my library just fine via sync. A week later I tried to add more music and it accepted fifteen ot of ninty-four new tunes while somehow erasing the original dozen. Now I get an error message that "the disk cannot be copied from or written to." I ran the diagnostic and it tells me that all my hardware is fine, right up to the last category which is the iPod/iPhone connectivity test. This yields a strange result. The report tells me that the device is an iPod nano (3rd generation) runnig firmware version 1.1.3 and also the device's serial number. The strange part is that it also tells me "no phone or iPod found." I went through the five steps, charged battery, checked updates, re-downloaded iTunes, reset to factory defaults, etc. and still no luck. Does anybody know what driver is supposed to be used for the nano 3? I'm making a guess that it is a previous rev. to the one that comes with the new iTunes (8.0.2.20) download. Any ideas?

You need Pro to create a Portfolio. An alternative is to attach files to a main document, which is possible with Standard.

Boss ask me to do something I feel is against security standards

There are alot of different reasons this is a big no. Not saying you would but what if something crashed or a mass network issue occured and it was rooted back to his login? Also with this if this employee is doing something he could easily point it back to you and on top of all this if there is a policy in place that IT has made for this type of scenario you guys need to lead by ex\ample and follow the same rules that you put in place for others.

So my boss has asked me to do something that I feel is ethically wrong and violates network security. I work for a college and I've been working on a SCCM project. Due to the schools policy my job title doesn't give me the rights to logon to servers and do or make any changes. Mind you I'm a very capable system admin. During this project there are errors that require someone to go on the server and fix them.The project lead has told my boss to give me the rights to do what I need to fix the problems, my boss is telling me that he has to get permission to give me the rights to logon, but has yet done so. So far he has logged on to the servers with his credentials at my workstation and allowed me to work on the server under his login.This feels wrong and against security standards that I have come to know and upheld myself as a system...

You are right, Adobe does not support CS5 because it is no longer sold.
Simply download the trial version of CS5 from this Adobe web site and input your serial number.
