Try going to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at". If that doesn't work, you'll have to tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different Apple ID for iMessage.

Well, you use the different accounts such Phone Numbers, email addresses. And make sure that your iPhones have no receipient address in common, then you can avoid this issue.
I use iMessage on my iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro, iPod touch.
Each of them has a individual address to receive messages, so they won't combine all the messages among all the devices.
Try this, if it doesn't work, tell me, I'll figure another way out. -
Why am I told to turn off airplay on my iPad (3rd generation) when it does not even HAVE airplay according to iOS7 specs?
I have the same problem with my device specially with the NFL App and after maybe 2hrs of research I found out that Verizon has implemented that messege/restriction to keep the app "TRUE" mobile only. What I'm saying is that you won't get the NFL App to play no matter what you do if connected to HDMI adapter or AirPlay. I hope this helps more than the other/previous post. On my iPad reminders has a list called scheduled but this list does not show in my iPhone or Mac book pro. What do I need to do to have scheduled reminders on my iPhone and MacBook Pro?
iBooks appear in the separate iBooks app in OS X 10.9 Mavericks.
Audible handles only audiobooks. They can't help with any issue with an iBook.

I own several iOS devices, and for some reason, everyone get's my text messages on their phone. We turn iMessage on, and select send and receive only at our own respective devices. Why does iMessage automatically turn on?
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive on each device and make sure only the phone number for that device is checked.

Successfully set up TC (the latest one) for MBP. I can access to TC wirelessly. Tried to access from my PC too but PC does not even detect TC (as storage), while PC is connected in the same network and can access to the internet. Anything missed?
Load the airport utility for windows.. it has several parts.. the key one is bonjour for windows which helps windows find apple network devices.
The TC should also be setup with names that windows can use.. ie short, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.

Go to your Settings > iMessage and see if both of your Apple IDs or email addresses are listed ...leave only your own. Same with FaceTime.

my imessages are being sent on multiple phones and i deleted the icloud account on the other phone but the messages still go through how do I stop this?
Do you think deleting the message off the phone would make a difference?If you don't enter an e-mail address, it just uses SMS and MMS. iMessages (sent over the data connection instead of using your SMS messaging plan) require an e-mail address registered on the device.
